型型英帥靚正！The reception staff members are very friendly.
The breakfast is superb!
The room is spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains.
There is a well-equipped open kitchen in the room.
However some waitresses at the restaurant always carry a poker face.
Our room is on the 4th floor but the lift only reaches the 3rd floor, and so we had to climb some stairs with our luggages.

AAomduanI had a wonderful stay at this charming small hotel, beautifully decorated and conveniently located near Zermatt train station.
During my stay, a snowstorm caused a power outage and all train services were suspended, making it impossible to leave the town. Despite these unexpected circumstances, the hotel took excellent care of us. They provided helpful information, allowed us to extend our stay without any additional charges, and showed incredible kindness throughout.
The hotel owner was especially warm and accommodating, making a difficult situation much easier for us. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt.

breakfast is superb and staffs friendly
we stayed 3 nights and were luckily blessed with 1 day of clear whether at the top of the mountains.
2 ways to walk to the hotel from train station, the shorter one that google will tell u includes a steep climb (difficult if you have luggages in tow).
the easier and better walk will just be to keep going straight, turn left at the matterhon musuem / church junction, and from there just a short gradual stretch to reach the hotel. very doable even with kids and luggage .

MMan Ting很美很大自然的一間住宿。很整潔，只要email去住宿那邊預約，便可以在每晚19:00前有免運由策馬特車站接送去酒店的服務。如果要在酒店外出，只要走5分鐘路程就可以到Ebus站。房間可以沒有任何遮檔下，直接看到馬特雄峯的日與夜，超美的。露台很大很舒服。餐廳裝潢很有心思很美。

Service at front counter is excellent! Courteous, friendly and informative. Also we got upgraded! Room is clean and spacious and has a balcony. On going renovation next door during our stay in Oct 2024.
Resort has 2 restaurant at the hotel but one apparently requires reservation and has seating time. We were famished when arrived at the restaurant at 8pm, but were told to come back at 830pm for second seating. Such a disappointment when the front counter service was excellent. Had dinner at the pub instead, food wasn’t too bad.
Spa facilities was great. Would stay at the same Ola e again. Value for money

Hotel is directly opposite cemetery but don’t think too much and u be fine! Room is small but cozy (my photo is wide angle so seem bigger)
Hotel is very helpful to help pack a breakfast bento for me as I be leaving before breakfast hours (just inform the day before). I also managed to keep luggage after checkout at the common area (no lock and key) and retrieve it later.

客室のバルコニーは他の客室と共通になっております。Matterhornは木が被ってそのバルコニーからだとあまり見えません。でもホテルから山方面に歩いてすぐの場所に素敵なビュースポットがあって気に入りました。
また、サウナが16:00から使えます。悪天候の場合は16:00より前に開けてくれるそうです。90度のセルフロウリュができる場所で、水風呂はありませんでしたが、タオル完備、シャワールーム1部屋、休憩スペースと給水機とトイレがエリアにあります。男女別の脱衣所やロッカーはありません。
室内にあるハンガーラックや休憩エリアの椅子とかに荷物を置いて各々使っていました。水着着用についてのルールも見た感じおそらく特になく、**利用の人と水着利用の男女どちらもいました。
立地が主要駅から少し遠く（11分ほど）、Googleマップどおりに、Oberdorfstrasse通りを通って行くと途中石畳エリアが長いのでスーツケースだと大変です。でも、少し遠回りになるかもですが川沿い（Bachstrasse通り）に歩いていくと、平坦な道なので解決策になるかと思います。

UUtente ospiteC'è un po'di distanza dalla stazione Shellmatt, ma c'è un ponte giapponese vicino.Da lì il tempo è buono, quindi posso vedere Morgan Ratt di Matt.
Ho fatto colazione, ma quando ho chiesto al campo di andare a Gornergrat prima dell'ora del colazione, mi ha dato pane e caffè e mi ha offerto una vendita.
Il personale è anche molto amichevole e felice.

EEtherionblTrip.com did not state the linen fee charges per person on their website. When I arrived I was shocked that a 4CHF per person per night has turned in a 78 CHF payment which is a huge discrepancy. However, it took me about 2 hours and I resolved this with the service reception of Alpen. There is no main reception in this lobby but the service providers were superb. The room is amazingly spacious and clean and it was an overall lovely stay thanks to the great service and comfort of the room.
