Hotel 3 stelle a Zermatt

Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for. The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences. I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

Grande posizione! Alla parte anteriore della stazione. Solo 100 m può camminare circa 1-2 min dalla stazione. Molto gentile e bel personale e proprietario. Colazione buona. Camera è pulita e grande. Sento come casa con il personale. Ti consiglio di rimanere in questo hotel. Se torno di nuovo a Zermatt, rimarrò in questo hotel. Sono in catastrofe di tempesta di neve a Zermatt a 17th-19th Aprile 2025. Grazie tante per la tua gentilezza alla mia famiglia in questa situazione. 🙏🏻🙃

the quad room is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. breakfast is superb and staffs friendly we stayed 3 nights and were luckily blessed with 1 day of clear whether at the top of the mountains. 2 ways to walk to the hotel from train station, the shorter one that google will tell u includes a steep climb (difficult if you have luggages in tow). the easier and better walk will just be to keep going straight, turn left at the matterhon musuem / church junction, and from there just a short gradual stretch to reach the hotel. very doable even with kids and luggage .

First of all, location is nice. And the owner and team are really nice. Politely and passionate. Of course facilities is good, weather 'doubtless' to be nice. All good and clean. They have even provide me a nicer view

We love the hotel and room. From station pickup to check in and breakfast. Every staff is nice. Room is comfortable with magnificent views of Matterhorn. From hotel, it is 10 mins leisure walk to cable station to visit Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Strongly recommended to visit and stay at this hotel.

Kristiane ci ha controllati, e usciti dall'hotel. Lei è la persona più attenta finora, tra gli hotel che ho soggiornato. Non solo, ha risolto le nostre questioni entro il giorno, con un buon senso dell'umorismo. Il colazione dell’hotel era superiore alla media, una selezione di formaggi, ham, salami, yogurt e bevande dispensati dalla macchina. Ho scelto questo hotel, che era vicino a Zermatt Bahnhof, e non mi dispiaceva. Un hotel relativamente nuovo, con un odore di legno in camera. Il riscaldamento in camera può essere un po 'più forte, significa che l'isolamento è buono mentre abbiamo coperto il riscaldamento centrale durante il nostro soggiorno quando il tempo esterno è sotto zero. È un hotel magnifico, ho una visione finestra stretta del Matterhorn. Non dirlo che l'hotel è vicino a McDonald's e due caffè. In generale, è stata una splendida esperienza per noi di stare a Derby. Se supponessi, non è un'esame sponsorizzato, siamo stati solo viaggiatori molto felici.

Molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, facile da trovare Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e ci ha permesso di avere un check-in precoce. La camera è pulita e accogliente, la vista sul balcone è buona. Non posso lamentarmi molto

Simple hotel right in the heart of town. Old world decor but modern breakfast hall. Clean rooms and excellent bathroom (the shower was super powerful and the bath vast). Convenient for centre of town and 4 mins walk to station.

La nostra 2a notte a Zermatt, abbiamo scelto Bristol. La posizione è leggermente lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma vi è vista fino al corno di materia. Ci siamo stati in sala di vista montagna, ma a causa del tempo, non abbiamo visto nessuno. La colazione è buona. Varie opzioni.

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico in questo luogo! La posizione era perfetta vicina al centro della città, trasporti pubblici, negozi locali, ristoranti. L'appartamento era pulito, ben decorato, e dotato di tutto quello che ci serviva per un soggiorno comodo. Il letto era molto comodo, e apprezzavamo i pensieri come il caffè complimentare, i bagni di lusso e un manuale con i suggerimenti locali. L'ospite è stato un ottimo ospite, fornendo una comunicazione chiara e risposte rapide a qualsiasi domanda che abbiamo avuto. In generale, Airbnb ha superato le nostre aspettative e lo consigliamo fortemente a chiunque visiti la zona. Spero di ritornare presto!
