The Chinese front desk handled the check-in quickly and efficiently, and the spacious and comfortable room instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey. After catching up on sleep until the evening, I used the 24-hour front desk service to store my luggage and went to the beach to watch the sunset with light luggage, as if I had been reborn. For long-distance travelers, this is the perfect first stop or last stop.

22morrowsworldMy initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later).
But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform.
Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this.
A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq !
Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste.
Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong
There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine.
Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

IIvan KraljThe mattress was comfortable, but sadly the top middle beds are not the best place to put tall people (as they will inevitably hit beams with their head). Also, the electricity socket in my bed wasnt sturdy enough to hold a charger in place, so i had to improvize with putting a bag and a cap as the base, so it wouldnt be following out.
AC in the rooms is turned off between 11:30 and 16:30, fyi.
In terms of other facilities, everything else seemed spacious enough. Actually so spacious that i think the architect could have put additional toilets in the bathroom, as two didnt seem to be enough for the 1st floor (30ish people?). There were however 3 urinals, most awkwardly placed near the always opened doors, and sinks used by everyone (the bathroom is unisex). It would have made sense to get rid of these, and rather have another toilet.
As for showers, there are three. Water pressure was fine, even if it was hard to get truly warm/hot water. Shower gel/shampoo available, as well as necessary hooks to hang your stuff.
Breakfast was a simple scrambled egg with a slice of toast and butter, cabbage salad with mayonnaise, and a cheap sausage. Fine to start a day, but not so fulfilling. Coffee and tea available at breakfast, water throughout the day. You can also use the kitchen to make your own lunch or dinner.
In the lobby and outside, quite a few areas to hang out and chill. If you wanted to play pool, thats 20 baht. Board games were for free.
Top floor has washing machines (50 baht per load) and a dryer (10 for 5 min), but i think you would have to spend quite some time there reloading the coins. After 2 turns that didnt dry much, i hanged my laundry on limited hanging space, but beware if you do that, as it can be windy, and many clothes were flying around.
The staff is approachable and hospitable, even if their basic level of English can lead to quite a few misunderstandings, as I witnessed.

PPoommin NamvongsSituato accanto al mercato, non sono riuscito a dormire perché il rumore del vento che batteva contro i vetri era forte tutta la notte. E c'è anche un forte rumore di persone birmane intorno al mercato (il mercato accanto è pieno di persone birmane). Non c'è ascensore qui, il WiFi è quasi inutile, sono rimasto 4 notti, non era utilizzabile al 5° piano. Se hai un lavoro o una riunione che richiede il Wi-Fi, potresti aver bisogno di utilizzarlo privatamente. La stanza non è ben illuminata per lavorare, le luci sono fioche e non luminose. I servizi di base sono gli stessi di qualsiasi altro hotel, c'è acqua potabile, shampoo, gel doccia e un bollitore per l'acqua calda. La chiave della stanza è molto difficile da aprire e chiudere.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è stato un villaggio tranquillo e dormiente con un turista fuori stagione. Ora è ricco e confezionato con sigla turistica, ristoranti, negozi e sembra più ricco. Questo hotel ha un ristorante nella parte posteriore sulla spiaggia. Il ristorante è un hotel aperto, ma è fantastico. Ottenga una stanza sul secondo piano, se possibile.
Le camere sono in ordine e niente da sconvolgere. Può sentirsi claustrofobica, poiché la sola finestra piccola si apre direttamente a un muro di cemento e si terrà chiuse le porte principali di ingresso/sliding e coperte per la privacy. È molto buio alla notte.

GguspyDfeel Patong è un posto accogliente e conveniente vicino a Patong Beach. Le camere sono pulite e comode e il personale è super cordiale. È perfetto per i viaggiatori che vogliono una posizione comoda senza spendere troppo. Inoltre, hai il Wi-Fi gratuito!

CCecibunzQuesta casa di ospiti superava le mie aspettative, e io l’ho giudicata prematuramente per il prezzo, ma la mia stanza era molto grande, era pulita e sembrava davvero bella. Ho anche una TV che ho usato, una caldaia per fare il caffè, un ferro per premere i miei vestiti e un minibar frigo. La mia stanza aveva anche un balcone. La posizione è perfetta. A circa 8 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (non usare la strada principale se cammini, è pericoloso senza passeggiate laterali e più avanti. Usa le strade posteriori). Ci sono bar, ristoranti, uffici di cambio, rotomi, ATM e spa ovunque si guarda. Se avessi saputo quanto mi piacerebbe questo posto, avrei soggiornato molto più a lungo. Infine, se non guidate o usate una moto, non vi preoccupate, Grab e Bolt funzionano molto bene qui. Ho usato Grab per andare a destinazioni lontane, ma poi ho spostato a Bolt perché i loro prezzi sono quasi 1/3 dei prezzi Grabs. Cons: È un po'suono di notte (a causa dei bar e della vita notturna), ma non così male che non si può dormire. Inoltre, non c'è ascensore, quindi devi usare le scale (per me era bene perché mangiavo ALOT, quindi mi servivano le scale, ma so che alcune persone non lo vogliono e probabilmente dovrei chiedere di avere una stanza al secondo piano quando prenoto. In generale, questo è un grande posto per rimanere per chiunque di qualsiasi età, soprattutto considerando il prezzo. Se ritorno in Thailandia, rimarrò certamente a Sure.

LLiliyaОтель Tina очень зашёл ребенку. Ещё бы бассейн прямиком во дворе. Классно. Водичка освежиться в самый раз. Мы жили на 2м этаже, что тоже плюс на 1м, где бассейн показалось, что в номерах не так неуютно - мало света. Были 2 ночи, номер у нас был хороший. Было комфортно очень, что большой холодильник. Немного огорчило отсутствие горячей воды, но в + 32 это не очень печально.
