A wonderful gem in the middle of Patong in Phuket. The location is perfect within ten minutes walking distance to the main street of patong. We spent our new year's eve here and it was wonderful. The owner who can speak chinese and english helped us during all our trip to find restaurants or nice place to visit. They have two lovely cats as well that were waiting for us at the entrance to make sure we come back safe home. Again, Special thanks to the owner that helped us made our first trip to Thailand so much special.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto, quindi posso risparmiare un'ora di sonno quando andrò alle Similan il giorno dopo! L'hotel si trova in un vicolo e, se non vuoi partire con i bambini, il negozio può consegnarli nella parte più frequentata della spiaggia per 200 baht avanti e indietro dalla spiaggia. La stanza è pulita e ordinata e anche il servizio di negozio è buono. C'è tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno sulla strada principale fuori dal vicolo, quindi la vita è molto comoda.

È semplicemente un hotel in stile rustico con un buon ambiente. Le camere sono fatte di assi di legno e non c'è il bagno con acqua calda (è comune in Tailandia avere acqua a temperatura ambiente che costa più di mille yuan). Il personale della reception non è bravo. Non credo che parlino inglese e non sappiano molto delle prenotazioni online. La cosa peggiore è che al momento del check-out, Jinran mi ha chiesto come ho pagato così tante volte che non potevo Più tardi, ho scoperto che quando ho chiesto su quale piattaforma avevo prenotato la stanza, ho detto trip.com semplicemente non lo sapevo e ho scoperto che volevo pronunciare punto, o Ctrip non è conosciuto come agoda, altrimenti posso indovinarlo. Mi ha reso infelice. Ho trovato una scusa in camera e ho chiesto la chiave, ho ripreso la mancia che era originariamente sul comodino. Ho soggiornato per più di mezzo mese e ho effettuato un acquisto niente di meno

Ottima posizione per una gita giornaliera alla spiaggia, niente scivoli o cose del genere, tutte le infrastrutture necessarie (e anche di più) si trovano sulla strada per la spiaggia. Affitto, bar locali, bar/caffetterie, centri massaggi, Seven-Eleven/Ks Market, uffici di cambio, bancomat, bancarelle di frutta: tutto è facilmente raggiungibile.
L'edificio è appena stato costruito, tutto è nuovo, la reception è aperta 24 ore su 24 ed è reattiva. C'è un parcheggio gratuito (abbastanza spazio per tutti) e una piscina sul tetto. Sono presenti lavatrice, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro e asciugacapelli. Pulizia giornaliera
Tra i piccoli svantaggi, posso segnalare l'odore nella stanza, che si sente quando si arriva dal mare per i primi tre minuti e poi non si sente più, oltre alla scarsa ventilazione nella doccia, c'è anche un odore proveniente dal water. Il balcone è molto piccolo, ci può stare solo una persona. Frigorifero rumoroso.
In conclusione, posso dire che siamo completamente soddisfatti di aver prenotato questo posto. Grazie allo staff.

La posizione è molto buona, molto vicino alla città, a soli 2 minuti di macchina. Il prezzo è molto buono rispetto alla qualità. La camera è pulita, il letto è comodo, c'è lo scaldabagno e il frigorifero, è abbastanza per le mie esigenze. I dipendenti maschi che sono lì durante il giorno non sembrano molto accoglienti. Ma il personale femminile offre un ottimo servizio: il check-in è alle 16, il check-out a mezzogiorno è accettabile perché si concentrano maggiormente sulle uscite. Nel complesso è considerato buono per questo prezzo.

Un hotel meraviglioso, quando 2 stelle sono come 4. Molto pulito! Posizione comoda, non siamo andati all'aeroporto a piedi con la valigia, il trasferimento costa 100 b 2 minuti.
Lo sapremo per il futuro e prenoteremo più di una notte! Davvero contento! Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi 15 min. L'11/7 è accanto, anche la lavandaia è accanto. Alcuni servizi)

22morrowsworldMy initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later).
But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform.
Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this.
A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq !
Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste.
Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong
There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine.
Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

Il capo ha aperto un negozio di vestiti sotto, e la comunicazione è molto conveniente.
A causa della stanza piena, la stanza è stata portata a ”grande stanza”, la stanza è grande e non è stata abbassata sulla strada.
La stanza ha un po'di sapore, e a volte ci sono rumore di auto, rumore umano, nessun piscina e bagno caldo.
Ma vincendo è molto costoso.

HHAOZEThe hotel location is quite central. Walking distance to many places around. The washrooms aee full of used toilet papers often. They must increase the cleaning frequency. As two toilets for almost two rooms with 10 beds each are not enough. Breakfast is an english breakfast (not a buffet) and is same everyday. It’s not bad. No bad experience. Recommended

IIvan KraljEven if it ended with a nice gesture, the receptionist handing me a keychain gift (not sure if they do that with all guests), with a written request to leave 10/10 review, sadly I couldn't ignore the shortcomings of this hostel that seemed like just a downgraded version of Marco Polo Poshtel (not sure which one came first, but from breakfast to ”funny” wall messages, there was a similar ”creative” signature).
While I was initially attracted by reviews mentioning hostel's cleanliness, I couldn't say I shared the same opinion. Certain public areas were quite messy. The staircase to the first floor (where shoes are forbidden) didnt seem to be cleaned for some time. In the showers (which had a good water pressure), there was mold. None of the three handsoap dispensers in the only bathroom had soap in them. It just felt the staff doesnt have time or organizational skills to maintain everything in working order.
But I was mostly surprised by finding a not clean (i dont want to call it ”used”) bed cover in my bed. It had some fresh stains, hair and crumbles (well, not just on bed cover), and seemed just to be folded after the guest before me (even the folding seemed messed up, so i really thought maybe the bed was forgotten). When I asked the housekeeping to change it, they initially approved. The younger housekeeper started changing everything, sheet included (which i believe is a good way to do it, when it is not certain if the bed was completely changed), but when the older one returned, she made her put the sheet back (the sheet that was thrown on the floor in the meantime), laughing all along. No, that wasnt really funny.
Then instead of letting the young housekeeper put on the new bed cover she brought along, i noticed that the older one brought something that seemed to be the same old bed cover that i complained about (the duvet was already inside). When i asked if that is a new thing, she was convincing me it was. Already at that moment, i felt ridiculed. But i said, ”okay, if you say so.”
After all was done, i came back to my bed, unfolded the bed cover and confirmed my doubt - all this performance of changing the bed, without them changing anything! The only difference was that the bedsheet was also on the floor in the meantime.
This got me really frustrated, mostly because they lied to my face (what for?), and mostly because they invested energy in ”changing” everything while actually just stripping everything off and returning it (why? It takes the same amount of energy to do it for real). Feeling like an *****, i asked what seemed to be the problem? Dont they have clean bedding, or what? But they had. I asked them to give it to me then, and i would happily prepare the bed myself. Which they accepted. Lol.
I dont know, with that poor breakfast, the visual mess, unpleasant ”toilet” scent at hostel entrance, and generally low level of cleanliness (you can see how yellow the pillow is once you remove the pillow case yourself), it felt that other reviews mentioning spotless hygiene were misleading. Or were my standards too high?
In any case, i stayed in a dozen of Phuket hostels during my month here, but none of them tried to insult my intelligence. There are better places, and no, Dorm Hostel sadly doesnt deserve 10/10, to quote the request they tell everyone at check-out.
I also tried to leave them space for hostel improvement, so instead of lowest marks, i left average ones, even if the experience was truly below average.
P.S. When a guest asks whether a ferry with a pick-up operates everywhere in Phuket, a genuinely helpful answer would be ”yes”. And not ”no, it's only our hostel's pickup”. I understand everyone just tries to earn money, but it shouldn't be done by misleading guests who just trustfully ask for information.

CCharltonFirstly, I'd like to say I was a complete dud because I managed to get my wallet into my bag with my underwear, and I assumed the worst. Nonetheless, I approached the staff on duty and they helped me search the room again and without panic or pressure they were exceptionally helpful.
The staff were wonderful, unfortunately there isn't much information provided for things to do and see. The rating for the cleanliness is based on two factors. One, the shower drain was a bit clogged with old hair, and the shower head mounting was loose and nearly fell off. Cleanliness in this part also just refers to the rooms needing a bit of maintenance upkeep. Although, a major problem was the AC. It is super dirty and dusty. I had to refrain myself from using it, because i know how ACs can hold germs and dust in if they are not cleaned out every 6 months. Especially, when it's in an establishment where different people are coming in and out frequently. So not using the AC I was left dripping in sweat for most of the night.
As for the room, aside from the AC, it was nice. The bed was comfortable for me. The selection of TV in case you feel like just chilling before sleeping was also nice. Netflix, YouTube, and local TV.
The accommodation is in a great location, near to the Sunday market, and near cafes and bars. There is one drawback of staying in this location, and that is the fact that the room is not soundproof and all late night activities come through into the room. Ear plugs recommended.
Overall, it was a good stay for a fair budget experience. I'd stay here again if I'm just looking for a place to lay my head down for a day or two, but long stays will be questionable until they ensure the ACs are frequently cleaned out.

TTW2024Staff look a bit shy and quiet. Booked a Family Room with 3 beds and got room 6 on 2nd floor next to the stairs. Direct beach and restaurant are at the back of the resort. At night they and resorts nearby have dinner tables so the beach is lit and lively. Early in the morning they don’t set up yet so it’s very good to walk, run and exercise there. They’re having a renovation. Room 6 had very strong paint smell. Water faucets are usable so they don’t change yet. Hose spray for toilet is on the right and you will twist your body to hang it on the left. Coffee making table, clothes cabinet and safe box are inside the bathroom with walls to separate. Drain hole is near the wall of the toilet so when we shower, the toilet room is wet too. Wall mount shower gel and shampoo. Bring your tooth brush set as most places in Thailand don’t give. Water drains slow a bit but not clogged. Other rooms on ground floor are being renovated also. It’s a small resort in the shape of a town house and they have a small lane to walk to the beach. Next to that lane are 3 or 4 guest rooms on ground floor. If you need the best room, it’s on 2nd floor at the end and you have 2 large beds, a separate large room with microwave, table with 4 chairs at the balcony overlooking the beach. Other guests can walk to this balcony too. View is the sea and the roof of the beach front restaurant. Room 6 has a table & 2 chairs outside the room so when you smoke and eat, expect to see other guests walking pass. Tops convenience store is on the other side of the street. Many shops, restaurants and food stalls on this street.
The resort is at the end of this small beach town & next to the National Park. Walking about 30 minutes towards the park direction, we saw a tiny coral islet and we crossed the coral underwater way from main beach to that islet. Wear aqua shoes as it’s impossible to walk with bare feet. Water level is around waist line. The main beach has a ***** of sand running towards that tiny islet and the other side has high sand. Very beautiful sunset. If you want to do that, go before 4pm because when it’s dark (after 6pm, mid October), there is almost no light in that zone and water starts to raise higher which means it’s more difficult to walk back from the tiny islet. The walk is short with strong waves. Water is warm.

UUtente ospiteExcellent service! This hotel was the best I've stayed at on this island. There is an elevator, a fridge, bottled water every day, hot water, and a stable WiFi connection. There are plenty of food choices available nearby, local or European. Even though rooms are not huge, they utilized this space to the fullest. This hotel far exceeded my expectations.
The only downsides I can think of are area-related. There are no beaches available nearby.

There is a 7/11, restaurants, a sport pub, billard pub and massage next to it. 10-15 min walking to the night market even if no really safe as along the big road to go there. The bed is confortable. Curtain let the light go inside… had lot of ants inside. Even found a huge cockroad in the room when was in he last floor! The furniture and wall are used but was not an issue for me. Good hot shower even if then you can’t go to toilets as the floor will all wet. There a construction site just next to it so it is noisy during the shake, sometime the flat was checking strange but truth. Also you can hear the road really noisy during the day but night time it is ok except if noisy motobike. They kept my bag at reception on the last day so was nice, it is 10-15 min walking from the bus stop to go to airport but be ready to spend 1h30 in the bus and no 50 min like they said but 2€50 bus compare to 20€ taxi. The beach is nice with sunbed but I think surin beach next to it is better. I enjoyed the flat as was big and lot of facilities but nothing in the kitchen to cook or eat just a sink, had a kettle and a fridge and a hairdryer but was just too noisy for me :( the wall are like paper as could hear my neighbor coughing and tv all day. Still would recommand it for a short stay and low budget. Receptionist were nice, they offer services but didn’t use them.

CCecibunzQuesta casa di ospiti superava le mie aspettative, e io l’ho giudicata prematuramente per il prezzo, ma la mia stanza era molto grande, era pulita e sembrava davvero bella. Ho anche una TV che ho usato, una caldaia per fare il caffè, un ferro per premere i miei vestiti e un minibar frigo. La mia stanza aveva anche un balcone. La posizione è perfetta. A circa 8 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (non usare la strada principale se cammini, è pericoloso senza passeggiate laterali e più avanti. Usa le strade posteriori). Ci sono bar, ristoranti, uffici di cambio, rotomi, ATM e spa ovunque si guarda. Se avessi saputo quanto mi piacerebbe questo posto, avrei soggiornato molto più a lungo. Infine, se non guidate o usate una moto, non vi preoccupate, Grab e Bolt funzionano molto bene qui. Ho usato Grab per andare a destinazioni lontane, ma poi ho spostato a Bolt perché i loro prezzi sono quasi 1/3 dei prezzi Grabs. Cons: È un po'suono di notte (a causa dei bar e della vita notturna), ma non così male che non si può dormire. Inoltre, non c'è ascensore, quindi devi usare le scale (per me era bene perché mangiavo ALOT, quindi mi servivano le scale, ma so che alcune persone non lo vogliono e probabilmente dovrei chiedere di avere una stanza al secondo piano quando prenoto. In generale, questo è un grande posto per rimanere per chiunque di qualsiasi età, soprattutto considerando il prezzo. Se ritorno in Thailandia, rimarrò certamente a Sure.

LLiliyaОтель Tina очень зашёл ребенку. Ещё бы бассейн прямиком во дворе. Классно. Водичка освежиться в самый раз. Мы жили на 2м этаже, что тоже плюс на 1м, где бассейн показалось, что в номерах не так неуютно - мало света. Были 2 ночи, номер у нас был хороший. Было комфортно очень, что большой холодильник. Немного огорчило отсутствие горячей воды, но в + 32 это не очень печально.
