JJazreel YeEntrambi mio marito e io amavo questo posto. Siamo stati qui molti anni fa e ora tornati con una stanza che ha un giardino, bella, spaziosa, non poteva essere meglio. Absolutamente bello. Posizione molto conveniente, personale molto amichevole. Sicuramente sarà tornato.

Ookevin位置真的特別優越！無論到哪裡都很近！樓下就是一個著名的娘惹菜館。
設施方面不盡如人意，首先是馬桶旁邊的噴頭，衹能噴一下就不能用了，要花好幾分鐘才能再噴一下，完全不知道為啥。衹能反饋給房東了。
其次是因為房間在建築物中間，4g和5g信號不行，衹有一格信號，於是就衹好依賴WIFI，結果WIFI 要麼連接不上，要麼就是連上了也不能上網，真的是太憋屈了！
希望房東或者經營者能夠儘快改善這些問題。
另外一個建議是：洗髮水和沐浴露無法區分，能貼上標簽寫明就更好了！

The air condition is really cold and blanket is not really thick which makes me freezing overnight, thank god I got my bf to warm me.
The towels are not recommended to use cuz it looks dirty and used before.
The floor is a bit sticky but acceptable, wish next time can provide a slipper.
The area is not noisy during our staying and the water dispenser is working but not produce hot water.
There’s a pharmacy downstairs so it’s convenient to buy smt u need, oso 7-11 and a burger stall nearby.
In conclusion, u get what u paid for.

Rraquel.herreraOur check-in experience was a bit stressful. We arrived at 17:00 and the door was locked. When a staff member arrived later, they weren’t able to check us in immediately and kept calling someone without explaining what was happening. It would be helpful if someone were always available during check-in times to welcome guests.
The first room we were given had a lot of mold on the walls, and the shared bathrooms and showers were very dirty. They were not cleaned during our three-day stay.
However, we want to highlight the professionalism of Navira, who quickly came to assist us. She was polite, kind and genuinely willing to provide excellent service. When we requested a room change due to the mold, she immediately arranged a better room for us. This completely turned our first impression of the hostel around. The new room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with both a fan and air conditioner.
We truly appreciate Navira’s help and friendliness, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

UUtente ospiteView from the 25th floor is beautiful. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for the lifts though. This block seems to serve mainly visitors, and we waited more than 30 minutes for a lift to bring us down as its fully packed during check out time between 11am to 12pm. Ended up walking down the stairs from 25th floor, and we were faster than the lift while lugging along 2 luggages.
