JJazreel YeEntrambi mio marito e io amavo questo posto. Siamo stati qui molti anni fa e ora tornati con una stanza che ha un giardino, bella, spaziosa, non poteva essere meglio. Absolutamente bello. Posizione molto conveniente, personale molto amichevole. Sicuramente sarà tornato.

However, the property is managed by an agent with no reception available to welcome guests or store luggage. Rraquel.herreraOur check-in experience was a bit stressful. We arrived at 17:00 and the door was locked. When a staff member arrived later, they weren’t able to check us in immediately and kept calling someone without explaining what was happening. It would be helpful if someone were always available during check-in times to welcome guests. The first room we were given had a lot of mold on the walls, and the shared bathrooms and showers were very dirty. They were not cleaned during our three-day stay. However, we want to highlight the professionalism of Navira, who quickly came to assist us. She was polite, kind and genuinely willing to provide excellent service. When we requested a room change due to the mold, she immediately arranged a better room for us. This completely turned our first impression of the hostel around. The new room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with both a fan and air conditioner. We truly appreciate Navira’s help and friendliness, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

UUtente ospiteThe facilities are old and it’s clean but not spotless, so u may need to wipe ur table and switch if u mind the dust. The air condition is really cold and blanket is not really thick which makes me freezing overnight, thank god I got my bf to warm me. The towels are not recommended to use cuz it looks dirty and used before. The floor is a bit sticky but acceptable, wish next time can provide a slipper. The area is not noisy during our staying and the water dispenser is working but not produce hot water. There’s a pharmacy downstairs so it’s convenient to buy smt u need, oso 7-11 and a burger stall nearby. In conclusion, u get what u paid for.
