Hotel 2 stelle a Malacca

Sono stato li' con 13 amici, e per sorpresa, l'intera unità è molto pulita, molto più alta di quanto ci aspettassimo. I letti sono puliti, i bagni sono puliti, il karaoke è molto buono (Secondo uno dei miei amici che canta molto), la TV viene con diversi canali che si occupano di giovani e vecchi, la cucina è in cima con tutti i cucinali. Può parcheggiare 3 auto all'interno del porchetto e 1 auto all'esterno, appartiene a gruppi con pochi auto. Servizio della squadra di gestione è rispondente, anche quando li ho messa in mezzo alla notte il giorno in cui dovevamo entrare. La posizione è di circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla strada Jonker o dalle famose catene circostanti. 5 minuti a piedi da un negozio di caffè cinese vicino che vende cibo cinese e un cibo musulmano che vende cibo musulmano. A chi vuole solo un caffè e un pasto per colazione. Prenoterò questo posto di nuovo se dovessi andare a Malacca con un grande gruppo di amici o famiglia. Molto consigliato.

A very clean European-style youth hostel, with very cute kittens downstairs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the location is convenient, the facilities are well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole environment is very clean, because you need to take off your shoes. The cat is very well behaved and cute, and the atmosphere is very warm. Have to take off your shoes when entering the door. The hostel is chic and practically design, the accommodation was tidy and cozy with affordable price. Moreover, the spacious common area and separated Male/Female bathrooms, simple pantry with 3in1 coffee, tea bag, snacks, water dispenser and microwave oven. There are 3 cute & friendly cats in the hostel too. The public space design is not very interactive. The capsules or boxes are comfortable. Have good locker system which uses card. The capsule pod was poor ventilation after cover by curtain as there is no mini fan and exhaust fan, towel not provided. After pulling the curtains and turning on the light, you can clearly see dust flying around. It is generally very clean, but the bed is relatively small This dormitory hostel has strategic location and are good, small, noisy electronic lockers, privacy curtains don't bring that much privacy. Staff don't seem to care a lot about what's happening and the staff are not that friendly. The mattress was comfortable. The lobby was clean and offered complimentary hot water and snacks, which was a nice touch. There are no bath towels and slippers, and it costs RM5 to ask for a bath towel. No hot water for shower and 2in1 shampoo/body wash provided but rarely replenish. The bathroom and toilet have windows to the outside, so they are more ventilated, the space is large, and they are very comfortable to use. The shower head has a brass retro shape, which is super beautiful. No deposit needed, easy to check in and check out. Location is strategic and near to major attractions, shopping malls and eateries within walking distance. But no lift and amenities. Have to climb up stairs and suitable for younger generations.

Spero sinceramente di poter tenere questo hotel. L'Hotel Hong è un'ottima scelta se siete persone con i piedi per terra, che apprezzano un breve soggiorno tranquillo nella zona di Jonkers. La posizione è a pochi passi da Jonkers Street, ideale per stare lontani dal rumore e dormire bene la notte, a patto che vi vadano bene le pareti sottilissime e insonorizzate. La camera è compatta, può ospitare due persone, ma onestamente è perfetta per una sola. L'aria condizionata funziona bene, altrimenti c'è sempre il ventilatore a soffitto. Il letto matrimoniale è comodo, gli asciugamani sono puliti, la pressione dell'acqua è sufficiente per risciacquare lo shampoo per una donna con capelli di media lunghezza, ma non c'è un asciugacapelli. Nel complesso, l'interno della camera e il bagno sono puliti, ma non altrettanto le finestre, molto impolverate, e i precedenti inquilini hanno chiaramente violato il divieto di fumo, dato che sono stati trovati mozziconi di sigaretta e biancheria intima attaccati ai vetri. Sia la camera che il bagno godono di una buona luce naturale e ventilazione, ma se lasciati aperti possono attirare un po' di zanzare. I mobili sono vecchi e usurati, ma comunque sufficienti per un soggiorno di qualche giorno. Inoltre, il deodorante per ambienti non funziona bene. E i ripiani del bagno erano terribilmente inclinati: era impossibile appoggiare i prodotti da bagno senza che cadessero. Sebbene si trovi di fronte alla moschea, il richiamo alla preghiera non era così fastidioso come le pareti sottilissime della stanza. La testiera del letto è posizionata contro la parete della stanza accanto, che purtroppo è il bagno, quindi si sente ogni sciacquone e ogni rumore di tubi che provengono dalla stanza accanto. La cosa migliore è che la signora alla reception è fantastica, super disponibile, alla mano e cordiale. Psst, c'è una zona relax al piano superiore, una specie di terrazza panoramica, ideale per una serata tranquilla e rilassante; lasciate il chiasso al Jonkers. Non aspettatevi un trattamento VIP, il servizio a letto è buono. Questo è un hotel semplice, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, che dovrebbe essere apprezzato solo da viaggiatori con la stessa mentalità.

Заселение было омрачено тем, что обнаружились скрытые сборы, которые мне надо было доплатить помимо самой оплаты за номер. 3 рингита, о которых было сказано при бронировании и 10 рингит - туристический сбор, о котором трипком умолчал. Очень профессионально и тактично повел себя менеджер за стойкой ресепшн Лим, пытаясь урегулировать неприятную ситуацию. И мое огромное спасибо ему за это. Номер был хороший, просторный и чистый. Чистое белье и полотенца. Из минусов: обнаружилось наличие тараканов, маленьких, но все же неприятно. Вода, которая предлагается бесплатно - ужасная и скорее всего просто набрана из крана. Пить не невозможно. Вкус и запах. Также из минусов - непрекращающийся гул в номере, судя по всему от какого то насоса или аккумулятора. Но нормально выспаться было затруднительно при таком шуме. Расположение в 15 минутах ходьбы от исторической улицы. Приемлимо для той цены которую я заплатила за бронирование- 40 рингит +13 поборы с туристов. Но в остальные дни цена поднялась и этот номер не стоил тех денег.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

Il personale era amichevole, professionale e sempre disposto ad aiutare con un sorriso. La posizione era eccellente, rendendo facile esplorare attrazioni e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Consigliamo molto questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole.

Questo hotel pratica i servizi di autocontrollo. Ci sono state alcune difficoltà nel check-in, e è stato risolto per la chiamata telefonica. Sarei più felice di incontrare il personale all'arrivo e posso anche risolvere qualsiasi problema. In generale, la mia famiglia e io abbiamo un buon soggiorno e il personale è amichevole e interattivo.

The location is very strategic nearby the red church which is the tourists attraction, also surrounding by famous cafe & bakery. So it’s easily to go anywhere, the road kinda busy but it’s still find for us to sleep. The room is enough for two people and it’s clean. Cute interior of the places, no receptionist standby at the place need to go to the next building if you have stuffs to ask.
