Hotel 2 stelle a Tainan

Ho una camera con bagno privato, e wow! Dopo due settimane di bellissimo viaggio a Narita, Busan, Seoul, Macao, Taipei e Kaohsiung, non ho mai pensato che Tainan sarebbe stato il mio soggiorno più bello, ma è stato davvero! La mia stanza era così spaziosa e pulita, che era così grande, perché tendevo a essere un po' di ipocondriaco sull'igiene dell'hotel. Passando i miei giorni a camminare intorno a Tainan e poi tornare a casa nella Casa Rossa, girare un dramma sulla TV a schermo piatto, e sdraiare a dormire sul mio confortevole futon IL, potrebbe essere stato davvero i punti di vista del mio viaggio :) Grande lavoro, per favore mantengalo in piedi!!!

Non c'è ascensore per vivere in alto edificio, devo pensare a chiudere, perché vuole andare al sesto piano ogni giorno, il primo piano è ancora innalzato, e le scale sono davvero morti per due giorni, perché questo è il motivo per cui gli hotel prenotati dopo di me devono guardare le scale

I had a truly wonderful stay at here. The location couldn’t be better—right across from Tainan Park, it’s peaceful yet still within walking distance to the train station and local eateries. The atmosphere of the inn feels both cozy and refreshing, surrounded by greenery that makes you forget you’re in the middle of the city. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with natural light, soft bedding, and just the right touch of simplicity. Every detail showed the owner’s care—from the locally roasted coffee in the common area to the warm welcome when I arrived. I especially loved the small garden space where you can relax with a cup of tea in the afternoon. What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready with local travel tips and food recommendations. Their genuine kindness made me feel like I was visiting an old friend rather than staying at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tainan. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates comfort, warmth, and a touch of nature in the heart of the city.

Important: Please bring ear plugs! the sound from street traffic is kind of echoey and loud. I went to buy some after my first night. Location is hard to beat. I got to try quite a few good eateries just by staying here. And there are street markets of different types within short walking distance. I was staying in a room on 2nd level and using the shared bathroom, but it looked like i was the the only one using it. Everything is clean and spotless, as if the place is very new. The hot/cold water dispenser at ground level is very useful. More hooks/hangers in the room for hanging clothes would be nice. The light feature above the bed and the full-length glass windows that allow natural light are very aesthetically pleasing. What was perhaps unusual and a bit unnerving - a first for me - was that i didn't see ANY person around the whole of my 4-day stay. I arrived late and had to do a self check-in on the first day so that was to be expected, but on subsequent days no staff were at reception, nor did i see any guests (though i could faintly hear them in their rooms on certain days). Is this a low season thing? Having said that, i found the self-check in and check-out is quite convenient and if you have connected with them over Whatsapp, they send clear instructions beforehand. They will also answer any questions over Whataspp, so i guess it's like a virtual receptionist?

Inizialmente ero molto turbato quando dovevo aspettare fuori per lasciarmi entrare.Dato il caldo intenso e la mia lotta per trasportare il mio bagaglio dalla stazione ferroviaria, era piuttosto incomodo. Poi ho saputo che il ricevitore si era allontanato per un momento, che capisco. Nonostante le condizioni difficili, l'atteggiamento positivo del personale ha reso la mia esperienza molto più piacevole. Grazie per il vostro aiuto!

The hotel and room are very nice, in a very good position and has a very good price. The problem is the communication with the staff. I tried to contact a day in advance on WhatsApp (they asked me to add them on WhatsApp when I booked, and at the beginning, a few weeks ago, they answered) to know when I could bring my luggage there but I got no answer. Later that day and next morning I tried again with the same result. I also asked a friend in Taiwan to call them on this number but no answer. Then I decided to go to the hotel, I found another phone number and another WhatsApp but unfortunately I got no answer again. Luckily another client let me enter with the code to bring my luggage. I finally got an answer 4 hours later I left the hotel. That's a pity, I don't know what happened. Hope I only was very unlucky that day.

La mia prenotazione consisteva di 2 letti matrimoniali, però a causa di una discrepanza di dettagli da viaggio, quando si contattarono il soggiorno, hanno annunciato che forniscono solo 1 letto matrimoniale per ogni camera. Oltre a quella sfortuna, il soggiorno era abbastanza piacevole. Preparatevi per i passi duri di Tainan. Altri problemi con il soggiorno sono stati che non c'erano spazzole o paste dentali fornite, nessuna maglia da bagno (è il tipo di spongiforma), nessun riscaldamento adeguato nella stanza. L'ingresso era un po' difficile da trovare, soprattutto quando si sta facendo buio. Ci hanno fornito 2 bottiglie d'acqua e successivamente sono stati ottenuti dal distributore nella zona principale di livello 1. Anche nella zona principale c'è un frigo pubblico e un bagno. Le strutture vicine comprendono la strada per il cibo stradale con alcuni negozi di abbigliamento, 7/11, Watsons. La posizione era un autobus a distanza dal Metro Tainan così conveniente! Ma .taxi sarebbe ancora meglio.

Le scale per i letti a castello superiori non sono molto larghe, rendendo difficile la discesa, e i corrimano in acciaio sono troppo ruvidi. Il bagno con doccia è un po' stretto, quindi fate attenzione a non urtare gli oggetti. Gli armadietti sono ampi e comodi. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, e i bagagli possono essere depositati lì. Offrono anche un deposito bagagli se le condizioni lo consentono, consentendo il check-in anticipato e l'utilizzo delle aree comuni al primo piano prima del check-in.
