Dopo aver provato il bambino, è venuto a fare il viaggio e andato. Sono stato il punteggio più alto a Trip.com per cercare Kunshan Hotel, quindi ho sperimentato l'idea di provare per una notte, non ho deluso la famiglia.L'hotel è nuovo, è pulito e tranquillo da entrare nell'atrio all'ascensore alla stanza. La ricetta è molto bella. we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

作為一個五鑽/星酒店愛好者和酒旅從業者這家酒店還是非常值得來講兩句的，首先外觀可能平平無奇，內裏大有乾坤，樓下光迎賓有2-3個，態度很好，熱心幫忙開電梯，其次套餐包含的簡餐也很好吃，房間裏有很多細節做得很好，全智能家居，浴袍是加絨的、拖鞋也是加厚的，甚至還給了沐浴棉，很多星級酒店做不到這樣的，mini吧給了四罐飲料，比很多其他高端五星更大方，下午還送了入住水果，非常貼心，早餐很豐富很好吃，種類多，很多五星酒店都以白人飯為主，中國消費者容易吃不習慣，這邊中式菜品比較多，更適合我的中國胃。7樓有個小酒吧，可以適當小酌兩杯，洗衣房裡的機器洗衣烘乾功能也比較多，甚至自帶藍月亮洗衣液，而且不需要排隊，健身房甚至有划船機和登山機，種類較多。這次來天氣比較冷還沒有機會去游泳池，等天熱了再來感受。唯一要説的兩點就是是點外賣機器人送的比較慢，而且不會打電話，導致外賣到了我也不知道，機器人又下樓了，建議機器人到門口給房間內打個電話，還有就是沒有浴缸，可能我定的房間沒有，那麼如果能作房態情況升級的話就更好了。

Questa gente è davvero una sorpresa!L'ambiente è molto comodo, i dettagli sono troppo cordiali e la qualità è piena.Il capo è molto entusiasta e intimo, e il vino è davvero fantastico, e la gente è molto attraente in ogni parte.E'veramente consigliabile sperimentare questa gente!

Host is very friendly and hospitable, provided lots of good tips and even upgraded our room. Accommodation is located at the quieter side of the scenic area which is great. Highly recommended!

La stanza è molto grande e pulita. La stanza è aggiornata gratuitamente. È molto vicino alla zona sceneggiata. L'ingresso della zona sceneggiata è circa 50 metri dalla porta. È molto consigliabile.

The hotel is great , the staff and environment was very friendly and welcoming . The butler (溪地小清) always made sure that we have everything that we needed and that the communication between us was fluently and made the trip go smoothly. The food was good and very delicious the portions is very generous. The places around the hotel is also good and a great experience for foreigners very welcoming and a great place for children. There is tons of activities and food places to see. The only improvement is to maybe add a mini fridge in the rooms to keep the drinks cool. Other than that the place is a great experience and scenery relaxing would recommend foreigners to try it out. I would definitely go back again
