The best part of the hotel is the services .The staff are very helpful and immediate response is taken. The rooms are too good , lobby area is so pretty and specious and also the restaurant is too good and food is top notch ,every new dish which I try is soo delicious . I would like to specially mentioned one ***ager"Dawar" he is phenomenal and the way he talk and smile on his face makes my family happy too. I have booked through makemytrip for deluxe room he upgraded my room deluxe to lake facing suite room. Thanks again

Welcome hotel, Srinagar is ideally situated on the bank of Dal Lake with adjoining busy market area. Priced reasonably to suit the budget of Middle Class / Upper Middle Class families. Tariff includes buffet breakfast and dinner and well suited for families who come on a tourist spree. Front desk is very helpful and respond immediately. I would like to mention Imtiyaz, Syed Farooq who have been very helpful. ***ager & Staff of Dawat Restauarant have been very helpful in making us feel comfortable. Because of Power Supply disruptions ( which is there throughout in J & K ), intermittently lifts, heaters, hot water may not be available. But the house keeping staff walk that extra mile in providing hot water in a bucket. Very cosy interiors and rooms are spacious. Bathing tubs in some rooms need replacements. Overall our experience was very good.

Best stay ever and best hotel 🏨 Srinagar, Cleanliness, rooms are specious well decorated. I would like to thank specially Mr. Younis reshi restaurant ***ager is so helpful, he was always their to provide u the best food weather it was breakfast dinner or snacks. You should try Wazwan pulav from him ….😂

Hotel is bang opposite Dal Lake with a scenic view, walking distance for Shikara and basic requirements. Hotel staff is very cooperative and supporting. Excellent service. Rooms are clean with central air conditioning. We stayed there for 5 nights with family. Food is nice.

Good and spacious rooms with room heating. Great view of Dal lake and mountains visible from window. Hotel lobby is beautifully decorated looks like five star hotel. Very helpful and courteous staff. Mr. Aakif, House keeping ***ager even helped me to get a new sim when my both mobile prepaid sims stopped working in Srinagar. They also helped in shikara and cab bookings for our pleasure trips. We had a great and unforgettable stay in Srinagar for four days.

Very nice & friendly Staff. Cleanliness is good. Location is very good. Imtiaz at the reception is very good and helpful guy. Spent three nights in total and had to admit that it is worth check in. Feel free to book everyone. All the best guys. Thumbs-up.

All the staff are cooperative and services are also good. There breakfast and dinner is also tasty.And the main thing is that in staff section the Imtiyaz ji is very cooperative and well ***nered ***. Thank you for him for his support and cooperation.

The Location Is Beautiful & Ideally Situated. Markets & Restaurants Are Closeby At Walking Distance. Service Was Excellent. Room & General Cleanliness Is Appreciable. Mr. Imtiyaz Was Very Courteous & Helpful. All In All A Very Good Place To Stay & That Too Being Very Affordable. Coming Jan. Last Week/Feb. 1st Week I Will Be Here Again For Sure.

It was a trip which I would remember for lifetime.The hospitality they provided was totally mind blowing. From the movement of arrival we were made to feel at Home. Greeted by staff at front office especially Mr dawar . I booked our room through goibibo for deluxe premium he upgraded to front lake presidential suite room.The service is really superb and the good provided in Hotel was totally mouth watering.waiters served in smiling face.The house keeping team at its best because the rooms were spotless and bathrooms were highgenic.The stay in Hotel welcome was awesome. I would like to thank the General ***ager Mr Dawar how co-operative and informative he is.Gave us all information and guided us in excellent way. I heartily recommend this hotel for staying.
