Terrible customer service. We are leaving early for the airport today, so we asked to pay the bill last night. A lot of confusion by Reception occurred before we got the final details …( we only had 3 extra items on our bill as well as the room- so, not a complicated calculation ) we then went back to our room to transfer money onto our travel money card to pay for our bill. My husband went down to Reception to pay- (a new person on Reception) paid the bill - Staff member asked if it was Debit /credit card - my husband said several times Debit card. Bill paid he returned to the room. A telephone call from Reception, to say he (Staff Member) had used the wrong machine to pay and could we come back to Reception to pay our bill. On checking our account the money had been taken out of our account plus extra !! The staff member made a mistake which meant our debit card was overdrawn, with extra USD$ being used to pay for this extra 24$ plus a fee!!! We were certainly not going to pay out an extra $2000+ bill! We went to Reception to sort it- tel calls made to head of Reception - no answer. I asked for the details of the Hotel Manager to which the Staff member ever said there wasn’t a Hotel Manager ?!!!! I knew they wouldn’t be available but wanted the name & number . He was very unhelpful- eventually he told me there was a Manager!! I rang his number (it is late by this time, so knew I’d be only leaving a message) only to be told that this person had not set up an answering service… really? A manager of 2 Pan Pacific hotels in Whistler… The staff member gave me the number of the head of Reception- I left a message on her answering machine to contact us - outlining our issues. We are still waiting to hear back….. This hotel is expensive- that we don’t mind if we are having a nice time, but we haven’t slept all night with the worry of this & us needing to leave early. Including taxes the room has cost 660$ a night. This very stressful incident has spoilt a special occasion trip for us - we are leaving for the airport very upset at the way in which we have been treated. Paying your bill should be the easiest thing in the world- it should come as no surprise to the hotel, as everyone has to do it! Staff training is obviously an issue that needs sorting - you speak to a different person every time- we still have had no reply from the Head of Reception, absolutely shocking.

Centrally situated so great for access to bars, shops and the gondolas and car parks. Four of us shared a 2 bedroomed apartment which had full kitchen, just enough pots and pans etc. and a bathroom each so it was roomy enough for the week. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were fine, lots of hot water and washing machine and dryer in room a bonus especially since we had been travelling around for 2 weeks before our stay. Only downside was noise from nearby bars but this stopped before midnight. Light sleepers might find earplugs useful. Extra tips if you are staying for a few days, buy s 360 summer pass for much cheaper access to gondolas if you want to make more than one trip and visit municipal office to get monthly parking pass for car parks 4 and 5. You still have to move the car each day but it's only $25 for s month rather than $14 a day...

Great location but generally disappointing hotel. As is typical in Whistler, this hotel is very overpriced and tired. The rooms have clearly not be renovated in decades. The fact that the hotel's website lists a Spa Tub as one of the amenities is really a joke; to access the hot tub you have to walk through the kitchen of the restaurant and then all you find is a sad, small, gross bathtub inside a small room. For a ski resort hotel, especially one this expensive, this hot tub situation is pathetic. The room was lame as well; the heating/cooling system by the window was very old and difficult to control temperature comfort. Same goes with the shower; the temperature and pressure control was loose on the wall and wavered between way too hot and too cold. Staff were not very friendly in comparison to other hotels in Whistler I have stayed at. And the fact that the Ketel One Vodka Ice Room is accessed from the lobby of the hotel is quite awkward when you come home or leave. The bed was comfortable, though, and as I wrote the location is very good. Time for a very major renovation. I do not recommend this hotel unless options to be close to the central village are very limited.

La stanza è grande e confortevole. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Perche'sono cibo in cucina. Non ci sono lavamenti per andare al campo di neve la mattina, ma il personale del servizio della stanza d'albergo ci ha aiutati a lavare tutti. Inoltre, l'hotel ha un autobus gratuito per la stazione di ricarica nel campo della neve. Il conducente è anche molto amichevole. Anche se incontra nessun autobus speciale, c'è una stazione di bus che può prendere quattro autobus gratis nel campo della neve in quattro minuti. C'è un grande supermercato vicino all'hotel in due minuti, super comodo, e c'è un ufficio postale in tre minuti, ma la stazione principale del bus turistico/bus è a distanza da qui, circa 7 minuti, e se c'è più bagagli, è psicologico.C'è lavastoviglie e lavastoviglie gratuitamente all'hotel! E'molto conveniente per gli ospiti che soggiornano più di due notti.

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno al Nita Lake Lodge. Abbiamo preso una camera con vista sulle montagne, potrebbe non essere migliore di quelle con vista sul lago, ma abbiamo avuto la possibilità di prendere in prestito la loro canoa, kayak e SUP gratuiti, quindi ci siamo comunque goduti una buona quantità di tempo al lago. Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di prendere in prestito le biciclette gratuite e siamo stati in grado di passeggiare per Alta Lake attraverso Valley Trail, è stato davvero bello che offrano questi servizi, ha reso un fantastico hotel estivo a Whistler. Il servizio clienti è stato ottimo da parte di tutto il personale che ho incontrato, in particolare il front desk/servizi per gli ospiti, sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La camera era molto spaziosa, il letto era più rigido ma ho dormito bene. Mi sono svegliato solo quando il bambino nella stanza accanto a noi ha iniziato a piangere alle 5 del mattino, ma mi sono addormentato di nuovo dopo. Se hai il sonno leggero, forse evita le stanze che hanno un accesso adiacente per ridurre al minimo l'ascolto del tuo vicino. A volte sentiamo anche persone che passano nel corridoio, quindi le camere probabilmente non sono molto insonorizzate. Ho adorato l'enorme vasca da bagno e gli asciugamani in abbondanza forniti. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno. Se qualcuno ha intenzione di andare a Whistler per una vacanza estiva, consiglio vivamente Nita Lake Lodge.
