I migliori hotel con spa a Da Nang

Il servizio non era grande e non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna direzione al nostro hotel quando siamo arrivati al check-in principale e siamo andati in modo improvviso in pioggia passando diversi hotel finché non abbiamo finalmente trovato il nostro come non poteva trovare nessuno che lavorasse per chiedere. La stanza non era molto bella e le pareti sembravano sporche e in bisogno di una buona pulizia e ricolorazione. Le finestre erano scarse e c’era molle e vapore intorno all’interno della finestra. Anche in checkout ci è stato chiesto di aspettare alla reception per 10 minuti mentre hanno controllato la nostra stanza per assicurarsi che non abbiamo lasciato niente. Ma dopo 15 minuti non ci è venuto nessuno a consigliare di andare, anche se ci aspettavamo pazientemente davanti al receptionist. Così sono tornato alla coda per aspettare pazientemente fino a parlare di nuovo con lo stesso ricevitore che sembrava di avermi completamente dimenticato e mi ha chiesto di nuovo il numero della mia stanza, anche se ho appena rimesso la mia chiave a lei 20 minuti prima. Poi mi ha finalmente detto che potevo lasciare dopo aver chiesto se avessi restituito un ombrello alla ricezione che non avevo nemmeno usato in primo luogo! Ho dovuto lasciare rapidamente come avevo un taxi che mi aspettava nella zona principale di accoglienza, ma la mancanza di cure dei clienti e l’aspettare innocuamente intorno a controllare non era una buona esperienza considerando il costo elevato per il 2 notti soggiorno. Vorrei che la mia esperienza fosse stata migliore a Ba Na Hills, perché il posto è molto bello, ma la qualità dell'hotel e il servizio hanno davvero bisogno di attenzione e di un riassetto, perché ho soggiornato sinceramente in migliori 2 stelle. Vorrei tornare a Ban Na Hills, ma mi occuperò di prenotazioni in un altro hotel la prossima volta.

We had a great stay at Voco Ma Bella Hotel in Danang. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the room rates were fair given the location and quality of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would recommend it to others looking for a good place to stay in Danang.

Great location, access to foods, and beaches. At least 3 restaurants within 100m, Epic, Zeitun, Ganesha, etc. the toyr package is available at counter, competitive price. So convenient.

Uno dei migliori hotel a Danang! Il buffet del colazione è fantastico con molte opzioni e cibo molto fresco! La stanza è nuova, moderna e sembra essere il primo ospite che vi si trova. Molto confortevole e spazioso con una bella vista sul fiume e sulla baia. Ma la gemma di questo hotel è personale!!! Molto amichevole, gentile e professionale che non è spesso trovato nei paesi dell'Asia meridionale. Tornerò certamente!

Amazing hotel, although a little pricey, especially as my rate didn’t include breakfast. The room is very comfortable h the view and the balcony are what really makes the hotel. The pool has a beautiful view but it’s very small and when you’re on a lounger there you’re very close to the other guests (only a few loungers in a small space)

L'hotel superava tutte le mie aspettative, e dal momento che passeggiai attraverso le porte, il personale era caldo e accogliente, facendomi sentire a casa. La mia camera era spaziosa e impecabilmente pulita, con un balcone che offre una vista fantastica sulla linea di cieco della città. Mi ha colpito davvero l'attenzione ai dettagli e l'impegno generale di eccellenza in questo hotel. Non esitarei a rimanere qui di nuovo per la mia prossima visita.

After 30 mins drive from airport, you will be greeted with beautifully decorated receptionist and stunning view of the private bay. A buggy ride or combination of outdoor walk + funicular will lead to most room. If lucky, you may encounter the colourful endangered monkey during funicular ride. The ”panoramic” room is on higher floor and present a better view of the bay. View of the private bay from room's balcony attached. Variety is relatively limited however, quality of breakfast is outstanding. Dine at Citroen for vietnamese food or Barefoot for a more international flavour of meat, seafood and pizza. Food quality was outstanding and specialty coctails were interesting. Long bar was a posh spot for afternoon chill next to swimming pool and beach. Food and drink prices are on high side compared to Vietnamese standard or even similar resort in SEA. However, visiting the private beach (or bay) is really a treat! Complimentary cold water, sweet potato, and even unsual sunglasses cleaning service or cucumber to cool the face. Complimentary well maintained paddle board, kayak, Vietnamese bamboo basket boat. Plus all usual beach facilities such as beach volley, badminton, frisbee but without crowd. Attended and very well maintained indoor gym with Technogym and a smaller one outdoor. There is 4K outdoor running route circulating the resort with 100 m elevation. Bed room and bathroom are luxurious and well maintained. The high outdoor humidity (October) and air conditioned room cause foggy glasses and blocking the nice view from bed room. After adjusting skin to outdoor temperature, relaxing on relatively large balcony with large sofa was a better way to enjoy the scenery. While my other half experienced the award winning Mi Sol Spa, myself and kid went for private tour to Ba Na Hill from concierge which was on high side compared to online travel portal. However, it worthed for business class car, professional driver and very experienced tour guide whom made everything smooth and trouble free. Complimentary mini bus to Hoi An was pleasant and well timed. Tried local transport Grab for diner outside and it was a mixed experience of efficient cost and feeling of less safety. Services on all visited facilities were outstanding and caused my wife considering a return during cooler month.

We had a nice stay at the Marriott Danang. All of the staff around the resort were extremely polite and friendly. We appreciated the help and advice from the concierge staff. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes from Western, SE Asian and local Vietnamese. Perfect place for a family holiday:)

Excellente location.nextvto spiaggia, 5 min a piedi per commerci convenienti, cibo, pub, caffè, ristoranti, lavanderia, negozi, noleggio moto, venditori di strada, cambio di denaro. Balcone al piano superiore (livello 16) ha una vista meravigliosa sulla spiaggia di Danang a nord e a sud. Bella camera grande, pulita, solida materassi, doccia un po 'piccola e visibile di crack, molle. Il colazione era un gusto asiatico vietnamita. La maggior parte degli ospiti erano asiatici, molto pochi europei. Il tè era molto debole e non caldo. Ottimo servizio clienti con un sorriso Quattro ascensori, e sono veloci. La piscina al livello 20 è parzialmente sotto il tetto, non molto sole nella maggior parte del giorno.

The rooms were spacious, clean and very nice. It was too much fun to play around with in one day. The children were very happy. We will go back again.
