BBa Nàng Công ChúaMy impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in.
After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink.
In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed.
During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay.
In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

UUtente ospiteTo be honest, some highs and lows here. The service here is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. I remembered the first two days I was presented with this nice buffet with good food choices , then for another 3 or 4 days, the buffet stopped running and they switched to this really underwhelming a la carte menu that looked more befitting into a 2-star backpacker or student hostel. Then I found out the buffet was only set up because of a number of Chinese guests staying there. When they left, the buffet went (obviously me and the other 15 guests who were staying there, didn't deserve it??) The last two days they set it up again, and surprise, a large number of Russian guests had just checked in. So it turns that only if you are Chinese or Russian you get the attentions here? I know what I paid wasn't cheap, smacks of discrimination. Then on those days the service turned sloppy, I came early for breakfast, I think this is the first place I have been, where they penalise you if you come to eat early. 30 mins after opening and some trays were cold, I had to use the toaster to heat it up. The housekeeping was a bit strange here. They didn't replace the bed sheets, they simply tucked them in (I know this anecdotically, for a fact) One of the coffee cups replaced was soiled and stained, and in one occasion, they had removed one of the bar items without telling me (paving the way to maybe ask me to pay for it later without me taking it, this is not a good practice)
The coffee bar was very hit and miss. Some of the pastry pieces on display were some of the most ghastly I've ever seen, they looked raw, I had to ask them if they had been baked, they said yes (they were unglazed) On the second day, they served me this wishy washy mish mash of crushed ice with some mango on top, didn't taste of anything, they wanted 40000 d for that, how is that even on the menu? After that, I didn't set foot in there again.
The hotel was not even at 20% capacity, and they had the brilliant idea of putting people directly next to me and above upstairs..really? The pikey backpackers would be thumping on the floor a lot of the time, very poor isolation.
Upon leaving, I had this Be taxi driver (white car, 125.xx plate) He parked across the road, I was carrying my suitcases, I told him to turn around. He got in his taxi, drove off, and left me STRANDED, this was a booking to the airport, what kind of subhuman does that??? My experience with the Vietnamese is not great, but the staff here were kind and helpful, and assisted me greatly. Location not really great, a bit far from everything, but the place was very clean. So there are some positives, but this is in no way a 4 star for me, especially when subject to profiling and priviledges are removed, depending on where you come from, and what colour your skin is.

La posizione è molto conveniente. Ci sono molti ristoranti a piedi e un piccolo negozio di comodità vicino all'hotel, che rende molto facile acquistare snacks e essenze.
Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo ricevuto una bevanda di benvenuto rinfrescante e il personale ci ha aiutato gentilemente con il nostro bagaglio, che è stato un bel toccamento dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio.
Le camere sono un po' più piccole, ma poiché abbiamo usato l'hotel per dormire solo dopo aver esplorato la città, non era una grande questione per noi. Il colazione era buona con una bella varietà di opzioni da scegliere ogni mattina.
Una cosa da notare è che, sebbene abbiamo scelto due bambini al momento della prenotazione, abbiamo dovuto pagare un'ulteriore commissione per un bambino al check-in, abbiamo perso la nostra carta da camera durante il nostro soggiorno e abbiamo dovuto pagare una commissione per un sostituto.
L'hotel dispone anche di un ristorante e una piscina sul 19° piano, che offre un grande luogo per rilassarsi.
In generale, è stato un soggiorno confortevole in una grande posizione e una buona base per esplorare Da Nang.

UUtente anonimoUn piacevole soggiorno a Hoiana, un resort vicino al centro di Hoi An. L'hotel dovrebbe essere un soffitto di rosa e si può vedere vibe di design simili. La ricezione e lobby erano grandi, il servizio è grande anche con le bevande benvenute.
Un piccolo problema sorge come abbiamo chiesto per un check-out tardivo, ma non hanno potuto affrontare alcuna richiesta di check-out tardiva attraverso agenti di viaggio come trip.com
Il bagno era sempre pieno, non abbiamo potuto prenotarlo.
Il ristorante è stato un buon ristorante con un buon ambiente, un buon posto e cibo.

Hanno una spiaggia privata e gratuita per noleggiare volleyball/ altri con molte attività gratuite sul lato della spiaggia, tra cui yoga, ecc.
Le piccole questioni, come è collegato al ******, ci sono alcuni fumatori e alcune persone (non ospiti dell'hotel) che sono un po' più brutte e impolite.
Le bevande del lobby sono buone, ma la paniera è davvero così.
Ma è molto facile prendere un giro di gratta per la zona di Hoi per esplorare.

步步行 | TravellerIl Paris Deli è uno dei numerosi hotel lungo la spiaggia di My Khe. Ho trovato il personale molto cortese e in linea con gli standard vietnamiti. L'hotel offre un ottimo accesso a ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze, così come alla spiaggia e al monte Son Tra. Un altro aspetto sorprendente è la vicinanza ai punti di ritiro dei Van per Hue. L'unico neo è che la piscina era piuttosto fredda. Le camere e la colazione non sono state memorabili.

Yyeunsu****Ho soggiornato per le ultime 2 notti e mi sono riposato molto bene.
Dato che era inverno, mi chiedevo cosa fare per nuotare, quindi ho prenotato per Vinpearl nella piscina coperta.
Dato che erano nelle classi superiori, nuotarono tutti e tre i giorni.
Mi fidavo della guardia di sicurezza, quindi io e mio marito siamo andati al mercato e abbiamo comprato del cibo. Siamo andati a fare la spesa e abbiamo fatto commissioni, e il centro città era vicino, quindi è stato facile fare un acquisto.
Ho pagato la colazione una volta, ma da quando mi sono iscritto e ho ottenuto punti premio per aver mangiato, l'abbiamo mangiata tutti e quattro per 300.000 dong. Non c'è molto cibo ed è semplicemente semplice... Ma lo consiglio vivamente in molti modi~~~

EELL❤️L'hotel era pulito e ordinato, e la vista dal balcone era mozzafiato. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e la colazione a buffet offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni. C'è anche una splendida piscina sul tetto da cui si può godere di una magnifica vista su Da Nang. Ci tornerò sicuramente se ne avrò l'occasione! Grazie a tutti per aver reso il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso!

PPrisca HungI had a fantastic stay at KOI Resort and Apartments! The service was super nice, with friendly staff who went above and beyond. I was feeling unwell during my visit, and the staff were incredibly helpful, bringing extra blankets and offering ginger honey tea to my room for free. The room service food was delicious, and my room was clean and comfortable. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy. Everything was just perfect!

La prima volta che sono entrato nella stanza, l'odore della molle di scarico vibrava nel fondo del pavimento. C'è questo odore in tutto l'edificio, ma sembra essere un problema strutturale.
