Hotel con spa a Da Nang

My stay in DaNang and nearby towns were over 9 days, By the time we checked into Monarque, this would have been our 4th and last hotel before leaving for home. If we can, we will give the hotel 6-stars for the service, near-like butler service; being greeted from our HoiÁn ride to the reception with welcoming titbits and refreshing drinks during check-in (in fact, every time when we were at the lobby area, we are ”served” refreshing dring) till bringing us to our individual rooms, luggage separately delivered by the concierge. My room needed rubber mat in the bathroom/walk-in shower for my elderly father and they provided without fanfare (unlike other hotels we stayed before this). The booking had indicated afternoon tea- what was surprising is that it was English high-tea. And our first night we were even given complimentary Phó for dinner. It was top notch beef broth with Phó - we all loved it. The delicious meal does not stop there, the breakfast spread was plenty - a blend of western and Vietnamese food (including Bahn Mi, Vietnamese coffee, lovely baguettes, soup, variety of egg Benedict). I will write here to thank every staff member whom we have crossed paths with during our stay, every one of them served us (even with other guests) with their utmost best and always with a Smile. Monarque may not be the tallest hotel building on the DaNang ***** beach but it has a beautiful swimming pool on the 12th floor that overlooks the sea and the beach with many wonderful seafood restaurants that are just across the street. (perhaps the council of that area could add yellow caution blinker lights at the pedestrian crossing, that will help the crossing feel safer). Without crossing the road, and just behind the hotel you can get many massage parlour and a plethora of Vietnamese food - we dined at a Hanoi cuisine restaurant and the food was delicious! Overall, my trip to DaNang was made memorable by Monarque. I really hope to stay again at the hotel-keep up the great service!

Ho dedicato molto tempo alla ricerca prima di prenotare questo hotel. Aveva ottime recensioni e un punteggio online molto alto. Purtroppo, la mia esperienza è stata del tipo ”sembra fantastico da lontano, ma non altrettanto impressionante da vicino”. Cominciamo dagli aspetti positivi. La hall è bellissima, con un affascinante design vintage che crea un'ottima prima impressione. Il personale della reception è stato gentile, disponibile e ha comunicato bene in inglese. Al nostro arrivo, ci hanno offerto asciugamani freddi e bevande di benvenuto rinfrescanti, un gesto molto apprezzato dopo un lungo viaggio. Abbiamo deciso di pranzare al ristorante dell'hotel. Il cibo era nella media, niente di particolarmente memorabile, ma sufficiente a saziare la nostra fame. Il personale ci ha accompagnati in camera con i bagagli. A prima vista, la camera sembrava accettabile, ma essendo una persona piuttosto esigente in fatto di pulizia, ho subito notato una notevole quantità di polvere su diverse superfici. Ho cercato di non pensarci troppo perché, per me, la cosa più importante è un letto pulito e comodo. Purtroppo, quella notte si è rivelata la parte peggiore del nostro soggiorno. La prima notte ho dormito pochissimo. Per tutta la notte ho avuto la sensazione che qualcosa mi mordesse la pelle e mi sono ritrovato a grattarmi continuamente. È stato estremamente fastidioso e frustrante. La mattina seguente, durante la colazione, un membro dello staff ci ha gentilmente chiesto come avessimo dormito. Ho spiegato onestamente la mia esperienza, dicendo di aver avuto la sensazione di essere stato morso da qualcosa durante la notte. Ho chiesto che le lenzuola venissero cambiate. A loro merito, il personale ha risposto immediatamente. Hanno informato la reception e poco dopo un responsabile è venuto a parlare con noi personalmente, si è scusato sinceramente e ha organizzato una pulizia approfondita della nostra camera. In quel momento, ho apprezzato molto il loro atteggiamento, perché mi hanno fatto sentire che si preoccupavano davvero e che stavano cercando attivamente di risolvere il problema. Siamo quindi partiti per la nostra giornata di visite turistiche. Quando siamo tornati in hotel quel pomeriggio, sono rimasto davvero sorpreso. La camera era completamente diversa dal giorno prima. L'aria era fresca e pulita, ogni superficie era stata accuratamente igienizzata, i pavimenti erano impeccabili e persino l'odore di muffa che avevo notato in precedenza era sparito. Finalmente la camera era pulita come mi aspettavo da un hotel di alto livello. Come ulteriore gesto di cortesia, l'hotel mi ha offerto un bagno alle erbe di 20 minuti in omaggio. Ho apprezzato molto il gesto premuroso e l'impegno profuso per rimediare all'inconveniente. Soprattutto, la seconda notte ho dormito benissimo. Per quanto riguarda il servizio e la gestione del problema, darei senza dubbio al team un voto più che alto. Sebbene l'inconveniente iniziale non sarebbe dovuto accadere, il modo in cui hanno gestito la situazione è stato professionale, sincero ed efficiente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, era discreta e perfettamente accettabile. C'era una buona varietà, anche se credo ci sia ancora margine di miglioramento. Consiglierei comunque questo hotel. La posizione è eccellente, con molte attrazioni e il lungofiume facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Per quanto riguarda le strutture, sono tutte piuttosto piccole. La piscina è bellissima ma piuttosto piccola. La palestra è compatta e anche la sala giochi per bambini è piuttosto limitata. Nessuno di questi aspetti è stato un problema insormontabile per noi, ma vale la pena segnalarlo ai futuri ospiti. Nel complesso, sebbene il soggiorno non sia iniziato nel migliore dei modi, l'eccellente servizio di recupero e l'ottima posizione hanno lasciato un'impressione finale positiva. Nessun hotel è perfetto, ma ciò che conta è come reagisce quando qualcosa va storto, e questo hotel ha gestito la situazione in modo eccezionale.

Cibo ottimo e posizione eccellente. Il personale alla reception è meraviglioso e cordiale. Purtroppo ha piovuto tutto il giorno e non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di provare la piscina sul tetto. Sceglieremo questo hotel per il prossimo viaggio a Danang.

Se stai cercando un accogliente hotel boutique vicino a Hoi An, questo è il posto perfetto. L'hotel dispone di un'atmosfera calda e rilassante, il colazione è eccellente e la spiaggia, anche se non molto grande, è pulita e ben mantenuta. L'intero personale della reception, la manutenzione e il ristorante sono stati estremamente utili, amichevoli e sempre sorridenti. Abbiamo dividuto la nostra vacanza 10-day tra due hotel.Abbiamo scelto Boutique Hoi An Resort perché è più vicino a Hoi An. In primo luogo, eravamo un po' esitanti perché si tratta di un hotel a quattro stelle e questa è stata la nostra prima visita al Vietnam, ma i suoi premi e le sue eccellenti recensioni ci hanno dato fiducia. È stata una scelta meravigliosa, soprattutto rispetto al secondo hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, che è stato un grande e pieno di cinque stelle. Grazie all'intera squadra del Boutique Hoi An Resort. I really enjoyed my stay at V-Hotel Da Nang. What I loved most was the natural charm and historic character of the rooms. They felt unique and full of personality, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere rather than the typical modern hotel style. The hotel is located on a lovely, quiet resort-style street, which made the stay feel peaceful while still being conveniently close to everything. Just a couple of minutes’ walk from the hotel, there was a beautiful beach that felt completely different from the busier beach in the city centre. The beach was incredibly clean, much quieter, and had a far more relaxed atmosphere perfect for enjoying the sea without all the crowds. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic honestly, the best breakfast I’ve had so far during my trip! There was a great variety of delicious options, and it was the perfect way to start the day. And the pool on the third floor was simply divine! It was such a beautiful and relaxing space, perfect for cooling off, unwinding, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend V-Hotel Da Nang to anyone looking for charm, comfort, a peaceful location, a beautiful pool, an excellent breakfast, and easy access to a clean and relaxing beach.

La posizione è di prima classe, di fronte alla spiaggia. Anche se la piscina all'ultimo piano non è grande, è ottima per scattare foto. L'unico inconveniente è che l'isolamento acustico è molto scarso. Il vecchio bambino nella stanza accanto piangeva e urlava nel corridoio, cosa che si poteva sentire chiaramente nella stanza. L'igiene è buona sotto tutti gli aspetti ed è comodo viaggiare. È anche molto vicino per vedere il Ponte del Drago che sputa fuoco.

L'hotel era pulito e ordinato, e la vista dal balcone era mozzafiato. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e la colazione a buffet offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni. C'è anche una splendida piscina sul tetto da cui si può godere di una magnifica vista su Da Nang. Ci tornerò sicuramente se ne avrò l'occasione! ”I had three different rooms. The first two were okay, but the last one had no window covering in the bathroom, so if you shower at night, you have to be an exhibitionist. The usual stuff: I get stalked by *** people and punks. I told them many times that I am not interested in men, so they start to manipulate you through torture—not letting you sleep with honking noises, destroying your reputation, and making you unattractive to anyone. On top of that, you have teenagers running around in short shorts like bitches. If you look, your reputation as a struggling guy gets even more damaged. I thought I left this kind of ******** back in Europe, but it seems like it's just human nature to destroy people and then point fingers at them when they react badly. Also, people here don't know how to build properly—maybe just general stupidity, sorry—building hotels directly on the main street with this honking culture and then installing windows that are 0% soundproof. It's like they take tourists' money but don't give a damn about how they will sleep. We are not working, we come for holidays, so don't expect us to follow the usual daily routine! I would stay away from Da Nang if you are an older guy on a lower budget and struggling; they will just mock you to death here.” ”Ich hatte drei verschiedene Zimmer. Es ist, als ob sie das Geld der Touristen nehmen, sich aber einen Dreck darum scheren, wie diese schlafen. Wir arbeiten nicht, wir kommen für den Urlaub, also erwartet nicht von uns, dass wir den gewohnten Tagesablauf haben!
