BBa Nàng Công ChúaMy impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in.
After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink.
In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed.
During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay.
In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

UUtente ospiteTo be honest, some highs and lows here. The service here is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. I remembered the first two days I was presented with this nice buffet with good food choices , then for another 3 or 4 days, the buffet stopped running and they switched to this really underwhelming a la carte menu that looked more befitting into a 2-star backpacker or student hostel. Then I found out the buffet was only set up because of a number of Chinese guests staying there. When they left, the buffet went (obviously me and the other 15 guests who were staying there, didn't deserve it??) The last two days they set it up again, and surprise, a large number of Russian guests had just checked in. So it turns that only if you are Chinese or Russian you get the attentions here? I know what I paid wasn't cheap, smacks of discrimination. Then on those days the service turned sloppy, I came early for breakfast, I think this is the first place I have been, where they penalise you if you come to eat early. 30 mins after opening and some trays were cold, I had to use the toaster to heat it up. The housekeeping was a bit strange here. They didn't replace the bed sheets, they simply tucked them in (I know this anecdotically, for a fact) One of the coffee cups replaced was soiled and stained, and in one occasion, they had removed one of the bar items without telling me (paving the way to maybe ask me to pay for it later without me taking it, this is not a good practice)
The coffee bar was very hit and miss. Some of the pastry pieces on display were some of the most ghastly I've ever seen, they looked raw, I had to ask them if they had been baked, they said yes (they were unglazed) On the second day, they served me this wishy washy mish mash of crushed ice with some mango on top, didn't taste of anything, they wanted 40000 d for that, how is that even on the menu? After that, I didn't set foot in there again.
The hotel was not even at 20% capacity, and they had the brilliant idea of putting people directly next to me and above upstairs..really? The pikey backpackers would be thumping on the floor a lot of the time, very poor isolation.
Upon leaving, I had this Be taxi driver (white car, 125.xx plate) He parked across the road, I was carrying my suitcases, I told him to turn around. He got in his taxi, drove off, and left me STRANDED, this was a booking to the airport, what kind of subhuman does that??? My experience with the Vietnamese is not great, but the staff here were kind and helpful, and assisted me greatly. Location not really great, a bit far from everything, but the place was very clean. So there are some positives, but this is in no way a 4 star for me, especially when subject to profiling and priviledges are removed, depending on where you come from, and what colour your skin is.

SSaadiya ShaikhQuesto è un hotel incantevole, situato in posizione perfetta sulla spiaggia di Da Nang. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno perfetto, proprio come lo avevamo programmato. L'hotel era molto confortevole. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con vista mare e ci è stata assegnata proprio quella al 14° piano. Il personale dell'hotel era adorabile, gentile e cordiale. Ci sono molti ristoranti nei dintorni e molte spa nelle vicinanze, anche se l'hotel offriva anche una spa, che abbiamo utilizzato. La piscina sul tetto è incantevole, così come la palestra e il bar sulla terrazza panoramica, dove abbiamo ordinato cibo e bevande.
La camera dispone di un minibar
(da pagare alla partenza) e la nostra camera aveva sia la doccia che la vasca da bagno, un letto e dei cuscini molto comodi e la vista dalla camera era incredibile!
La colazione a buffet offriva una vasta selezione di piatti continentali e vietnamiti.
E offriva cibo e tè, caffè freddo, succhi di frutta e frittate fresche illimitate: non si poteva chiedere di più e il personale era sempre ben rifornito. L'hotel offriva anche il servizio di lavanderia e lavaggio a secco, ma siamo andati a farli fare in negozio, a un prezzo molto conveniente.
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al Paris Deli e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Yyeunsu****Ho soggiornato per le ultime 2 notti e mi sono riposato molto bene.
Dato che era inverno, mi chiedevo cosa fare per nuotare, quindi ho prenotato per Vinpearl nella piscina coperta.
Dato che erano nelle classi superiori, nuotarono tutti e tre i giorni.
Mi fidavo della guardia di sicurezza, quindi io e mio marito siamo andati al mercato e abbiamo comprato del cibo. Siamo andati a fare la spesa e abbiamo fatto commissioni, e il centro città era vicino, quindi è stato facile fare un acquisto.
Ho pagato la colazione una volta, ma da quando mi sono iscritto e ho ottenuto punti premio per aver mangiato, l'abbiamo mangiata tutti e quattro per 300.000 dong. Non c'è molto cibo ed è semplicemente semplice... Ma lo consiglio vivamente in molti modi~~~

UUtente ospiteThe staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was satisfactory. My only regret was that the breakfast didn't include items suitable for diabetics, such as whole-wheat bread. The hotel room, while small, was clean and satisfactory. Best of all, the hotel was located right in front of My Khe Beach. If I ever visit Da Nang again, I'd definitely stay here again.

UUtente anonimoA pleasure stay in Hoiana, resort near Hoi An city Centre. The hotel should be a subsid of rosewood and you could see similar design vibe. The reception and lobby was great, service is great too with the welcoming drinks.
A little problem raises as we applied for late check out yet they could not handle any late check out request through travel agents like trip.com
Spa was always full, we failed to book it.
The breakfast hotel was one of the best in Hoian Area. the restaurant was nice with good environment and seating and food.
Swimming pool and pool side cafe was chill, you could even ride hotel bicycle near the pool
they have a private beach and free for rent volleyballs/ others with many beach side free activities including yoga etc.
small issues, as it is linked to the ******, there are some smoking scent and some people (non hotel guest) that are a bit more rude and impolite.
the lobby lounge drinks are good but the bakery are really so so.
yet it is very easy to grab a grab ride to the hoi an area to explore.

EELL❤️L'hotel era pulito e ordinato, e la vista dal balcone era mozzafiato. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e la colazione a buffet offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni. C'è anche una splendida piscina sul tetto da cui si può godere di una magnifica vista su Da Nang. Ci tornerò sicuramente se ne avrò l'occasione! La prima volta che sono entrato nella stanza, l'odore della molle di scarico vibrava nel fondo del pavimento. C'è questo odore in tutto l'edificio, ma sembra essere un problema strutturale. Puoi immaginare perché quando guardate la foto della parete. Questo è l'unico posto a valle di questo hotel. L'altro è che è lontano dal centro, ma può essere risolto con l'affitto di una moto. Circa 10 minuti dal centro.

SSriram’sWe recently stayed at the Koi resorts at Da Nang. We researched and compared the prices, amenities, accessibility etc and zeroed in on this resort. We booked through trip.com and got a good discount of approx 25%, we were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The overall experience at the resort was fantastic, the villa quite huge, with awesome pool (common and within the villq) and beautiful location, but let me start with a few negatives:
- while this is advertised as a 4 bedroom villa, it’s more like 3.25 bedrooms. The room downstairs is for just one person, my dad had to get an extra bed to be placed in the living room and slept there.
- For the 2 bedrooms on first floor, there is only one common toilet and bathroom, 4 people using 1 bathroom and toilet is a bit difficult. Would be good if they had done an attached bathroom and toilet for every bedroom (considering the space available is huge).
- When we reached, the aircon was not working, we had raised a complaint and they fixed it later by cleaning up the filters
- The toilets get very smelly as there is no proper ventilation (there’s a fan in the roof) but not good enough to remove the smell. Once again, we complained and they did some fix. Didn’t result in much of change.
- We are vegetarians, so there’s very limited options in the breakfast buffet, but they do oblige to make local vegetarian dishes separately for you if you request (the spring rolls, Pho, curry soup and glass noodles were lipsmacking!)
Despite all of these negatives, it’s the staff who are amazing and make up for all the shortcomings. They are forever smiling, very sincere and earnest, extremely polite and attend very promptly to your every single need. Not even once did we see them show even the slightest irritation or delay things. They had almost become like friends with us and they went extra mile to make sure we are taken good care of. The property is maintained spick and span, with beautiful landscaping and overall impeccable service. Absolutely enjoyed the experience, thanks and Kudos to the team!
