Sono stato al InterContinental per gli ultimi 10 anni su frequenti viaggi di business a KC e mi rendo conto di essere stato incaricato di non pubblicare mai un recensione. Hotel terrifico con una posizione fantastica, vicino ai buoni ristoranti, le camere sono spaziose, le letti sono comodi, e il personale è molto utile e amichevole. Il IC è un'ottima sala concierge che offre l'Ora felice con Don e Desserts con Don.La calda e graziosa personalità di Don e la conoscenza personale di KC ti rendono molto benvenuti e a casa. Raro per un hotel avere un membro del personale con una personalità che si ricorda molto dopo che si lascia

Checked in on 10/4 for only a night. I could tell this was going to be a great stay when I met Alissa at the front desk. She was awesome! Great personality and happy to help and answer any questions I had (which were many after not being in KC for 40 years). The room was nice and clean and the hotel overall was very nice. But the main reason I'm writing this review is because of the great customer service Alissa provided. -GC

I stayed at the Loews in June 2024 for a conference. The conference facilities, including the catered food for breakfast and lunch, were top notch. The space, layout, and room for side conversations was good. I'd happily have a conference there again. As for the rooms, the double queen room I was in was great. The beds were comfortable, the linens clean, the pillows plentiful. The light hygiene for the room was a solid 98% and only thing missing is that the blackout curtains don't quite close all of the way. Nothing that the clamps from the hanger in the closet couldn't fix. The downstairs bar was well stocked, and slightly understaffed. Despite that, a good hangout for post conference discussions.

One of my top five lodging stays. The attention to detail is amazing. From the music and scent greeting you at the door to the nice glassware and hardware to the beautiful furniture, everything was meticulously curated. My only wish not supplied was a robe, but that’s a quibble. And a wonderful neighborhood as well. Can’t wait to have an excuse to visit Kansas City again. The tourism bureau should give these guys an award.

Come dire, questo hotel è interessante, quindi, tutto dovrebbe essere completo, ma non è una cosa particolarmente dura di qualità, come se fosse una piccola merce comprata alla sera di notte. Puoi dire che non ha funzionalità, e ti ha anche fornito una tazza di caffè (che può essere usata come acqua calda, Amelia è davvero eccitante), poi la banana e la banana sono tutti (nessuno ha un trapano, ma è molto meglio di un hotel a New York per lo stesso prezzo, e quattro tazze di caffè rosso e salsa sono tornati a casa); Hai detto che era tutto in faccia, e' davvero il grado di utilizzo, e la decorazione è molto generale, come se fosse un uomo che stava sbalzando su un web, ma è davvero in gamba, e un po'intimo.
Per quanto riguarda la zona, sono andato al museo d'arte, quindi mi sento comodo, camminare per quindici minuti, lungo la strada sono residenze, praterie, senza problemi; Ma la porta principale dell'hotel sembra essere una strada principale. What a fantastic surprise! We came to visit family and ended up sending 4th of July grilling at the hotel (they had a gas grill and provided spatula and grill fork)! My kids enjoyed the pool. My son and his cousin enjoyed the basketball court. The entire family was able to enjoy dinner on the patio and the move in to the dining hall. Wonderful room that was comfortable and spacious, as well as other facilities! Great trip! This is the only place we will stay when we come back!

Pros: New property, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet guest rooms, no problems to speak of. Cons: Immediate area doesn't have much to offer in the way of shopping and restaurants. In any year I spend upwards of 120 nights in hotels so for me to find one that doesn't stress me in any way is difficult. I am happy to say my stay at this new Holiday inn property didn't cause me any headaches or stress. It was easy and effortless from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious and included both a work desk and chair/table so I didn't have to watch TV while lying in bed in a weird position. The shower had decent water pressure, I didn't hear any guests in adjacent rooms, and I didn't have to hack the thermostat to get the room to a comfortably cool temperature. There was always parking available not too far from the door, every front desk employee was friendly, and the ice water in the lobby was always full- and welcome because of the warm weather. Although no fault of the hotel, the immediate area doesn't have much to offer aside from the Worlds of Fun theme park. There is a Wendy's, Burger King, Waffle House, Taco Bell, and QuikTrip convenience store/gas station, but nothing in the way of sit-down restaurants, grocery stores, and other kinds of retail. For that, a short drive is required in either direction. This is one of the rare hotels for which I would not hesitate returning to for another stay. There is definite value in stress-less experiences.

CCoasterjunkyI stayed here for a week and visited many attractions in the Kansas City area but this hotel and all the restaurants inside were really nice. The room was very comfortable and very clean and the shower was really nice. The food at all the restaurants was really good and well worth the price. I am also a truck driver so it was nice to see they have ample truck parking here. The only downside is that there is no guest laundry. I had a wonderful stay here and will keep this place in mind when I come back.

La camera era bello e confortevole. L'hotel ha offerto un bar minimalista e Starbucks nel lobby. Il personale del front desk è davvero il motivo per cui sto dando questa recensione 3 su 5 stelle. Siamo stati ritardati una notte a causa di problemi di volo. Ho controllato online ma ho chiamato l'hotel per farli sapere che non saremo li' fino al giorno successivo. Il gentiluomo che ha risposto alla mia chiamata (al dipartimento frontale) avrebbe potuto prestare meno attenzione se fossi entrato e mi avesse incastrato. Altre incontri di fronte a faccia con il personale di dipartimento frontale erano marginali. Non sono felice di vedermi. Non sono sicuro se potessimo avere dei pacchetti di caffè per la stanza.Una maglietta bianca così sdraiata che sembrava davvero dormire in essa. Non potevamo capire il ruolo della persona seduto al posto fuori dalla porta anteriore? Sicurezza? uomo della porta? Non ci ha mai aiutato con la porta, il bagaglio, o la sicurezza. Questo è inferiore alla media per il personale della corte. Neanche a buon mercato. $836 per quattro notti in una stanza standard!

This stay was one of the best experiences I've ever had, if not THE best. There's one thing that blind sided us that I have to mention for future guests, there is a $50 per night deposit fee, but of course you get it back upon checkout (unless you break stuff, then duh, you pay for it). Sure, the rooms are a little scuffed up, the hotel isn't completely updated, but that's what I liked about it. This plaza isn't all modernised like 90% of them nowadays, it has its ups and downs. But it gives the place charm. And I'm a 21yo woman! You'd think someone my age would want modernised, but quite the contrary. First of all, when we walked in we were greeted by amazing staff members who were patient with us when we transferred the funds needed into our bank accounts. After being checked in, we turned around and saw one of the most gorgeous lobbies you could ever see in somewhere like Missouri. The pictures they advertise doesn't do it justice! It feels like walking around in a mini resort. We asked to be put on the very top floor, but obviously since that was the penthouses they weren't available during my stay so we settled for the 11th floor (right below the penthouses). The view from our room inside the hotel and outside was phenomenal, there's a wonderful view of the city with a beautiful rustic old-timey balcony (which you can't access unfortunately, but I feel like if you could you would definitely get hurt). Looking down at the lobby felt like a dream with how spacious and unreal it looked. You could see the whole lobby, beautiful fountain, etc. It was amazing, not to mention the elevator is see through so you can see the whole place as you go up to your room. The atmosphere of this hotel was incredibly comforting as well. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating the entire time. When we had an issue trying to connect our Playstation to the TV, the maintenance man was up there knocking on our door to help within a minute of making the call to the front desk about it. There are 2 pools and one hot tub, and unfortunately the deeper pool was shut down (I don't remember what for, but I know it wasn't anything to worry about). However the maintenance man for the pool came in and let us help him retrieve things that sunk to the bottom of the deep pool, it felt like a side quest, lol. After helping him, he let us swim in the deep pool but made sure to let us know not to let anyone else in there. It felt so personal and like he really appreciated our help! That's all fine and dandy, however, the bar is the place to be in this plaza. It's a cozy area tucked in the corner after passing by little french-like tables to sit at by the windows to the pool (it felt like we were sitting in Paris next to a pond to be completely honest). When we got to the bar, we were immediately greeted by the most amazing, kind, fun bartender I have ever dealt with. His energy radiated and created a comfy place for me and my boyfriend to relax and sip on some drinks. Ever
