Kansas City has some crazy weather. One day it’s Sunnyside up next day it’s raining cats and dogs. All in all it was a great weekend. There are many many bars and restaurants in walking distance or the tram in the back of the hotel is free, which is a big plus. Didn’t really like that valet parking wasn’t included or that there is no option for self parking. So the only choice you have is to valet park unless you want your car unattended. I will say, the valet is worth it 100%. Those people are rockstars at their job. Shaleua was the one to help us out. This young lady so kindhearted and patient with us she explained to us that valet parking was the best option. (Even though we didn’t want to pay $32.

Questo hotel è un DUMP. Il nostro volo è stato cancellato e la compagnia aerea ci ha mandato a questo hotel. Ci hanno detto dalla compagnia aerea che avevano una navetta gratuita. Tuttavia, ci hanno pagato $10. L'hotel ha profumato così disgustoso. Non posso nemmeno iniziare a spiegare l'odore. La nostra finestra della stanza all'esterno è stata rotta. C'era un tipo di sostanza arancione/rosso sul condizionatore d'aria sotto la finestra. Ci sono molle che crescono nel bagno. Il doccia ha quasi nessuna pressione idrica. Il condizionatore non ha tenuto la stanza fredda. Quando abbiamo chiamato per far sapere al desk circa la finestra rotta, l’unica soluzione era offrire di mandare il conducente della navetta fino alle 9:30 (che sapeva cosa doveva fare), e non ci hanno mai offerto di trasferirci. Non mi fermerò mai più in questo hotel, il conducente di autobus era brutto con l'altro passeggero nel furgone e si rifiutò di aiutarla a rimuovere il bagaglio dal furgone.
