AAube bleueI arrived from Makkah were I had an awful experience and stay at the hotel Marriott Courtyard (very dirty and I got an asthma crisis because of that, an horrible one).
At our arrival at the Movempick hotel, Mr Abdelrahman, the responsable in the lobby for the reservation without knowing my story but, certainly by seeing my state, upgrade discretely my reservation. It was a beautiful and spacious room. Exactly what my husband and I needed 🥰 at this time. A very warmly Thank you.. you will find it on your way inchallah.
Regarding the hotel, it is very clean, very professional and friendly staff.
The only missing points: a spa , a sauna and a bigger swimming pool ( it was a children swimming pool ) .

NNofightThe service exceeded expectations in some areas but fell short in others. What exceeded expectations: Room change request and check out flexibility met. What fell short: Upon room change, there were no slippers provided. A request for breakfast box for one morning (my rate included breakfast) was not followed through, neither an ok nor a no was given. Waiters on final day breakfast were slower than usual to serve coffee and tea.
Suggestion: For security reasons, it may better for hotel to acquire a robot to carry food delivery (eg Hunger Station) orders to the room instead of letting the rider deliver directly to room.

UUtente anonimo酒店位置方便，停車場小而精。公共區域很好，房間內設施一般，並且不是很合理，行政房除了面積稍大沒有什麼特別。餐廳很不錯，服務也很熱情周到，相比之下預訂和前台的服務稍顯生硬。
可能因為開業不久，期望下次入住時酒店能有改善。

UUtente ospiteHai scelto questo hotel, come spesso riposiamo sulla rete Rixos, ma se sei un cliente di Rixos in altre città e paesi, sarai deluso dall'hotel stesso e dal suo territorio. La spiaggia è piccola e siete solo una piscina di streams, non una grande baia

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è bello. Camere molto pulite. Il colazione può essere il miglior colazione diffusa che abbiamo avuto in un hotel di medie dimensioni. Ci siamo aspettati ogni giorno. Caffè e date arabi nel lobby è anche un bel trattamento.
Ma la piscina e il ”spa” hanno bisogno di un sacco di lavoro. La sauna e la stanza a vapore non funzionano. Pannelli rotti sul muro. Tipo di grossista.
Ma generalmente raccomandato per la camera e il colazione.

JJolyn D.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the GM who personally assisted us with a matter we had and the housekeeping manager Donald. However, facilities are definitely overdue for some upgrade as well as the bathroom that suffered from bad odor from sewage system which I hope the hotel will find a long-term solution.

CCongratulate82Ctrip showes it’s opened in 2022, but actually this hotel is really too old, at 15 years old. The receptionist scanned the room card too times, but I can’t enter into the room, I was so tired, they didn’t do the right job.
And they firstly gave me a room with very bad smell, which came from the old carpet. I requested to change to another room, it’s not as worse as before, but it’s still bad.
Will avoid this hotel for ever.

UUtente ospiteUn servizio molto fantastico e eccellente, soprattutto il fratello Abraham Mouldashen, ci ha dato una promozione alla nostra prenotazione dolce, e tutti lavoravano insieme e il servizio BSYRR ha cambiato il tappeto dell'hotel perché il colore era così disturbante 😇 Grazie Movinbek Clint vivere felice.
