MMister StephenFavoloso hotel. Bello lobby con sorgente quando entrate. Amore il suono dell'acqua. E l'odore. Questo hotel puzza così bene. Il personale del desk è molto utile e senza fretta. La mia stanza ha una vista eccellente sulla sorgente di King Fahd. La stanza stessa aveva molto spazio e era molto pulita. La pressione del doccia era forte e l'acqua calda. Ho dormito bene su un grande letto confortevole con letti comodi. L'hotel è stato intorno per decenni, ma sembra ancora grande. È una passeggiata molto breve per il Corniche. Rimarrò qui la prossima volta che sono a Jeddah. Valore per soldi.

DDiaa AwadallaSono rimasto qui diverse volte, questa volta è stata la peggiore. Spero che riuscirà a riprendersi. Non potevo ottenere il servizio dalla prima chiamata, se non avevo quasi avuto. Rimango fedele e andrò, se posso, rimarrò lì. Ma se lo stesso cattivo servizio continua, rinunciarò.

AAhmed111La stanza era grande ma il bagno era un po' trascurato perché il soffitto stava quasi per cadere. Sto parlando della stanza numero 416, se l'hotel vuole controllare, anche la maniglia della porta del bagno stava quasi per cadere. I ragazzi della reception sono ok, ma mi aspetto che siano più accoglienti.

HHANNIBaL1999La camera è molto bella e molto vicina al supermercato e alla King's Fountain. È un hotel molto conveniente a Jeddah. Ci sono stati alcuni piccoli inconvenienti durante il check-in, ma sono stati risolti molto bene con l'aiuto del servizio clienti Ctrip che è stato davvero entusiasta ed efficiente. Infine, vorrei dare un complimento a Mohamed Ali alla reception, è molto entusiasta.

Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day.
Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion.
Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available.
Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as:
• Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely
• Providing standard amenities in the rooms
• Making water or tea available in reception
• Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café
The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.

EElenaGvinoThe hotel is located near beach, and it only took 5-7 minutes to walk there and get some fresh air. The service was very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, it turned out the room was being prepared for one person, so we had to ask for towels and slippers. This was done quickly and efficiently. The only downside was that there was building going on at another hotel outside the window, and workers were already started to work from 6 a.m..
Hotel's restaurant was a big plus. Excellent service, fresh, delicious food. And one more small detail. Our flight back was early morning, and I asked for a takeaway breakfast, which surprised the staff. Probably, nobody never asked for such a service before )) They refused, BUT in the morning, when the taxi arrived, Receptionists gave us the huge bags of food, really huge with a lot of different foods... we happily had breakfast on the plane ))). The economy flight didn't include meals.
