اكبر مشكلة عندهم هي خدمات الغرف بالفعل كارثه ، مو طبيعي كيف تتعب عشان تتنظف غرفتك !! تحط علامة التنظيف وتتصل عليهم وتروح بنفسك للعامل تقوله ينظف ومع ذلك ترجع غرفتك تلاقيها ماتنظفت !! هل يعقل !؟ ،،، والتنظيف عندهم اعطيه جيد ولا يرتقي لممتاز بصراحه ، والنقطه الثانيه وصولك للفندق متعب ومزدحم خصوصاً بنهايه الاسبوع وبالأجازات

MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiI had the pleasure of staying at City Centre Rotana Doha and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel combines modern luxury with warm hospitality, making it a standout choice in the heart of Doha.
The location is superb — directly connected to City Center Mall and just minutes from West Bay, the Corniche, and other major landmarks. Whether you're in Doha for business or leisure, the convenience is unbeatable.
My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had everything I needed — from fast Wi-Fi to a well-appointed work desk and luxurious bathroom amenities.
The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, offering an impressive selection of international and Middle Eastern dishes. I was particularly impressed by the variety and quality of the food, as well as the attentive and courteous service from the restaurant staff.
Other hotel facilities — including the pool, fitness center, and spa — were well-maintained and inviting. The gym was well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with a routine during travel.
What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making the stay enjoyable. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or concierge, the service was consistently excellent.
City Centre Rotana Doha is a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and accessibility. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Doha.

UUtente ospiteI recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.
The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality.
The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient.
I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

MMister StephenFavoloso hotel. Bello lobby con sorgente quando entrate. Amore il suono dell'acqua. E l'odore. Questo hotel puzza così bene. Il personale del desk è molto utile e senza fretta. La mia stanza ha una vista eccellente sulla sorgente di King Fahd. La stanza stessa aveva molto spazio e era molto pulita. La pressione del doccia era forte e l'acqua calda. Ho dormito bene su un grande letto confortevole con letti comodi. L'hotel è stato intorno per decenni, ma sembra ancora grande. È una passeggiata molto breve per il Corniche. Rimarrò qui la prossima volta che sono a Jeddah. Valore per soldi.

AAhmed111La stanza era grande ma il bagno era un po' trascurato perché il soffitto stava quasi per cadere. Sto parlando della stanza numero 416, se l'hotel vuole controllare, anche la maniglia della porta del bagno stava quasi per cadere. I ragazzi della reception sono ok, ma mi aspetto che siano più accoglienti.

CCCINLALa posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, a dieci minuti a piedi dal punto panoramico della fontana. Il personale dell'hotel parla un po' di inglese, quindi la comunicazione non è un grosso problema. Il prezzo e l'ambiente sono entrambi OK e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è relativamente alto

The hotel’s biggest strength is its perfect central location. You are right in the heart of Jeddah, making it easy to explore the city.
Airport Access: King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) is about 20km away, with a taxi fare of approximately 40-50 SAR.
Key Attractions:
· King Fahd Fountain: A major highlight! It is within a comfortable 1km walking distance (note: ignore Google Maps’ longer route suggestion).
· Al Rahmah (Floating) Mosque: About 20km away, a taxi will cost around 30 SAR. And Albalad is at 15 SAR taxi cost.
· Amenities: Numerous shops and eateries are within walking distance, which is very convenient.

UUtente ospiteAnche se non mi aspettavo questo, ma il cibo è sorprendente e la stanza è molto pulita con molte tovalette. Il bagno ha un grande finitura e la stanza è spaziosa. L'unico punto in basso è che la piscina non funzionava quando sono arrivato. Ma tutto il resto era fantastico.
