A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! It is thanks to such sympathetic and kind people like you that such places become truly special.🫶 This hotel and the entire island of Gili gave us not just a vacation, but a feeling of harmony and warmth. Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary buggy service to the beach.  The room view was spectacular, overlooking the sea horizon. Our second trip to Kalandara, definitely no regrets at all. Airport transfers were prompt and friendly, shout out to Emmy and Ahyar. Also to Wulan who acknowledged that we were a returning guests and Wulan Mei and Wina who greeted and served the breakfast with a smile. Will definitely coming back again.

What a brilliant place this is. Superb location for the beach, open air cinema, restaurants and bars. Beautiful place, huge room, clean and so comfortable. We really enjoyed the gentle pace and the superb service given to us by the likes of Kadek, Audrey, Sam, Randy and the rest. All happy to help anytime, breakfast served with a smile. Able to rent bicycle and electric bike at the resort. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great pool, and excellent value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay guys....

L'hotel era molto corretto nel complesso, ma si può pensare che alcuni spazi siano ancora in fase di completamento o di rinnovamento, che talvolta danno un'impressione di incompleta. L'isolamento acustico meriterebbe anche di essere migliorato. Inoltre, l'evacuazione dell'acqua nel bagno è abbastanza lenta, che può diventare imbarazzante e merita di essere corretta. Il personale, invece, è stato innocente: molto gentile, benevolo, sempre sorridente e a cura di piccoli bambini durante il soggiorno. Il colazione era corretto, ma potrebbe essere ancora meglio se fossero offerte sistematicamente frutta, indipendentemente dal menu. Infine, la posizione è un vero punto forte: l'hotel è idealmente situato, vicino alla spiaggia e al centro della città, che è molto più animato di notte che in giorno.

L'hotel è bellissimo con terrazza ben conservata e una splendida zona di piscina che si sente davvero rilassante. È in una posizione fantastica, proprio sulla parte principale ******, quindi tutto è a passeggiata, ma si è bloccato abbastanza da sentirsi ancora tranquillo e tranquillo. Le camere sono enormi, moderne e molto pulite, con un sistema di alloggio quotidiano e acqua fresca. Il personale era incredibile - così amichevole, utile e veloce per aiutare con qualsiasi cosa. Ho avuto un problema con il rumore di lavori di costruzione interna, ma il team ha gestito bene, mi ha spostato rapidamente e mi ha anche dato un complimento, che apprezzo davvero. Le strutture erano grandi in generale. Le piscine sono belle con molte sale solari. La piscina al retro del resort era più tranquilla (e lontana da lavori di costruzione nelle vicinanze). Il cibo era anche molto buono - il colazione era delizioso, anche se per i primi giorni era a la carta piuttosto che buffet a causa di una bassa occupazione, un po' deludente, ma c'era ancora molto cibo. L'hotel può anche organizzare taxi all'aeroporto (circa 250K IDR, solo contanti), come Grab non sembra operare nella zona. La posizione è perfetta. Grandi ristoranti vicino come Cantina Mexicana e KRNK per una rapida morsa, più un supermercato vicino alla porta e molte caffè, bar e ristoranti a piedi. **Suggerimento:** cercare di richiedere una stanza nella parte più recente dell'hotel al retro del resort - è più tranquillo (a distanza dai lavori di costruzione) e più aggiornato.

Ci è piaciuto tantissimo soggiornare qui! Il personale è super gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa. La piscina è grandissima e la spiaggia è proprio dietro la piscina, il che è davvero comodo! La colazione era fantastica e c'era così tanta scelta! La migliore che abbiamo mangiato in tutto il nostro viaggio! La posizione è ottima. Abbiamo noleggiato delle moto (che è possibile fare alla reception, il che è fantastico!) ed è stato facile spostarci. Si può anche prendere un Grab per diversi ristoranti e negozi, il che è stato davvero comodo. L'unico neo è stato che avevamo un piccolo scarafaggio in camera, cosa che credo sia inevitabile in Indonesia (avevamo una camera al piano terra). Inoltre, a volte c'era un po' di odore di fogna in bagno. Non ci ha comunque dato fastidio durante il nostro soggiorno. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo! Purtroppo, per il prezzo, siamo rimasti sorpresi nel trovare la camera piuttosto sporca, con capelli in bagno e lenzuola sporche. Il personale è stato molto gentile e ci ha spostato in un'altra camera, ma anche questa era sporca. Le camere sono belle, ma il livello di pulizia è un peccato, soprattutto considerando il prezzo.

Hotel davvero carino, super carino in centro. Personale molto cordiale, sorridente e disponibile, e buon servizio. Colazione eccellente. Super carino, con la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette e bici elettriche a prezzi convenienti. Tuttavia, la moschea è molto vicina e la prima chiamata alla preghiera prima dell'alba ci ha svegliati molto presto ogni notte, nonostante i tappi per le orecchie - ma ovviamente non è colpa dell'hotel.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.
