A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. Il nostro soggiorno al Royal Avila è stato fantastico. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera 501 suite sul tetto. Il personale dell'hotel era davvero proattivo e intraprendente nel fornire il miglior servizio e sempre sorridente. Il personale ricorda persino il numero della nostra camera e i nostri nomi. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite e avevano la migliore vista del tramonto! Il cibo del ristorante era ottimo e abbiamo cenato lì quasi ogni sera. Durante la cena il ristorante aveva musica dal vivo e abbiamo bevuto cocktail per rilassarci. Lo consiglierei sicuramente e ritorneremo alla nostra prossima visita!

What a brilliant place this is. Superb location for the beach, open air cinema, restaurants and bars. Beautiful place, huge room, clean and so comfortable. We really enjoyed the gentle pace and the superb service given to us by the likes of Kadek, Audrey, Sam, Randy and the rest. All happy to help anytime, breakfast served with a smile. Able to rent bicycle and electric bike at the resort. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great pool, and excellent value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay guys....

È bello avere una piscina privata. Nel complesso è stato ok. La maggior parte del personale è stata cordiale. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, è meglio trovare ristoranti locali/tradizionali. Siamo stati anche sfortunati perché il nostro bungalow aveva bisogno di essere riparato, quindi ci hanno spostato in un altro bungalow. Non ci si può lamentare molto. Nel complesso, bella esperienza.

L'hotel è bellissimo con terrazza ben conservata e una splendida zona di piscina che si sente davvero rilassante. È in una posizione fantastica, proprio sulla parte principale ******, quindi tutto è a passeggiata, ma si è bloccato abbastanza da sentirsi ancora tranquillo e tranquillo. Le camere sono enormi, moderne e molto pulite, con un sistema di alloggio quotidiano e acqua fresca. Il personale era incredibile - così amichevole, utile e veloce per aiutare con qualsiasi cosa. Ho avuto un problema con il rumore di lavori di costruzione interna, ma il team ha gestito bene, mi ha spostato rapidamente e mi ha anche dato un complimento, che apprezzo davvero. Le strutture erano grandi in generale. Le piscine sono belle con molte sale solari. La piscina al retro del resort era più tranquilla (e lontana da lavori di costruzione nelle vicinanze). Il cibo era anche molto buono - il colazione era delizioso, anche se per i primi giorni era a la carta piuttosto che buffet a causa di una bassa occupazione, un po' deludente, ma c'era ancora molto cibo. L'hotel può anche organizzare taxi all'aeroporto (circa 250K IDR, solo contanti), come Grab non sembra operare nella zona. La posizione è perfetta. Grandi ristoranti vicino come Cantina Mexicana e KRNK per una rapida morsa, più un supermercato vicino alla porta e molte caffè, bar e ristoranti a piedi. **Suggerimento:** cercare di richiedere una stanza nella parte più recente dell'hotel al retro del resort - è più tranquillo (a distanza dai lavori di costruzione) e più aggiornato.

location: 4.5/5 - not far from the airport. about 40 mins to an hour. secluded. perfect for staying in and spending time and money on the services they provided service: 4.9/5 - the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful all that without being ‘too much’. any requests must be liaised through whatsapp, since they don’t have a phone in the villa, they will reply within 10 minutes. the 0.1 minus was bc i put a special request and they didn’t bother to do it. tried to book a massage appointment last minute too bad they have no availability. food: dinner 5/5 - prices after tax are still very affordable. had steak & frites for less than rm60 (Malaysia could neverrrrr). cocktails selections are good and strong. breakfast 4.5 - wide selections but nothing extraordinary. they have eggs station but the eggs were bland. your normal breakfast buffet spread mix of both asians and western price: a little on the higher side and i’ve spent a fair share of staying in nice resorts around Lombok but no complaints because i know what i wanted

Hotel vicino alla spiaggia. Personale amichevole. Camere belle e pulite, grande vista balcone. 3 dimensioni diverse di piscina per adulti e piscina più piccola separata per i bambini se le famiglie visitano. Belle colazione e cena nel ristorante per una parola di notti, amava i cocktail di Singapore sling!! Grande posizione per fare viaggi di giorno alle isole Gili, a 40 minuti di auto dall'hotel. Sarei sicuramente consigliato e mi prenoterei di nuovo se tornassi nella stessa zona

Le camere sono piccole, ma l'hotel è nuovissimo. La posizione è eccellente: ci sono molti ristoranti, locali di intrattenimento e altri servizi nelle vicinanze, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Altamente consigliato ai turisti cinesi!

Hotel davvero carino, super carino in centro. Personale molto cordiale, sorridente e disponibile, e buon servizio. Colazione eccellente. Super carino, con la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette e bici elettriche a prezzi convenienti. Tuttavia, la moschea è molto vicina e la prima chiamata alla preghiera prima dell'alba ci ha svegliati molto presto ogni notte, nonostante i tappi per le orecchie - ma ovviamente non è colpa dell'hotel.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.
