MMariaS23Grande posto. La posizione è solo in cima a destra sulla spiaggia con tartarughe, nessun posto dove andare e andare. L'hotel è inoltre a pochi passi dai luoghi più accoglienti (10 minuti a piedi), quindi è sempre tranquillo e rilassato. È sul lato del mattino, sul lato occidentale biciclette e biciclette per incontrare il sole e per andare fuori. Molto piacevole servizio e personale amichevole.
Colazione sul menu - si può avere più piatti per persona. Raccomando le uova Almarik, e tutto il resto troppo bene, varietà di frutta e pasticceria sul tavolo svedese. Il bungalow stesso è eccellente, pulito, spazioso. L'hotel più piacevole per tutta la mia viaggio a Bali e le isole più vicine.
C'è una piccola riparazione che va in zona della piscina, ma non influisce sul lavoro della piscina e non interferisce. Dai ristoranti accanto a me mi piaceva più Capre Diem - grandi servizi, tutto delizioso.

We really enjoyed the gentle pace and the superb service given to us by the likes of Kadek, Audrey, Sam, Randy and the rest. All happy to help anytime, breakfast served with a smile. Able to rent bicycle and electric bike at the resort. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great pool, and excellent value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay guys....

LLeonHZWIl nostro soggiorno al Royal Avila è stato fantastico. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera 501 suite sul tetto.
Il personale dell'hotel era davvero proattivo e intraprendente nel fornire il miglior servizio e sempre sorridente. Il personale ricorda persino il numero della nostra camera e i nostri nomi.
Le camere erano spaziose e pulite e avevano la migliore vista del tramonto! Il cibo del ristorante era ottimo e abbiamo cenato lì quasi ogni sera.
Durante la cena il ristorante aveva musica dal vivo e abbiamo bevuto cocktail per rilassarci.
Lo consiglierei sicuramente e ritorneremo alla nostra prossima visita!

LLilyGraceThe staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive, and they clearly do their best with the facilities provided. Housekeeping and grounds staff take pride in their work — the room was clean and reasonably well maintained, and the gardens and grounds are genuinely beautiful. This review has absolutely nothing to do with the staff; it’s about dishonest marketing that should be rectified by booking platforms.
Several aspects fall short of what is normally expected of a genuine 5-star resort. The staff-to-guest ratio and availability of English-speaking staff are limited, and the rooms lack adequate soundproofing; we could clearly hear neighbouring guests above us moving furniture, laughing, and having normal conversations.
Some standard in-room amenities were also missing. There was no iron or ironing board provided, requiring us to request an iron from reception and iron clothes on the bed. The minibar space contained an old, empty fridge, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow — unable to load even the Netflix menu. This also may have been due to the +-15 year old TV connected to a budget digital box.
Most notably, there are no fitness facilities at all — no gym, no fitness room, and no alternative exercise facilities — which is a significant omission for a property marketed as a 5-star resort.
The advertised “private beach” is extremely misleading. It is a tiny section barely separated from the public beach, and is, in fact, still a public walkway shared with fishermen and, most annoyingly, local hustlers selling jet ski rides, jewellery, and other items, resulting in frequent interruptions that make relaxing difficult.
Overall, this is a pleasant property, but the issue lies with how it is marketed. It is sold and priced as a 5-star resort, comparable to nearby hotels such as the Sheraton, which genuinely meet that standard. While mostly enjoyable, this property does not deliver a true 5-star experience and should not be marketed as such.

CCurious ApeNel complesso 4 edifici. Le camere deluxe ultimate, in un edificio 4-storey al retro, sono più nuove e molto bellissime attrezzate. Le camere classiche deluxe (in edifici 3-storey) sembrano piuttosto vecchie e usate e alcune di esse (in primo edificio, vicino alla reception, sono in fase di ristrutturazione). Alcune opere di costruzione sono in corso vicino alla ricezione e nel primo edificio dell'hotel - grazie a Dio non ho sentito nulla di rumore o di disturbo dalla mia stanza. La ricezione è molto affidabile e luminosa, e il piccolo lobby non è un posto che si desidera appendere. Non ho usato le 2 piscine, perché ero lì durante la stagione delle piogge e la maggior parte dei giorni, pioveva tutto il giorno. Il nuovo ristorante alberghiero al retro è condizionato (anche c'è un'area da pranzo), molto pulito e esulta grande ambienza! Il buffet è molto scelto - alcune delle scelte sono buone (pizza, cibo da dita e alcuni dei piatti caldi), mentre altre, come i pasti (puliti e freddi) e i prodotti freddi (dessert carini ma troppo dolci) non mi hanno attirato. Il Wifi è stato dolorosamente lento e spesso scollegato nella stanza - i segnali più forti sono nel ristorante e nella reception. In generale, mi piace la spaziosa, bella e ben arredata nuova sala Deluxe Ultimate, la verdura in tutto il mondo e il servizio amichevole del personale.

В ресторане готовят вкусно, но накрутка 21%, по этому мы ужинали в ресторанчике перед отелем.

IIrina AlLa camera si affaccia sul giardino, dove c'è una bella vegetazione ben curata. Camera pulita. Nei colori verdi. Personale cordiale. Purtroppo non c'è il bollitore elettrico in camera, ma alla reception c'è un refrigeratore d'acqua.
Avevamo l'acqua calda nella nostra stanza, ma mi sono reso conto che dovevo chiedere informazioni su questa opzione. L'acqua calda non è disponibile in tutte le camere.
Uno degli inconvenienti era che ogni mattina alle 7 versavano l’acqua dietro il muro e facevano tintinnare le pentole.
È abbastanza adatto per un soggiorno di più giorni.

WWandering.EngineerWe recently stayed at Jayakarta Lombok and had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to a mix of warm hospitality and beautiful natural surroundings. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the excellent and friendly staff, who were consistently welcoming and attentive. Their warm service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to be right in front of the swimming pool free of charge, which the kids loved!
The general facilities at the hotel were impressive. From the spacious pool area to the lush, well-maintained gardens, the resort has a tranquil, traditional charm. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the waves gently rolling in throughout the day—it added a wonderfully calming backdrop to our stay. The sunset views from the restaurant and beach were simply stunning, offering a perfect setting for evening meals or a quiet moment of reflection.
Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a good variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. The food prices across the hotel were reasonable, which made dining in-house convenient and budget-friendly.
That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The furniture in the rooms felt quite outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, there’s no iron provided in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for longer stays or guests attending events.
On Saturday evening, we found the music to be excessively loud, going on until about 10pm. While some guests may enjoy the atmosphere, it might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter evening, especially those with kids.
We also noticed some inconsistency in the food quality—what was excellent one day could feel average the next. Moreover, while the beach itself is beautiful, it was often quite dirty due to local fishing activity. To their credit, the hotel staff do make a visible effort to keep it clean.
Another consideration is the lack of nearby amenities. There aren’t any ATMs or money exchange options within walking distance, so guests should plan ahead. Lastly, the hotel does not have lifts, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. However, this also contributes to its traditional, resort-style vibe which many will appreciate.
In summary, Jayakarta Lombok offers a relaxing, friendly, and scenic stay that’s ideal for those looking to unwind by the beach. With a few modern updates and consistency improvements, it could be even better.
