Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Lombok

Nuovo hotel. Tutto è pulito e pulito. C'è acqua calda. Personale responsabile. Un buon luogo e luoghi dove si può mangiare deliziosamente. L'hotel è a 3 km dalla Kuta. Accesso alla bicicletta. Eravamo comodi mentre eravamo sulla bicicletta. Ci sono un sacco di parcheggio per auto e moto. Io consiglio.

The best place to stay! The view is absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely return with friends soon. The scenery is breathtaking. We stayed here for our honeymoon to enjoy nature, and we truly chose the perfect place. Being able to see Mount Rinjani from Bobocabin in Sembalun made the experience even more special. The staff and the food were wonderful, making our stay truly unforgettable.

location: 4.5/5 - not far from the airport. about 40 mins to an hour. secluded. perfect for staying in and spending time and money on the services they provided service: 4.9/5 - the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful all that without being ‘too much’. any requests must be liaised through whatsapp, since they don’t have a phone in the villa, they will reply within 10 minutes. the 0.1 minus was bc i put a special request and they didn’t bother to do it. tried to book a massage appointment last minute too bad they have no availability. food: dinner 5/5 - prices after tax are still very affordable. had steak & frites for less than rm60 (Malaysia could neverrrrr). cocktails selections are good and strong. breakfast 4.5 - wide selections but nothing extraordinary. they have eggs station but the eggs were bland. your normal breakfast buffet spread mix of both asians and western price: a little on the higher side and i’ve spent a fair share of staying in nice resorts around Lombok but no complaints because i know what i wanted

Si tratta di un piccolo boutique hotel con un ambiente molto piacevole su una montagna indipendente, piuttosto difficile da raggiungere in auto.

Iniziamo dagli aspetti positivi: Gli spazi esterni dell'hotel e l'atmosfera generale erano molto ben curati e li abbiamo apprezzati. È stato particolarmente piacevole non sentire quasi il rumore della strada a Kuta. Le camere erano arredate in stile moderno, ben progettate e nel complesso esteticamente gradevoli. Il bagno esterno era piuttosto caldo, ma poteva essere facilmente separato con una porta. Purtroppo, ci sono stati diversi punti negativi, motivo per cui non prenoterei di nuovo questo hotel. Il Wi-Fi era un vero disastro: spesso disponibile solo sporadicamente ed estremamente instabile. Inoltre, le camere erano molto rumorose. Sentivamo ogni passo dalla stanza sopra; persino un normale camminare era chiaramente udibile. Probabilmente, però, avevamo anche degli ospiti al piano di sopra molto maleducati. Tuttavia, ciò che mi ha deluso di più è stata l'organizzazione, in particolare la reception. Avevo prenotato uno scooter in anticipo. Al mio arrivo, mi è stato improvvisamente comunicato che non ce n'erano disponibili. Invece, mi è stato dato uno scooter Scoopy con il supporto per il telefono rotto. Nonostante le ripetute richieste, non è stato né riparato né sostituito. Inoltre, uno Scoopy è praticamente inutile a Lombok, dato che è estremamente difficile affrontare le salite con questo scooter. Ogni giorno mi promettevano uno scooter migliore, ma non ce n'era mai uno disponibile. L'ultimo giorno, finalmente, mi hanno promesso un NMAX con supporto per cellulare. Dopo averlo richiesto più volte, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1-2 ore prima che uno scooter venisse consegnato – e alla fine è arrivato un PCX senza supporto per cellulare, che ho rifiutato. Dopodiché, ho dovuto prendere di nuovo uno Scoopy e lottare letteralmente per trovare qualcuno che installasse finalmente un supporto per cellulare funzionante. Anche il trasferimento prenotato è stato caotico. Avevamo concordato chiaramente data e ora con l'hotel in anticipo. Al momento del check-out, improvvisamente nessuno ne sapeva più nulla. Solo dopo una frenetica riorganizzazione è stato trovato un autista all'ultimo minuto. Anche in quel caso, è arrivato solo dopo diverse mie richieste e con circa 30 minuti di ritardo. Sicuramente non prenoterei un trasferimento aeroportuale qui se avessi bisogno di essere puntuale. Inoltre, il personale addetto alle pulizie lasciava ripetutamente la porta del bagno aperta dopo la pulizia, permettendo così a un numero ancora maggiore di zanzare di entrare nella stanza. Nessuno è stato in grado di spiegare il motivo di questo comportamento. Gli occhiali che abbiamo usato per lavarci i denti non sono stati né sostituiti né puliti durante tutto il soggiorno, un inconveniente di poco conto che va comunque segnalato. Il personale ha anche continuato a lavorare con trapani e ad affiggere cartelli fino a tarda sera; attività necessarie, ma non di sera. Inoltre, la descrizione della camera su Trip.com è errata, o forse ci è stata assegnata la camera sbagliata. Le foto mostrano un bagno nero con doccia nera, ecc., mentre la nostra camera era di colore chiaro. Sebbene non sia un dettaglio trascurabile, non corrispondeva alla prenotazione. Nel complesso, l'hotel è esteticamente gradevole, ma a mio parere c'è un ampio margine di miglioramento in termini di organizzazione, processi e soddisfazione del cliente. Devo aggiungere che il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e cortese. Forse siamo stati semplicemente sfortunati e si è trattato di un episodio isolato, tuttavia ho voluto condividere questa esperienza in modo onesto.

Lovely stay in the main hub of Kuta. Very central location close to shops and hustle bustle. Lovely service and a great team of staff. Extended my stay twice. Would recommend!! Thank you

View: 4.5/5 Villa size: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Maintenance: 2/5 This villa is as big as it looks on their website with amazing view. However, it is quite rundown and needs a refresh, especially the toilet.  The toilet bowl has stains and the overall bathing area are mouldy. I understand we’re in the middle of nature but I would expect better maintenance. Plus the water pressure was low. Maybe it was the rainy season (it rains every evening/overnight), the area is filled with millipedes everywhere, the worst part is that they are in the villa as the doors/sliding doors have gaps. We’re fine if the insects stay outdoors but the millipedes enter our villa every single time and they appear at every creak of the villa. It was tiring trying to keep them out of the villa.  The redeeming factor for the villa is really the view, the Indonesian cuisine at Aura and their prompt service. The view is as amazing as you see on their website, if not more. And they have exceptional food at their restaurant and the service was superb. And yes, there are monkeys in the morning and evenings. The staffs will inform you upon check-in, to lock the doors and avoid eye contact.

Questo alloggio era assolutamente magnifico e aveva una vista panoramica incredibile dal mare fino alla cima del monte Rinjani. Il giardino è lucido e colorato e pieno di mandorle, dragoni e frecce. Il personale era molto gentile a noi e il cibo era in generale un po’ ricco, anche se un po’ costoso rispetto ad altri ristoranti vicini. Il resort è una passeggiata facile per i caschi d’acqua vicini, come pure il tram Rinjani, ma non c’è molto intorno alla zona. Le piscine erano belle. Le nostre docce non avevano molto pressione idrica e potevamo ottenere solo acqua calda per lavorare in una camera da bagno. Le camere sono ben progettate e confortevoli. L'unica critica che ho per il cibo è che ci hanno accusato di acqua a pranzo quando l'acqua era gratuita per gli ospiti se solo riempissimo le nostre bottiglie. E suggerisco che il personale svuoti contenitori decorativi che raccolgono acqua, come abbiamo visto qualche larva di mosquito all'interno di loro.

Mixed feelings — kind staff but disappointing overall. First of all, a big thank you to the hotel staff, who were genuinely kind and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the issue isn’t the people — it’s the property itself. The photos online look beautiful, but in reality, the finishes and details just don’t match the pictures. Everything feels a bit cheap and unfinished. For example, the pool area has small sofas but no cushions, so you can’t really relax comfortably by the water. In the rooms, several things were off — cracked flooring, a broken window, missing door handles (you have to lock the door from inside or outside every time), and other small issues that really add up. Considering the price, it’s quite disappointing, especially when there are nicer hotels nearby for less money. We stayed in the Villa Fuego, which, as you can see on Google Maps, is located right next to the road — meaning it’s noisy, with scooters constantly passing by. It completely breaks the idea of a quiet, romantic getaway in a “private villa.” It’s a real shame, because the staff do their best, but the overall experience doesn’t live up to the expectations or the price. Sadly, despite the warm hospitality, we left feeling that this stay was not worth it.

La camera è bella con una vista eccellente, adatto ai giovani e il prezzo è conveniente.La strada verso l'hotel è piuttosto cattiva ma ancora accessibile. Buona pressione idrica con netflix tv.serene ambiente. Localizzazione saggio un po' lontano da tutto a meno che non abbiate il trasporto non dovrebbe essere una questione
