Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Lombok

Questo è uno degli hotel migliori in cui siamo mai stati. Abbiamo preso la sala grande. I piccoli dettagli nella stanza sono sorprendenti, ci sono perfino i pigiami rosa, tutti gli asciugamani sono profumati, nel complesso è una stanza molto bella. La colazione era inclusa, tutto era delizioso, tranne il succo appena spremuto, che era molto diluito. L'hotel è piccolo, ma la vista dalla piscina è semplicemente spettacolare, come se fossi in un film. Mi è stato consigliato questo hotel e non me ne sono mai pentito. Io e i miei amici siamo felicissimi!

Ho avuto un soggiorno sorprendente a Bobocabin - un posto davvero unico e pensato con un servizio eccellente. Le cabine sono incredibilmente confortevoli e si trovano in una bella posizione con splendide viste sul monte Rinjani. Tutto si sente moderno e senza saldature: parcheggio privato, accesso QR, un'app mobile per controllare l'illuminazione, rilassante musica ambientale e internet veloce, affidabile. Il personale è stato ancora più speciale, incredibilmente gentile, benvenuto, e sempre pronto a aiutare con qualsiasi cosa. La squadra si è fatta di sopra e di là: hanno adattato la cena alla nostra dieta vegana, e hanno anche conservato le nostre proprietà bene mentre andammo sul treno, che apprezziamo profondamente. E se non è il tuo lavoro, l'hotel offre molte attività, per cui è facile rimanere per qualche giorno senza essere stanco. Molto raccomandato per il comfort, la natura, e servizio eccezionale.

L'hotel più bello in cui sia mai stato. Qui è tutto così tranquillo, calmo, confortevole e incredibilmente amichevole. Persone - ringraziamenti speciali. Sono così accoglienti e cordiali che vorresti semplicemente sparire in questo posto e non andartene mai più. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi. Anche bar e negozi. Le camere nell'edificio principale sono molto ampie e confortevoli. I cottage dall'altra parte sono, secondo me, più piccoli e bui, ma hanno anch'essi il loro fascino. Questo hotel ci è piaciuto così tanto che abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno per l'intera durata del soggiorno, ovvero 1 mese.

L'hotel nella zona meridionale di Kuta, la strada di entrata è relativamente corta. Quando si trova un ambiente fantastico, il ricevitore saluterà molto calorosamente, la progettazione della stanza è semplice e ha un odore di spazzatura!In breve, c'è una buona esperienza.

View: 4.5/5 Villa size: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Maintenance: 2/5 This villa is as big as it looks on their website with amazing view. However, it is quite rundown and needs a refresh, especially the toilet.  The toilet bowl has stains and the overall bathing area are mouldy. I understand we’re in the middle of nature but I would expect better maintenance. Plus the water pressure was low. Maybe it was the rainy season (it rains every evening/overnight), the area is filled with millipedes everywhere, the worst part is that they are in the villa as the doors/sliding doors have gaps. We’re fine if the insects stay outdoors but the millipedes enter our villa every single time and they appear at every creak of the villa. It was tiring trying to keep them out of the villa.  The redeeming factor for the villa is really the view, the Indonesian cuisine at Aura and their prompt service. The view is as amazing as you see on their website, if not more. And they have exceptional food at their restaurant and the service was superb. And yes, there are monkeys in the morning and evenings. The staffs will inform you upon check-in, to lock the doors and avoid eye contact.

Mixed feelings — kind staff but disappointing overall. First of all, a big thank you to the hotel staff, who were genuinely kind and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the issue isn’t the people — it’s the property itself. The photos online look beautiful, but in reality, the finishes and details just don’t match the pictures. Everything feels a bit cheap and unfinished. For example, the pool area has small sofas but no cushions, so you can’t really relax comfortably by the water. In the rooms, several things were off — cracked flooring, a broken window, missing door handles (you have to lock the door from inside or outside every time), and other small issues that really add up. Considering the price, it’s quite disappointing, especially when there are nicer hotels nearby for less money. We stayed in the Villa Fuego, which, as you can see on Google Maps, is located right next to the road — meaning it’s noisy, with scooters constantly passing by. It completely breaks the idea of a quiet, romantic getaway in a “private villa.” It’s a real shame, because the staff do their best, but the overall experience doesn’t live up to the expectations or the price. Sadly, despite the warm hospitality, we left feeling that this stay was not worth it.

Le strutture sono complete, solo per una vacanza familiare,. I bambini nuotano super sollevati, la piscina è spaziosa e pulita, comunque, tutto va bene e devi cercare di rimanere qui.

La camera è bella con una vista eccellente, adatto ai giovani e il prezzo è conveniente.La strada verso l'hotel è piuttosto cattiva ma ancora accessibile.
