PPeterThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other. Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station. But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis. Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

FFengchuimailang76作為一名持有多家酒店會員卡的常客，本月在省城入住漢庭時，我遭遇了頗為尷尬的一幕：早餐時，工作人員查不到我的早餐訊息，直接將我請出了餐廳。儘管有這樣不愉快的經歷，但出於對漢庭品牌的信任以及對攜程平台的認可，春節出遊時，我還是選擇預訂了天水的漢庭酒店。入住後，房間的寬敞佈局和乾淨整潔的環境給我留下了不錯的印象，這是值得稱讚的地方。然而，住宿體驗也存在一些明顯的問題。空調運行時噪音很大，温度調高後，室內空氣乾燥，我的嘴脣乾裂起皮；調至適中温度，又因被子單薄，導致我不慎感冒。洗澡時，放了很久的涼水，水温依舊不理想，讓人十分無奈；而洗臉池放温水的速度更是慢得離譜，等待的時間實在漫長。在早餐方面，也狀況百出。入住第一天，前台告知查不到我的早餐訊息，不過表示可以額外贈送一份。我不想佔這個便宜，於是退單重新預訂了雙份早餐。結果大年初一，我愛人去取早餐時，仍被告知沒有預訂早餐，他衹能默默接受前台“施捨”的那份，也不敢多問。我實在忍無可忍，致電前台要求核實，沒想到對方態度強硬，毫無解決問題的誠意。無奈之下，我衹能向攜程求助。好在攜程工作人員態度積極，處理問題的能力很強，迅速且妥善地解決了我的困擾，讓我心裏稍微好受了一些。

FFashion_PotatoI had the best experience at this hotel. They went above and beyond everywhere! It's absolutely gorgeous, very clean, good room setup and incredible staff. I'd give them a 10/5 if I could. As it is, I'll definitely stay here again. They're very close to a bus stop (the best way to get around Tianshui) and the light rail. The river park is right across the street, and it's absolutely lovely. The breakfast was very good with Chinese and western options, and they even serve local options, which was exciting.

Il B&B si trova nell'area panoramica delle Grotte di Maijishan. Quando si viaggia in auto, è possibile entrare nel cortile della famiglia Wang all'ingresso dell'area panoramica e parcheggiare nel cortile della famiglia Wang, il che è molto comodo.

UUtente anonimoHotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.

UUtente ospiteMi piace molto il B&B. È molto comodo per andare a piedi ovunque nella città antica. L'ambiente è elegante. Gli articoli da toeletta sono tutti L'Occitane. Lo consiglio vivamente e lo prenoterò la prossima volta. Si vede che il capo è molto attento. Sono rimasto per cinque giorni. Yusheng Lane, Malatang, Fat Fish, Museum, Fuxi Temple e altri luoghi sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi.

SSpeedoholicAmy and Anna helped us with a quick check-in. As foreigners you need an experienced receptionist to take care of your registration without any delay. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby. All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.

UUtente anonimoRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

EErbaoba優點：1.離景區近，不到2公里；2.房間卧具乾淨衞生；3.沒有蚊子（不知道是地理原因還是氣候原因）.4.停車方便.5.服務還不錯.6.餐食可以另外預訂（沒吃，不知道菜品口味如何）. 缺點:1.去景區的路是單行道，回來得從河對岸繞回來，目前對岸在修路，可以抄近路從河道上的臨時路開回來.打個車或者坐公交車去景區大門，而且也衹有這個選擇，因為開車去景區的停車場也不對私家車開放。2.三人間沒有衞生間，衹能用公共衞生間和淋浴（兩人間有衞生間，是否有淋雨不確定）.3.沒有空調，但是即便是8月10號左右，晚上也非常涼快，衹有17度，還要蓋被子。4.酒店掛的牌子是雕塑博物館，一開始以為走錯地方了。
