I arrived at 3am; it took forever to check in; the lady asked me to pay for breakfast, even though it was included in my booking. The hotel is very tired, but clean.
At breakfast, aske for the coffee twice, and it was never delivered.
The checkout time is 12, and I was aware of it. From 11:15 to 11:30 the reception called me twice to ask when I am going to check out… Upon the checkout they kept me waiting for 10 min (while they were checking the room)….
Totally unpleasant experience.

L'ho usato per visitare la città a Jaipur.
Posizione: ci vogliono 25 minuti in auto per raggiungere il centro storico, ma è a soli 5 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto.
C'è un centro commerciale e Starbucks a 10 minuti in auto.
Strutture: pulite e confortevoli. C'è anche una vasca da bagno! Una cosa che mi dava fastidio era che l'acqua che usciva dalla vasca era marroncina e poco pulita. Era strano perché l'acqua nella doccia era limpida.
Pasti: il nostro piano includeva la colazione e il buffet mattutino era davvero delizioso.

(1) Upon check-in, I found it strange that the male staff placed my husband's name and used his surname as the wifi password when I am the person who made the booking and paid for the hotel. Hence, I am unhappy about this as, even after asking the male staff to change to my name and surname. He was too lazy to do it! Felt very unrespected! In the final invoice, when I paid for room service, the same male staff did not change to my name!!! Terrible and lazy!
(2) The food for room service was delicious!
(3) The housekeeping was slow in getting us some things.
(4) The morning breakfast buffet was delious, with a wide range of local and intercontinential food. The staff in the Breakfast area were very efficient and excellent!

The hotel upgraded our room to a more spacious one. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also had a complementary high tea which was amazing. We enjoyed our stay here however the location is a bit far out from the city so its is costly getting around to tourist spots.

L'hotel è nuovo e molto comodo. Il personale è amichevole e il cibo fornito all'hotel è stato delizioso. Una sorpresa è stata la ”tea alta” gratuita fornita ogni pomeriggio sul tetto! Era un evento così benvenuto ogni pomeriggio!
L'hotel non è vicino al centro storico, ma è facile arrivare in città.
Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno qui.

Abbiamo avuto un breve soggiorno al Novotel jodhpur per una visita d'affari. Il check-in è stato ricco e veloce. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e hanno tutti i lussi necessari che si aspetta da una catena di questo calibro. L'hotel è situato in una posizione tranquilla e tranquilla.

IilovetravelyeahhWe absolutely loved our stay at Leela Palace Jaipur! The staff are so amazing. The grounds and mountains right next door are pretty and it's just a first-rate place to stay for sure! Beautiful place! Great quality of everything and great standards for Westerners. The other '5 star' hotels we stayed in in Jaipur weren't up to Western standards of 5 star in hygiene and other little things but the Leela Palace certainly is, and I'd rate it even more than a typical 5 star hotel in the Western world. This is more of a palace retreat, also, not just a hotel. We have excellent memories there and I'm still wearing my Leela slippers at home in Australia now hehe, because it reminds me of the beautiful time I had there and the beautiful staff who made things more than excellent for us and really made our stay amazing. Definitely recommend. I do have a tip - go in a 'Grand Villa'. The Palace suite (what it says I stayed in), is gorgeous but the villas are even better and not that much difference in price. We stayed 2 nights at Leela Palace Jaipur and experienced both room types. The photos online on the Leela website are accurate.
We ate at the buffet restaurant, Sukh Mahal. It was nice. The food was hygienic, fancy, and we didn't get sick at all (we did at another 5 star hotel).
It's a fair drive from the city of Jaipur, but I think you'll find that you actually love that. jaipur city area is so hectic and loud with horns and just a bit unpleasant to be in, if you're in culture shock. The Leela Palace is further out and is such a nice break from Jaipur city area. It's perfectly away in the mountain areas. The air is fresher and it's pretty with the mountains. I totally recommend. I also recommend taking the hotel's car, as they actually have seatbelts in all seats and air con and just fancy. We took an Uber to the Leela Palace and that was a huge mistake. Pay the extra for the hotel car! Most of the cars we were in in Jaipur had no seatbelt in the back middle seat, and two other cars didn't have seatbelts in the back at all. Just trust us. Just make sure they take you to the right airport. The driver was great but dropped us off at domestic terminal, which is 3km or so from the international one, and you have to take an Uber to get from each, so please make sure they understand which one (I thought it would be one airport).

UUtente ospiteIn the centre of Jaipur with an excellent rooftop view. Good ambivalence at night. However, music plays at obscene times of the day/night (23:30/01:00/06:30?!) with deep bass that can be felt through the walls. My friends and I had private rooms and weren’t there for a party experience, but I’m sure it would have been a banging time if we were. The rooms were a mixed bag in terms of cleanliness. Good beds. Decent bedding. The kettle was however horrific, as were the teabags on offer. Grime and old dirt crusted within the kettle showed a lack of thorough cleaning. The bathrooms smelled of particularly rotten sewage, too. As for check-in, the procedure took too long and they wanted far too many details. It’s not ideal after a flight, and whilst I understand it’s customary for the hostel, it is the first time to happen to us in India. It felt over the top. We also arranged to do laundry there and the entire thing was a mess. The lady running the reception is smiley and lovely, but it was a complete hassle getting our clothes back. We were concerned we might not see them again, haha!
If you want somewhere safe, central and with a good view, go for it. I would next time stay a little further out of the centre but that’s just me! Here, you get what you pay for :)

Trip com non avrà alcun potere sulla modifica che saranno di nessun aiuto fidarsi di me ho provato :)
La posizione è a 4 km dalla città antica, dove viaggiate per il ristorante, templi, museo e i punti di interesse.
La pulizia del posto è proprio un vecchio posto tutto in tutto è stato un soggiorno medio niente che veramente vi piacerà ma niente che vi farà sentire innervosito almeno che è stato nel nostro caso abbiamo visto alcuni clienti innervositi così credo che abbiamo fatto fuori su un migliore camera rispetto a quella.
Il ristorante del tetto Skydeck ***** con l'hotel è sotto par per dire il meno il posto ha bisogno di più pulizia e seguire alcuni protocolli di igiene (non era onesto) ancora il posto non è come vedrete nelle foto anche la nuoto La piscina è qualcosa che non usi mai, non è sicuro o pulito. È solo un grande cambiamento di fatto per essere messo esattamente.
Il personale e la ricezione erano gentili, ben gestiti e di aiuto. Grazie per questo più.

The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it.
My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before.
We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things.
If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in.
And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones.
Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future.
And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

Mi ha inviato 💯 buon inviato, sorprendente guida di viaggio, Sam (Ghanshyam) per me per tutti i miei 5 giorni di viaggio. Era la mia prima volta a Jaipur. La sua suite superiore, che si estende di 68 mqft, è molto impressionante. Amo il bagno in seguito, che ha un posto per immagazzinare i bagagli e il nostro cassetto, le matite di marmo bianco erano eccezionalmente belle, mi è stato detto che l'India 🇮🇳 è il marmo superiore.La lavanderia e la stanza erano molto invitanti a stare, mi sentivo molto come casa. La colazione e la cena in camera hanno cucinato un ottimo pasto. Eravamo così impressionati, felici e felici con l'hotel, il personale dell'hotel, la spazietà dell'hotel e il servizio di punta. Grazie tante al signor Surya e alla sua squadra. Ho catturato le foto di loro eccellenti qui, erano uniti, gentili, compassionati, rispettosi, sorprendenti. Il loro servizio è 10/10. Estremamente eccellente con dettaglio meticuloso. Mi prendevate cura di ogni giorno con ospitalità eccellente.

Breakfast buffet was very nice.
Christmas buffet was wonderful!
Normal dinner buffet was so so. I would suggest to have more non Indian options (we like Indian food but the spice in it can be too much when you’re travelling in India for a long time…).
Overall experience was quite nice, would recommend and repeat.
