"Nice room with modern decor, great price. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Tianshui downtown, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and night markets. A nice 15 mins walk or $5RMB cab ride to 天水古城（Tianshui Ancient City) and Fuxi Temple.
We were on the 12 floor where the laundry room and restaurant is, it was convenient for our stay. However, if I had the option, I would ask for 9-11th floor because the 13th floor is a restaurant. It can get noisy sometimes with chairs and table moving around. There were minor issues with water leaking from the shower door, but the staff addressed it immediately and was very friendly about it.
Overall, I’d recommend the hotel."

CCgf0821laofashiLa stanza è molto buona, molto pulita, il bagno è anche dotato di un viso e di una spazzatura unica. La famiglia del proprietario è molto entusiasta. Tutti i punti di attrazione sono in auto per tornare. È risparmiato il costo della camion di shuttle e della macchina turistica nella zona sceneggiata. È stato caricato un carico davanti al popolo. I turisti che si consigliano di andare a McCushan per scegliere una casa lontana saranno molto soddisfatto.

They were very kind in picking me up from the bus station (arranged by previous hotel) , had a fabulous hot shower and got a delicious dinner. Up early and with a lift to the caves had a lovely quiet visit. So kind, very much appreciated. Only slight difficulty for me was the firm bed, but I was able to make it work using a spare quilt as padding. Would stay again.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un hotel davvero bello. Purtroppo, anche se è praticamente vicino a una delle due stazioni ferroviarie della città, la posizione è lontano dall'ideale. Sì, ci sono molti ristoranti vicino. Ma Tianshui è una città stranamente messo fuori. Guarda la mappa e vedrai due parti separate della città. Questo hotel, insieme alle due stazioni ferroviarie e all'aeroporto sono nella città orientale. Ma tutte le attrazioni più interessanti sono nella parte occidentale. E le due parti sono molto lontane.
Ancora una volta, questo è un bel hotel tranquillo e confortevole. E spesso cerco di rimanere in hotel vicino ai centri di trasporto come le stazioni ferroviarie. La vista dalla mia stanza era favolosa- montagne e una stazione ferroviaria.
Ma per chiunque visita Tianshui, vi suggerisco di guardare attentamente la mappa e guardare attentamente i siti in città che probabilmente visitate! (Per aggiungere alle sfide del trasporto interno, non ho potuto nemmeno un tempo ottenere un giro usando l'applicazione di solito utile ”Didi”, il che significa che è stato un processo costante ”vecchia scuola” di cercare di battere bandiera dei taxi disponibili.

RRoszaimyOk in the listing it was not indicated that the bathroom is shared (many guesthouses put this info in the title of the room categories. But probably one could have guessed by way this guesthouse was only displaying only 2 room photos without any bathroom photo. But the price is cheap, very close to the railway station, fast wifi, bottled water and friendly service. The shared bathroom is a bit of a walk from the room in open air setting. Probably difficult in winter. But the weather in Tianshui in June was warm so that’s good. Checkin process also took a while for foreigner’s registration. Overall, it was an okay for budget stay for 1 night before taking the train.

JJackxTravelL'appartamento è piuttosto nuovo e annunciato come l'unico hotel senza fumo nella zona, quindi l'ho prenotato. Tuttavia, ho profumito le sigarette la mia prima notte attraverso i ventoli aerei. Purtroppo non sembra che ci sia molta applicazione intorno alla politica. UUtente ospiteLinglan is actually an excellent location despite the obvious. It's half way between Fuxi temple and Mt. maiji. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel & 5 yuan takes U to Fuxi temple & old town. (Beware last bus is around 730pm, taxi back from Fuxi temple was around 40rmb)
For its price point, it's a wonderful, newly renovated g well appointed. Despite management's best effort to be a none-smoking establishment, hotel guests tend to ignore this policy. However, with communication, hotel kindly moved me to a far end on the top floor. They also offered pick up/drop off from train station. The restaurant provided simple yet tasty staples. All in all it was a wonderful stay

UUtente anonimoRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

CChezzaQuesto nuovo hotel era un posto meraviglioso per soggiornare. Le nuove strutture erano pulite e tempestose. La camera da letto era controllata dalla temperatura, che era grande in inverno freddo. Mi piaceva soprattutto la piccola zona da tavola per rilassarsi accanto al letto. Nel lobby ci sono anche unità di deposito bagagli chiuse con password gratuita che sono conveniente se dovete conservare il vostro bagaglio per qualche ora dopo l'esame. E poi mi sorprendeva di trovare la lavatrice e il secchiere nel lobby erano anche liberi di usare. Ho comunicato con il personale in cinese (non ho nemmeno provato a usare l'inglese) e sono sempre felici di aiutare. Penso, tuttavia, avrei apprezzato un po' di più informazioni sul check-in, perché ho solo capito quando mi stavo lasciando che non avrei approfittato del free breakfast ...e non sapevo come accedere a questo.

FFashion_PotatoI always like staying here. It's clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect. It's on all the major bus lines, walking distance to the best parts of Tianshui and quiet. The staff is always friendly and professional and the breakfast is really good.
