"Our stay at Vaperse Hainan Clear Water Bay Hotel was okay overall, but several issues made it less enjoyable than expected. The biggest problem was the amount of smoking everywhere in the hotel. People were smoking indoors, even around children’s facilities, and staff did nothing to address it. When we reported it, it seemed completely normal to them, which was disappointing and not suitable for families. We also had a photo shoot included in our package, but when we tried to book it, the photographer was unable to accommodate us. This was frustrating, as it was one of the reasons we chose the package. There are restaurants within the hotel, but none of them are non‑smoking. They are all located on the ground floor where people smoke freely, and the smoking areas are so close to the non‑smoking areas that it makes no sense. It’s very uncomfortable for guests who don’t smoke, especially families with children. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the lack of smoke‑free spaces and the poor enforcement of smoking rules made it far from ideal."

"香水灣別墅區非常私密，很大的院子，衞生非常乾淨，床品舒適，一點噪音也沒有，而且比我住的另一家蚊蟲少多了，住了兩天沒看到蟲子，泳池非常棒，服務也很好，早餐送房間吃，服務效率非常非常高，主要是自駕的話車直接開門口，真是太方便了，外賣也可以直接送門口，一家人出行絕佳，推薦推薦，一分錢一分品質體現的淋漓盡致？"

"Il nostro soggiorno è stato reso ancora più speciale e accogliente dalle premure di Summer, e ci siamo innamorati dell'estetica marina dell'Indigo e della sua atmosfera di vacanza rilassante. L'hotel, ispirato a una gioielleria marina, presenta soffitti a conchiglia, archi di perle e dettagli che richiamano la cultura delle popolazioni Tanka, tutto curato nei minimi particolari. Sia le aree comuni che le camere offrono scorci perfetti per foto mozzafiato. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, con balconi che si affacciano direttamente sul mare azzurro, e la vista delle onde e del tramonto è incredibilmente rilassante. Le strutture sono complete: la piscina a sfioro si fonde con il paesaggio marino, mentre il ristorante con vista mare offre frutti di mare freschi e autentici sapori locali, con una colazione abbondante e deliziosa. Il servizio è stato attento e premuroso per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Summer è stata paziente e gentile, gestendo in modo impeccabile tutto, dall'orientamento all'arrivo ai suggerimenti per le escursioni, facendoci sentire completamente a nostro agio. La spiaggia di Clear Water Bay è sabbiosa e tranquilla, lontana dal trambusto, ideale per una vacanza di puro relax. L'hotel offre un'eleganza raffinata e un servizio caloroso, rendendo il nostro viaggio sull'isola confortevole e indimenticabile. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che desiderano una vacanza tranquilla al mare, e ringrazio Summer per la sua premurosa compagnia."

Special thanks to Max Lin, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist us with everything we needed, which truly enhanced our stay. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city, it is very peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful beach and a great atmosphere. Ok We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again."

"設施：房源為源君瀾的別墅區，配套設施很完善，房間內廚具一應俱全，且乾淨衞生，洗澡的淋浴水非常舒服。最驚喜的是可以去到君瀾的無邊泳池游泳。 衞生：非常乾淨，碗碟筷子都在消毒櫃裏，房間內整體很整潔舒適。 環境：環境非常好了，離海邊很近，且周邊綠植茂盛，看着神清氣爽。 服務：管家會提前聯繫，基本沒有任何疏漏，有問題回覆得也很及時，算是我們在三亞住的幾天了服務最好的一家了。出門有擺渡車接送，外賣管家也幫送，有電車充電樁也很便捷。整體來説是很不錯的體驗。下次還會再來多住幾晚。"
