Останавливались на 2 ночи. При заселении зашли в номер, а там ужасный запах сигарет. Мы не курящие и с ребёнком. Сразу попросили поменять номер. Поменяли номер без проблем в другом корпусе выше этажом (на 10), как и бронировали с видом на море. В подарок ребёнку дали набор для песочницы. Море в 100 метрах через сосновый лес. Единственный минус это завтраки, очень судный выбор и только для местных. Но вокруг много кафе. Вообще отличное место для отдыха от своих сограждан, не туристическое место вернее оно больше для китайцев. Рядом около 7 км остров обезьян. Посмотреть обезьян можно вполне за час, но за доп 98ю человека есть трансфер на пляж дайдай - это самый красивый пляж, что мы видели в Санье.

Le camere e le aree pubbliche sono arredate in stile Santorini. Le camere sono pulite e igieniche. Questo è il miglior homestay in cui abbia mai soggiornato. L'ultimo piano è fantastico per scattare foto. La spiaggia dista solo 20 metri e si trova nella zona panoramica di Lingshui Chiling. Ai bambini piace alzarsi la mattina per pescare frutti di mare. L'hotel fornisce gratuitamente attrezzi da pesca e il servizio è molto attento. Il personale è stato molto entusiasta nell'aiutarci con i bagagli quando ci siamo incontrati e ci hanno lasciato all'aeroporto. Soprattutto quando l'auto è appena arrivata, c'era del personale di servizio che aiutava con le valigie, era come se fossero stati avvisati in anticipo, è stato molto inaspettato! Inoltre, proprio dietro l'angolo si trova una via commerciale con numerosi supermercati, dove fare shopping e mangiare è davvero comodo. 這次陵水之行，四個閨蜜一起定了這家別墅院子，體驗感超出了我們的預期～攜程訂了機票後，贈送了一起訂服務，於是定這個院子有免費升房服務，從一居室升級了兩居室。以後有家庭出行，朋友出行，訂這樣的別墅院子就好了，比酒店更自由，更便利，環境更好。管家超級超級負責，從訂房到入住到離開，訂單確定後就加了好友一對一細緻服務。總結了以下幾點給大家參考:
1.別墅位置和生活: 是在一個別墅羣，都改造為這樣獨門獨棟的院子，分上下兩層，上層是客廳廚房和主卧，圍着一個私人泳池，下層是次卧洗衣房，太陽出來就能曬到院子裏，很舒服，廚房基本餐具都齊全，還可以提供燒烤爐子，自己買食材鐵網和木炭，在港村市場，多福商行就能買到這些材料，市場裏的蔬菜調料購買也很方便。
2.出行: 對外出行我們是自己租車在陵水到處逛，別墅內的出行管家隨呼隨到，到海邊，到停車場都很方便。外賣寫清楚地址，可以送到“歡迎回家”崗亭，管家取了送到房間。
3.沙灘和游泳: 酒店有公共泳池，報房間號就行。房間也有泳池，有專門的人每天來撈樹葉和花花。香水灣的海灘邊很舒服，可以看到長長的一個沙灘線，踩沙子堆沙子耍耍浪都很好。就是冬天水温還是很涼，建議是春天游泳更好一些。
4.遊玩推薦: 酒店在萬寧和陵水之間，更靠近萬寧，離分界洲島就十分鐘路程，不過陵水縣也不大，酒店到網紅的新村大排檔、嶺仔村、泓發海鮮餐廳附近去趕海吃海鮮什麼的就30分鐘路程。自駕到陵水的猴島呆呆島，到萬寧的日月灣都是30-40分鐘車程。
整體來説，幾個朋友一起出行遊玩，一家人出行定這個別墅是很方便很舒適的，推薦～

HHISHIl nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stata un'esperienza straordinaria, resa eccezionale dallo straordinario servizio fornito da Elena. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, Elena ci ha accolto calorosamente e si è presa cura di ogni nostra esigenza durante il nostro soggiorno. Era sempre disponibile per la comunicazione, sia di persona che per telefono (o tramite SMS tramite WeChat), assicurandosi che fossimo a nostro agio e ben informati.
L'assistenza di Elena è andata oltre il solito. Ci ha aiutato con le traduzioni, parlando fluentemente inglese, cinese e russo, assicurandosi che la lingua non fosse mai un ostacolo per noi. La sua dedizione ha davvero brillato quando ha orchestrato una sorpresa speciale per il compleanno della mia ragazza. UUtente ospite服務：首先必須點贊這裏的服務，重點表揚美女Vicky管家，從入住前一天就聯繫添加微信，到了大堂還熱情出來招待，很認真地講解房間和樓棟的各種設施，退房也休假的Vicky美女還特意拿小禮物給我們，千言萬語真的無法形容她的好。酒店裡的每一位工作人員，包括接車的帥哥，清潔阿姨都很禮貌，路過都微笑打招呼説您好。
環境:這是我選擇最明智的一次，客房不僅大，設施還特別齊全，洗護用品都是每天換新，前朝大海，春暖花開，三亞是我們這麼多旅行城市中體驗感最好的。
設施:酒店裡有美味的自助早晚餐，有小童遊玩的各種項目，還有一個大大的玩水娛樂場所，加上拍照超出片的無邊泳池，讓我們家長可以輕鬆帶娃，都可以放手不需要看管，海灘離酒店50-100米左右，基本可以無視這距離，並且沙灘邊有工作人員看管，很負責。
旅拍:木蘭旅拍就在酒店一樓，拍照的攝影小哥超級nice，還耐心哄娃，拍出來的效果超美.

The swimming pool is big but freezing cold, however you get used to the water after taking a dip. They have small hot springs too for the little ones.
I’d say the food and drinks are more on the pricey side, and it would be nice if the bar area by the swimming pool would open.
Overall the trip was great, beautiful area, close to the beach. Great for morning walks, jogging etc. I’d definitely come again!

Despite making a full payment through Trip.com at the time of reservation for 3 rooms, the hotel staff demanded another full payment upon our arrival. Even after checking out of the hotel on November 21st 2024, I have yet to receive a full refund from Trip.com, as the hotel staff had assured us. This lack of professionalism and transparency caused unnecessary stress during our stay.
Furthermore, the security guard refused to let us alight at the main driveway in front of the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage, claiming that it would ”block the hotel’s feng shui” as per their boss’s instructions. However, we observed many other cars and guests doing so. This left us scrambling to find an alternative while managing our heavy bags to check into the hotel.
Such behaviour is not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. We will avoid staying at this hotel in the future.

UUtente ospiteIf you are looking for a quiet place with great beaches, this is your hotel! The rooms are clean, very spacious and have everything you need (fridge, hairdryer, washing machine, big balcony with seats. There is a gym in the basement and a lovely large garden that leads to the sea. Everything is accessible with your hotel card. The hotel is very big and has a luxurious feel. The service is impeccable, they will help you no matter the time or request! Thank you Huang Xiaolan!
The beach is clean and quiet. Bring your own beverages, because there’s no vendors. The sea can be a bit wild, but a ‘sea pool’ is created right in front of the gate by the board walk. If you go left, you’ll find a playground for kids too. Toys for kids to play with in the sea can be found at the mall or Jiarunfa. In the morning musicians sometimes play at the beach.
There is a mall nearby (1 km walk) that has a little market, some stores and a lot of restaurants, the people are nice and helpful. There’s also a massage center on the first floor (take the stairs behind McDonalds) that offers great massages for a very good price. If you cross the street in front of the mall, there’s some fruit vendors and a big supermarket (Jiarunfa). Very nice people there too.
I loved staying here and will definitely come back!

UUtente ospite正進入猴島購票停車場對面一家酒店，然後被一位騎着三輪車的大爺給截胡，説這家酒店老舊了，不好帶我去環境好的，然後我就做他車走了1.5共計左右，到了門口他對老闆説叫他幫我開一個房。然後前台小妹安排我掃碼下單，上面寫着：掃碼下單8折，我選了一個觀景露台房，進入以後房屋很簡陋，就是自建居民房，瓷粉哪些很粗糙，一個房間衹有一個垃圾桶，廁所什麼都沒有，應該屬於以前的旅社吧。第二天退房時前台小妹看見我第一句話説：昨天我坐的三輪車沒付錢，5塊……我蒙了，心想他大老遠把我拖在我不願意的地方來消費，還讓我開錢，太坑了太坑了太坑了。我就問昨天説的打八折還沒給我，她説你掃碼好評截圖反饋給11元……我説不是8折嗎？她説是11元，我説了一句：太坑了，把我拉過來消費，沒給我説要收車費，第二天退房叫我付錢……前台小妹違心的説了，我能理解……我心想算了幾塊錢，不要浪費我時間，付錢走人，以後不要太善良

UUtente anonimoRooms are nice and big, I had a nice view out the window. Staff is friendly and nice and when I asked for more water from the cleaning staff and they remembered giving me more water every day. I got a package with a free photographer session and the pictures came out amazing.

UUtente ospiteUn hotel consigliato da un amico e'molto buono per soggiornare due giorni.Proprio quando incontro l'hotel, papà ha un po'di ritardo dopo l'aula, e 20 yuan per persona può mangiare diversi punti di ricamo.Dopo l'aula, scendete alla spiaggia per fare foto, e fare foto con la mano sono grandi. C'è diversi buoni ristoranti di frutta del mare nella città non lontana dell'hotel. Circa 600 persone possono mangiare quattro o cinque frutta del mare, con un grande sapore, specialmente le gambe belle e le rocce di pietra, sono i miei preferiti. La prossima volta che si sperimenta il surf, il mare della baia di profumo è il più bello di alcuni punti di spiaggia. I bambini che amano fare foto suggeriscono di venire qui.

UUtente ospite這個房間是幫朋友訂的，原本我自己也是要定這個房間的，但是因為理解有問題，以為旁邊的度假公寓跟這個是一家 所以訂錯了，我自己就住在了度假公寓，説實話，服務肯定是這裏更好，因為這裏二十四小時都有人，而且前台還免費幫我升級了房間，環境我更喜歡邊上的公寓，因為那裡更清凈，至於説海邊，這幾個酒店到的都是同一個地方，離海邊都不遠，朋友還是很滿意的，下次來我也會試試的

DDominic FHotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨
