Hotel con spa a Jinhua

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato di recente in questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio in Cina. Abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel in tutto il mondo, ma questo è stato uno dei nostri preferiti. Il personale è molto disponibile, in particolare il concierge, il signor Will Liu. È stato sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze e a verificare le richieste precedenti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i suoi consigli quotidiani e la sua costante professionalità. Altrettanto straordinario è il personale addetto alle pulizie che ci ha sempre accolto con un sorriso caloroso e accogliente, offrendoci spuntini giornalieri e decorando la mia camera con tanta dolcezza per il mio compleanno. Anche i signori all'ingresso meritano la nostra gratitudine e il nostro riconoscimento per la rapidità con cui ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli e chiamato l'ascensore. Eravamo molto felici di aver trovato un hotel di questo calibro, pulito ma accogliente, una casa di lusso buona lontano da casa. Ogni mattina c'era un nuovo colazione che non era il nostro preferito, ma era sorprendente come il manager, entro una mattina, notò e prese i nostri ordini e cercava di compensare la quantità di piatti cinesi e la mancanza di un colazione intercontinentale. La stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa e ci trovavamo a dover avere il popcorn complimentare ogni giorno. La stanza è molto apprezzata e apprezzata con particolare gratitudine dal signor Scofield, Xiao. E' stato un vero piacere conoscervi e saremo al 100% indietro.

La prima volta che ho cercato l'hotel di Liu Xiang è ancora curioso di stare in un ambiente incredibile, con un po'di pioggia.E'troppo adatto per rilassarsi. La prima volta che sono venuto al negozio di caramelle, ho pensato che fosse vicino alla zona sceneggiata, non voglio vivere in un hotel. Provaci. Credo che hotel costosi come questo siano sempre pieni, quindi abbiamo un soggiorno impeccabile in posti dove abbiamo la barriera linguistica. Qui, nessuno parla inglese in modo comunicativo. Avevamo prenotato una suite deluxe, ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero passato una camera migliore e, una volta arrivati, ci hanno dato una camera soppalcata, abbiamo salito le scale. E infine, sono grandi, 1738 rmb a notte, e dovrebbero avere un personale qualificato che parli inglese. Beh, la camera mansardata sembrava disabitata da molto tempo. Sono sicuro che non sarebbe un brutto hotel, ma quello che abbiamo avuto è stato pessimo.

Il posto ha bisogno di un buon riparatore. Il letto era pulito, ma tutto il resto era polvere, come se il pulitore aveva solo cambiato il letto. La TV non funzionava bene. Le soccette sono state rilassate e le luci sul lato del letto sono state fermate, così le luci continuano a smettere quando si è spinto.Il frigo non ha davvero tenuto niente freddo. Nessun fan di estrattore nel bagno o, se c'era, non funzionava, e le porte del bagno non si chiusero completamente. Una buona quantità di acqua nella stanza, e ne avevamo bisogno perché il CA non funzionava, che era il più grande gettato in camera, era insostenibile caldo nella stanza che riduceva la qualità del nostro sonno, e perché aveva solo una finestra, La stanza non si raffredderebbe. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

Great hotel by all means. Fancy, normal cost, great breakfast. Clean everywhere. Will be back every time i come back. The staff were respectful and helpful especially- Eileen Song from the recieption she was such a nice and supportive person.

When I learned that I wanted to see the property in person to choose, the staff immediately put down their work and accompanied me to view several large bed rooms, carefully explaining the layout, lighting and living advantages of each room, allowing me to compare and choose slowly, without any hurry or perfunctoriness. After comparing and contrasting, I finally decided on room 9005, but unfortunately, the room had not been cleaned yet, so I couldn't move in immediately. I thought I would have to drag my luggage and wait boringly, but I didn't expect the hotel's thoughtful arrangement, which directly swept away the irritation of my journey. After I made it clear that I was willing to wait, the front desk took the initiative to help me store all my luggage for free, and kindly reminded me that I could go out and have fun without being burdened by my luggage, freeing my hands and relaxing my mind and body. What touched me most was that the staff took care of me all the time. After the room was cleaned, they informed me on WeChat at the first time and helped me to send the luggage directly to the room, so I didn't have to go back to the front desk. From accompanying to view houses, patiently waiting, luggage storage, to real-time progress synchronization, luggage delivery to the door, every link is thought to be extremely thoughtful, the whole process is gentle and meticulous, the service is in place, and there is no omission.
