È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel ed è assolutamente fantastico. Le camere sono pulitissime e ci sono bevande leggere e drink in ogni corridoio. Dà una sensazione di casa e comfort. I miei figli lo hanno adorato e mi hanno persino consigliato di tornarci una seconda volta. Grazie per i piccoli regali al momento del check-out. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

It's a hotel for all kinds of people: couples, businesspeople, families, etc. The hotel is amazing. The staff was very polite but for a 5 Diamonds hotel,no one speaks English. However, everything was clean. The hot springs open from 14:00 to 22:00. Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. Dinner closes at 20:00 which is a little early for foreigners. But it is a big buffet so there will be always something delicious to eat.

The hotel itself was beautiful and relaxing. But something to keep in mind as a foreign (not Chinese), it will be difficult to communicate with the staff. No one can speak English (not even a little bit) It made it difficult to order food and get around. Everything is on Chinese. The food is very ”Chinese” So sometimes it was difficult to find something we wanted to eat. The staff were kind and happy, but even with a translation app, you could not communicate with them. We found the the hot spring on our last day, because nobody would show us where, or help us book a ticket for it.
