RRomeryEra la nostra seconda volta al Kingdom Hotel e abbiamo intenzione di tornarci sempre. Il personale è davvero eccezionale. Ci hanno aiutato a modificare la nostra prenotazione anche dopo il periodo di cancellazione, a causa del ritardo del volo. Kelly, che parla inglese, è stata incredibilmente gentile e ha chiesto a un autista di ritirare in aeroporto il nostro power bank Apple, senza marchio CCC, altrimenti sarebbe stato trattenuto dalle autorità. Quando siamo tornati in hotel due giorni dopo, era già in deposito alla reception e lo abbiamo ritirato. Abbiamo dovuto solo pagare l'autista. Non abbiamo parole per questo gesto gentile. Incredibile! Il personale si preoccupa davvero delle esigenze dei clienti e si mette nei loro panni. Torneremo sicuramente al Kingdom Hotel.

UUtente ospiteSuper fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle.
Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel.
There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set.
The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors.
The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai.
The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups.
The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day.
The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi.
Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies.

Ssu_explorerI recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Hengdian, and I cannot recommend it enough! From its unbeatable location to the exceptional service, everything about this place exceeded my expectations.
The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk from the Palace of Qin, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions. This palace is one of my favourites of all attractions in Hengdian. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the Along the River Qing Ming Festival gate, and I loved strolling there in the evenings. The area is packed with amazing restaurants, and I highly recommend the grilled shop just 5 minutes away—it’s some of the best grilled food I’ve ever had! Lawson store is only 2-3 mins walk away! Desert and snacks are so yummy and much better than what you get from 7/11 convenient store in Australia. 😅😁
I stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and the view was great! The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers breakfast for just **18 yuan**, and the soup was particularly delicious. If you’re looking for more food options, the surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise. The hotel staff even helped me order food and recommended some fantastic dishes, which I paid for via Alipay. Their recommendations were spot-on, so don’t hesitate to ask them for suggestions!
The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Even though I don’t speak Mandarin, they were incredibly patient and helpful. One staff member even walked with me to the tourist center to help me get tickets! Since I stayed for 5 days, I opted for the Hengdian world studio yearly pass, which gave me unlimited access to all the attractions—some of which I visited multiple times. Along the river Qing and Ming festival - I recommend you to go there two - three times - one during the day time, one time around 5:00pm till late and then one time around 07:00. If you are a Song Dynasty lover like myself, you will never get sick of visiting this place. So many things to look at. Please use Baidu translate for Museum description. Very informative and transported back you to Song dynasty civilian life!
If you’re planning to visit Hengdian World Studios, this hotel is the perfect base. You can take DiDi to other attractions and is very convenient. It’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the major attractions.

UUtente ospiteWe had the most beautiful time at the hotel. The hotel is self sufficient, you can spend days without having to go out . The buffet is amazing, the swimming pool and play area for kids is great. I would recommend for families. The manager had to go out of his way to make sure our stay was great. I will visit again.

DDr BPGood value for money hotel in a quite central part of Yiwu for people coming to check out the international market. Numerous foreign restaurants in the area, a 5 minute walk to district 3 of the market. A 20rmb Didi ride from the train station.
Our room was huge, very clean and had an amazingly comfortable bed. Quiet at nights, and no cigarette smoke smell. The staff, particularly the cleaning ladies were very friendly.
Breakfast was nothing special, but was enough.
Would be nice to have some more amenities in the room though......mini fridge, spoons, coffee etc. But overall we were very satisfied with our stay, and would happily return.

BBKTanNormally l don't give bad review for any hotel l stayed but on the down side, the hotel management needs to review the functionality of their centralised air-conditioning. I was offered to upgrade to a brighter room with a fees which l gracefully accepted for 2 nights ( was told the room was 2 grades higher than my original reservation), indeed the room has a glass wall facing the afternoon sun, despite it's winter, only realised the room was too warm to stay in the afternoon. I tried to adjust the air-condition but failed due to its centralised control system. Twice approached the hotel staff for assistance, was told they can't adjust it and advised to turn-on minimum fans speed (tried but failed too). I believed the management was aware of this with a notice put up at the lift entrance that they will try their best to adjust to suit majority of the guest ( pl view photo enclosed). I do believe this approach does not fit into hospitality sector. In order to alleviate the condition, l opted to open the door and window while having my afternoon nap without turning on air-condition :(
However on the positive sides, the hotel provides good breakfast, free DIY laundry with detergent ang dryer, afternoon snacks ( roasted sweet potatoes), late checkout, strategic location.

TTingting02Adoro la camera, era tutto pulitissimo. Apprezzo tantissimo il soggiorno! Anche la camera era grandissima. Anche il personale è stato gentilissimo. E la posizione è davvero vicina al Palazzo Qin. Ci tornerò sicuramente ogni volta che avrò l'occasione di andare a Hengdian.

MM787019****Il bagno generale dell'hotel che vive è soddisfacente.Il parcheggio è conveniente, ci sono stazioni di autobus accanto all'hotel. Il trasporto di auto è particolarmente risparmiato, sia che si tratti di un'attrazione o di un negozio.La stanza è buona, lo spazio non è veloce, l'attività quotidiana è completamente utile. I bagni sono anche completi, i denti, i pantaloni e i visori sono imballati separatamente e sicuri.Il guardiano viene pulito in tempo, e i sacchi di sacchetto e i prodotti di riempimento sono molto tempestosi, e il pavimento del desktop è sempre pulito. L'atteggiamento della reception e del cameriere è particolarmente buono. Rispondere con pazienza ai problemi quando si fermano. Quando si parte, aiutano anche a prendere il bagaglio. Il viaggio è ridicolo e fa sentire la gente molto gentile.La prossima volta che torno qui, dovrei anche scegliere questa casa.

RRustambekLa stanza era così vecchia, ma la posizione è molto vicina al mercato futiano. La pulizia quotidiana della stanza e le cose sono utili. Il primo giorno ho scoperto che l'acqua calda non poteva essere usata nel bagno, le cose mi hanno aiutato a cambiare la stanza. Forse dovrei scegliere questo hotel per la prossima volta. Vicino all'hotel c'è un piccolo mercato notturno dove si può acquistare molti frutti freschi e succhi per il prezzo più chic e cercare di mangiare cibo nazionale del popolo cinese.
