Hotel con colazione a Jinhua

Era la nostra seconda volta al Kingdom Hotel e abbiamo intenzione di tornarci sempre. Il personale è davvero eccezionale. Ci hanno aiutato a modificare la nostra prenotazione anche dopo il periodo di cancellazione, a causa del ritardo del volo. Kelly, che parla inglese, è stata incredibilmente gentile e ha chiesto a un autista di ritirare in aeroporto il nostro power bank Apple, senza marchio CCC, altrimenti sarebbe stato trattenuto dalle autorità. Quando siamo tornati in hotel due giorni dopo, era già in deposito alla reception e lo abbiamo ritirato. Abbiamo dovuto solo pagare l'autista. Non abbiamo parole per questo gesto gentile. Incredibile! Il personale si preoccupa davvero delle esigenze dei clienti e si mette nei loro panni. Torneremo sicuramente al Kingdom Hotel.

Quando sono stati alloggiati, ho aggiornato la stanza e ho aggiunto il letto.La stanza è molto spaziosa e luminosa, e si può guardare lontano.I due dipendenti che sono stati ricevuti sono molto intimidi. Hanno inviato il cucchiaio di notte. Quando sono andati, hanno anche inviato foglie di caramelle manifatturiere 👍🏻. La prossima volta avremo la possibilità di vivere nella seconda fase del nuovo abbigliamento

Ho goduto il mio soggiorno all'hotel Bali. La posizione è grande, molto vicino al quartiere 2 del mercato Futian. La stanza era pulita e molto comoda. Ci è un bar caffè in fondo con molti stranieri, il più che abbia mai visto in Cina. Le vibrazioni del posto sono molto buone. Rimarrò in questo hotel quando torno a Yiwu.

Va bene.Abbiamo prenotato attraverso Trip.com che includeva solo 2 colazioni; tuttavia, per 2 di 4 giorni di soggiorno, ci hanno dato (Xiao Fang ?) 3 colazioni invece. Inoltre, quando abbiamo controllato, Xiao Liang è stato molto utile prenotare una macchina spaziale per il nostro bagaglio 👍

La mia stanza ha un odore di sigarette che è relativamente normale per la Cina, MA! Ho chiesto una stanza senza fumare, ma c'è un asciugamano, quando volevo fare la mia lavanderia mi dicono che lo faranno e lo mandano nella mia stanza. Più di 12 ore dopo, il mio lavandino non era ancora stato inviato alla mia stanza. Ci vuole un'ora per correre un ciclo normale, e quasi due ore per asciugare con calore basso. Perché ci vuole tre volte il tempo? E il bagno non era pulito, questi specchi marroni.

L'hotel è a buon mercato, il personale è molto carino e veloce per rispondere al chat di gruppo di butler se hai bisogno di qualcosa. L'hotel è situato nell'attrazione, quindi è molto conveniente soprattutto perché questa attrazione specifica ha principalmente prestazioni notturne. Solo a valle è il processo di consegna di cibo è un problema.

Super fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle. Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel. There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set. The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors. The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups. The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day. The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi. Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies.

It's a hotel for all kinds of people: couples, businesspeople, families, etc. The hotel is amazing. The staff was very polite but for a 5 Diamonds hotel,no one speaks English. However, everything was clean. The hot springs open from 14:00 to 22:00. Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. Dinner closes at 20:00 which is a little early for foreigners. But it is a big buffet so there will be always something delicious to eat.

Accomodations for a family is great. Enough room. And reasonable price. Customer service and everything was good. Need to improve on food variety for breakfast. But still a good place to sta

This is our 3rd stay here, and we keep coming back for a reason. The location is perfect — just steps from the main shopping district, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. But the real highlight is the guest service. The staff are incredibly prompt, attentive, and genuinely helpful with every request. A special shoutout to the kind uncle on the team who went above and beyond for us. His warmth made our stay feel like home. Wishing the entire hotel staff continued health and happiness. Wishing the hotel great success. We’ll definitely be back!
