"Abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno qui. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, e le strutture erano incredibili. E' anche amica dei bambini, che apprezzavamo. Tuttavia, l'hotel è molto lontano dalla spiaggia, quindi non è consigliabile se viaggiate con gli anziani. Il cibo era un po' costoso, ma ci è stato un bel po' di tempo per goderci delle bevande nella zona della piscina."

"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful resort. The infinity pool is stunning, and the direct beach access makes it even more special. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized and clean. However, considering the price of €200 per night, the value for money could be improved. For the Philippines, this is quite a high rate, and we expected a bit more luxury. The breakfast buffet was quite basic — mostly cheap fruits like apples, oranges, and watermelon. We would have appreciated more tropical options, which are usually standard in the region. Also, cappuccinos were not included and had to be paid separately; only basic filter coffee was available. Overall, it’s a great resort, but the pricing doesn’t fully match the experience"

"la stanza aveva molte molle nel bagno che potevano essere facilmente pulite con un liquido di pulizia del bagno. il cabinetto aveva un pezzo di qualcosa come un termite. il carro usato per il servizio in camera era molto polveroso. il vento dell'aria condizionata chiaramente non è stato pulito per anni dal accumulo di polvere grigia di 0.25 pollici nel vento. "We stayed at Henann Tawala Hotel for a week upon arriving in Bohol, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, living up to its 4-star rating. Upon arrival, the staff were very attentive—our bags were handled, and we were offered breakfast while our early check-in was expedited. One thing to be aware of is the 3,000 pesos per night damage deposit. If paid by credit card, any charges, such as room service or drinks at the swim-up bar, are deducted from it, with the balance refunded after checkout. The breakfast area is beautifully presented, with friendly staff who greet you warmly. After giving your room number and surname, you’re escorted to a table. However, we noticed some inconsistency in service—on some days we were offered coffee or tea, while on others we weren’t. There were also times when water wasn’t provided, so we ended up with double servings after fetching it ourselves. Consistency in service would enhance the experience, but the self-service station for coffee, water, and juices was convenient. Breakfast options were excellent, with plenty of variety to suit all preferences. Everything was well-prepared and delicious. One small issue was being asked to leave a yogurt behind when I tried to take it out of the breakfast area. I understand the rule to prevent excessive takeaway, but I felt a little flexibility could be applied for small items. The rooms at Henann Tawala are impressive—spacious with great bathrooms and lovely balconies. Among the best we’ve stayed in, they’re comparable to high-end hotels like Radisson Blu in Cebu or Seda Ayala Central Block. The reception staff were incredibly helpful. They arranged a reasonably priced van for our trip to Tagbilaran, and the driver was punctual, providing a comfortable ride. He even dropped us off at the right spot for catching a van to Anda at the Dao Bus Terminal. One nice perk of staying here is the short walk to Henann's beachfront property, where you can use the sun loungers shaded by palm trees and enjoy drinks served by the staff. However, you can’t use the pool there, and you need to pick up towels from Henann Tawala before heading to the beach. The beach is beautiful, but there are quite a few hawkers selling tours, which can be a bit of a nuisance. We found better deals on Facebook. The sea is warm, though there’s a fair amount of seaweed. I’d recommend snorkeling to watch your step, as there are starfish and possibly sea urchins. We only swam once. If you buy mangosteen from beach vendors (150-200 pesos), check for ants, as one of our bags was full of them! Just outside the hotel’s main gates, there’s an ATM and a laundry shop that charges around 400 pesos for 5 kg, returning clothes washed, dried, and folded by 5 pm. It’s much cheaper than the hotel’s laundry service. We also tried the Kajun Restaurant nearby, which offers excellent chicken sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes in an American diner style. On the beachfront, our favorite restaurant was the Oasis Resort’s upstairs bar and restaurant, which has a cooling breeze and a great view of the beach. Every dish we tried was fantastic, and we highly recommend it. While our stay at Henann Tawala was wonderful, Panglao itself felt quite touristy. There were many Korean tourists, and a lot of locals trying to sell tours and services, which sometimes felt overwhelming. Prices were higher than we expected, especially for things like tricycles, which cost 150 pesos per person compared to the 12 pesos we paid in the provinces. Restaurant prices were also inflated, and even basic supplies came at a premium. If you prefer a quieter, more authentic experience, I’d recommend visiting somewhere like Anda. It has a more laid-back, provincial vibe, with friendlier locals and a slower pace of life, making it a peaceful alternative to the busy, touristy atmosphere of Panglao."

"It was fantastic Vacation ever. Front desk Kevin was amazing from Arrival until departure. He was very kind and efficient. It was nice welcome. The restaurant staffs all were great. Breakfast, beach snack and dinner. They are kind and provide best service. Beach safety guards and security(Julio, if i remember correctly) very kind and help single traveler request very well. Thanks for my departure transportation driver. Every staffs with busy operation, they keep smile on face. I have a best vacation under the sun and beautiful beach with South Palm resort! "Il tempo era meraviglioso al Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort. Il cibo era delizioso, e il personale era amichevole e utile. Mi piaceva rilassarmi dalla piscina e apprezzava l'accesso facile alla spiaggia. L'atmosfera generale del resort era tranquilla e accogliente, rendendola un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi. Le camere spaziose e le strutture ben mantenute sono state aggiunte al comfort del mio soggiorno. Apprezzo anche la vicinanza del resort alle attrazioni locali, rendendolo una base conveniente per esplorare la zona e attendo con ansia di ritornare per un'altra esperienza memorabile."

"보홀 3박 5일 여행중에 2박을 노스젠에서 했습니다. 설연휴여서 평소의 두배가까운 비용이 들었다는 점은 아쉽지만… 보홀 여행중 가장 잘한 선택이었고, 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다~~. 일출과 일몰 모두 아름다워요. 바다가 하늘 그림자를 담아서 아름다운 풍경에 황홀했어요. 개인적으로는 일출이 더 좋았어요. 알로나 비치쪽으로 나가려면 툭툭이용해야 하지만 (15분/200페소) 비치쪽은 좀 복잡한 느낌… 한가롭고 여유로운 노스젠 분위기가 정말 고급 휴양을 하러 온 기분이 듭니다. 여유를 원하시는 분들에게 딱 맞을거 같아요. 호핑투어 하고 배멀미로 고생했는데, 조식메뉴에 죽도 선택할수 있었습니다. 죽 너무 맛있고 한국인 입맛에 딱입니다."

"This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to say what the best part of this experience was because from the moment we checked in, It was perfect. The meet and greet staff, the beautiful room and amenities. There was an associate Zevie, that took care of us like family. We were fortunate enough to meet the man behind the recipes and menu, Chef Julian. The food was excellent. I’ve never experienced blue Marlin the way he prepared it and the appetizers were also Prepared to perfection. Thank you Chef for making my fiancé‘s birthday dinner an unforgettable evening. We also had the pleasure to meet Danish Khan, The property GM and manager Carl. I felt like I knew these two amazing men for such a long time and now we’re connected like family. This Experience scored 10 out of 10! Truly five ⭐️ As I returned the next day to retrieve items I had left in the room, Anne from the reception Area Continued the five star treatment by taking her time and showing me she really cared about the customer, not Just talking about it. Actions do speak louder than words, so thank you Anne for you’re over the top care, attention and Quality Service. We can’t wait to come back."

"Si tratta di un ottimo hotel, anche se le strade che arrivano a questo hotel non sono ideali su una moto, soprattutto quando si è a notte di guardia per i cani smarriti. Metti un bagno bagnato sul balcone per asciugare e ha una telefonata alle 8 per rimuovere i nostri vestiti. Il mio partner parla la lingua locale e abbiamo avuto un interessante colazione ascoltando il personale ***** e lamentandosi degli ospiti. Forse dovrebbero essere attenti perché sapevamo cosa si diceva che molti del personale non lavoravano. Il manager in servizio era gentile e utile, ma il soggiorno non era perfetto, era piuttosto costoso per quello che abbiamo l'anno prossimo spero rimarrà al grande"
