Definitely not my favourite hotel - in fact I left after the first night of my 3 night booking & forfeited my payment for the remaining nights. BED... If you like sleeping on a FIRM bed similar to a timber floor, then the bed will suit you fine. If you prefer a more luxurious softer bed then book a different hotel. Even when Housekeeping put 2 comforters between the bed & the sheet, it was still HARD. BATHROOM Again very different to usual Filipino standards. On the bed were 2 face washers & 2 towels (about the size of typical western hand towels), plus in the bathroom was 2 ”Bath Towels” (narrow long flimsy open weave fabric) for exfoliating your body not drying it. Getting dry after the shower was definitely a challenge. BREAKFAST For a westerner, there was no cereal to start the day. The buffet containers for both the fried eggs & the back were empty, so I asked if they could be replenished. The hostess immediately went to the kitchen & promptly returned with a plate of fried eggs & another plate of bacon. I thought YIPPEE, I will have fresh hot breakfast, but I was sadly disappointed as both the eggs & the bacon were cold - obviously left on a bench in the kitens after being cooked sometime earlier. If you want butter to go with your sweet toast, you have to ask for it. Vegemite on sweet toast is a strange taste. Cappucino coffee is NOT included in breakfast. POWER OUTLETS If you have travelled to the Philippines you will know that their power outlets are two flat vertical pins. NOT HERE, they are the Korean recessed circular pins which made charging my devices a challenge. Thankfully reception had Korean/Filipino adapters. POOL It was nice!

Originariamente il nostro piano era di rimanere per 1 notte a Henann, ma perché abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo prolungato il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel perché il personale premuroso e l'atmosfera così rilassante. Se vuoi fuggire dalla vita frenetica del tuo. Prova l'hennè. Il miglior hotel di sempre.

Reservations team was so responsive and accommodating. Front desk staffs were more transactional. They can't seem to like interacting with guests since by the time we arrived until we checked out. F and B staffs were more courteous like saying Hi and hello. Housekeeping was helpful. Aircon works well. Room is clean. I love the hot and cold shower as well. We love the easy access to the pool. We had the room on the ground floor which is good for us. Minor issues : - they don't provide extra bed for extra person. Room towel as well. Very limited. However, we managed to ask pool towels from Hk team since we are mostly swimming and we really need extra towels. - front desk is just until 10pm so if you need anything, you have to check it before reception closes. But actually they have guard at night who was so helpful as well. I requested a bath mat from front desk and nothing came until i met a guy from Hk and he sent one. - though the front desk was not so helpful. Other team was able to fulfill their lapses. So its okay. We are not demanding people. its just that we lacked those in our room which are basic. Housekeeping must to check on this before check in time so we can reduce our time and effort. But overall, we had a great stay. We felt at home and we enjoyed the big pool. My son had a great time at the pool. The resort is like 5 minutes drive away from the beach. But theres tricycle outside. Kuya driver was so nice to us. Didnt demand for a high price unlike other tricycle drivers. If you need good tricycle driver. His plate number is #357.

La nostra famiglia è stata due giorni in questo nuovo villaggio di vacanza. Le strutture sono buone e il personale è molto entusiasta. Anche se è un po' lontano dalla spiaggia, gli altri aspetti sono buoni.La camera molto spaziosa e la piscina enorme sono molto adatto per le vacanze di famiglia, ci piace molto. Hanno una performance di band in scena sabato sera, molto rilassata. Vediamo alcuni edifici commerciali vicino, ma a causa dell'epidemia, questi edifici non sono affittati, quindi la scelta alimentare intorno al villaggio non è ricco, ma il personale vi darà un menu e vi aiuterà a prenotare. Alcuni dettagli, come pioggia, giardino di Yan, forniture di letto e piccoli appartamenti elettrici forniti nella stanza, sono molto attenti.In generale, questo villaggio è molto buono, comodo, pulito, tranquillo e nuovo per una famiglia.

Grazie, Capitano's Lodge. La mia casa lontana da casa 🥰 Grazie al personale e al personale per sempre il benvenuto con i sorrisi più caldi. I colazioni sono sempre così buoni e mi sostengono fino al mio prossimo pasto di solito in pomeriggio o cena na. Il personale e la squadra che sono sempre accanto e gentile. Per prendersi cura di quasi ogni cosa per me e poi di più. Grazie, angeli! La mia bella stanza che è sempre pulita, confortevole e rilassante che ci sono giorni che mi seppellivo nelle foglie e leggevo tutto il giorno fino a che il mare non mi sconvolge. E sì, il gruppo di espatriati che non mi hanno mai fatto coinvolgere in conversazioni intelligenti e chat chit. (Grazie per avermi spedito delle bevande.... Non bevo davvero, ma ciao! Grazie! Cheers 🍻) Il giardino, la mini libreria, la tavola da biliardo e il bar che dà ai domestici i sentimenti. Fino alla prossima volta...

A really nice hotel. It was clean and rooms were very good. The staff was really nice and did their best for us to enjoy our stay. The beds where really good, AC was quite so I could run it all night long. The breakfast opened 6.30 AM but we had booked an excursion with a pick up at 6.30 AM. This was not a problem as the hotel gave us breakfast at 6 AM. What a treat!! Beach towels were provided upon request, which was really appreciated. Furthermore a water fountain could be found in the reception area providing driking water, very good service. I really recommend this hotel. Very good value for the money.

Le nostre prime notti nelle Filippine sono state in questo piccolo e tranquillo hotel. Situato a pochi minuti dalla bollata zona di Alona Beach, concentra tutto quello che cercate dopo un viaggio infinito fino al vostro destino. Entrata bella, ricevuta da personale molto gentile e attento. Avevamo una stanza accanto alla piscina, molto semplice ma pulita e con tutto ciò che è necessario per riposare e rimettere le forze. L'hotel non serve direttamente cibo o cena, ma offre diverse opzioni di ristoranti vicini che, per una commissione giusta, ti portano alla Villa. Questo è disposto se, della possibilità di ordinare birre e raffreddamento bene freddo. La tranquillità impera in questo hotel, non ha grandi pretese, ma per noi è stato ideale durante i giorni che abbiamo avuto per la zona di Panglao e Bohol.
