Room Amenities : No hairdryer. No bedside power sockets. Bathroom : No hand/face towels. Shower area dirty. TV : English language News channels all keep freezing. Nearby : No 24 hour convenience stores nearby..

amenities like slippers are missing in 1 room. hairdryer is missing in 2 rooms. When I called housekeeping to send hairdryer, they took 30mins and still did not arrive. I kept calling & they keep saying they're coming, but actually they cannot find any hairdryer. eventually I nearly late for my flight.

The master bedroom toilet has strong sewage smell. Housekeeping took action but the smell still persisted.

I didn’t feel the apartment was well organized and prepared for us. I had booked and paid in advance for 6 people but amenities, facilities (hairdryer and wifi not existing) and breakfast was served for 3 people. I just don’t like to keep asking front desk for things. Maybe if the space were not ready that day better to cancel my booking.

I felt really comfortable, and I loved that packages could be delivered directly to the room. The room was super cozy, I booked the 3-bedroom one, and it was really spacious, perfect for hanging out with friends. All the staff were super friendly too

This property is always the best when it comes to family staycation. We chose 3-room unit with 2 bathrooms and huge living and dining areas. The staff are all very professional from security guards, front desk, and housekeeping. Keep up the great work, Oakwood Suites La Maison Jakarta!

Good size apartment in the best location of south Jakarta. Very close to the malls and a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Towels are a bit old, need to be replace with the new one. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there. I highly recommend this place.

Nice, clean (bathroom and toilet only need a little bit more attention) and homey apartment with professional, very polite and helpfull great staffs! Love the pool! Only 1 slight drawback , the kids room really2 need improvement bcs its pretty much empty, one slab of flooring is pointing up (even with warning written its quite dangerous for kids since the wont pay attention to that) and need airconditioner. Thank you for the hospitality! Will be back again!

Spacious place for family staycation, complete kitchen equipment for cooking, my kids were very happy the pool was extraordinary, i can do working also at the executive lounge, walking distance to public place, great ambiance in the heart of Jakarta
