If u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but she’s a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.

Last time I was there I have really enjoyed the 3 days at this hotel. I wanted my mom and sister to also experience the same thing and try escaping the daily routine and fun peace in a place like this. They brought my cousin too! They all loved it 😍 The check in process takes time though, I wish it was more efficient. But overall, a great place to be.

Room service staff are great AC has some issues

Concernant l'architecture et le design de l'hotel je le trouve magnifique... personnel sublime. Propreté pour un hotel 5* pas du tout à la hauteur. J'ai adoré le jardin et la piscine les chambres etc. Seulement il manque de l'entretien, ils disent qu'il vont fermer pour un renouvellement majeur,dans ce cas la... c'est là ou je vais résider a chaque fois je serais a Tunis.

Personale gentile e disponibile , l’hotel è un po’ datato ma la pulizia delle camere e il servizio colazione sono curati . Se fosse un po’ meglio manuntenuto sarebbe sicuramente un’ottima location sia per viaggi d’affari che per una vacanza

I spent two days in the hotel room 511. The staff was very welcoming and responsive. Rom was well cleaner and with all amincies. Even if something missing they are very responsive. I strongly recommend the hotel for 2-3 days stay. Breakfast is average. They could improve alittle bit

Receptionists are extremely hostile and rude. They insult guests for no reason. Rooms stink because of moisture on walls ant it triggered my allergies and made me very sick. I do not recommend this place. There are also accessibility issues .

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the start. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar had a great selection of drinks. A special thanks to the restaurant for the incredible couscous with octopus and shrimp!

The event was visible to audiences all over the world. For the speakers, who are experts in Microsoft technologies and very well-known worldwide, we booked more than 25 rooms for them and had many attendees from Tunisia and worldwide. I would like to thank the commercial staff, Monsieur Walid and Madame Sarah, for their excellent choice of meeting rooms and accommodations. A special thank you also to Madame Manel, the room service manager, for her help, explanations, care for the guests, and her constant smile. Additionally, I want to thank Monsieur Khoubaeb for his excellent choice of room service and timely delivery to the rooms. I also want to acknowledge the other hotel personnel for their efforts. The hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful pool, stunning sea views, and delicious food. I highly recommend the Regency Hotel Tunis for business meetings and holidays.

This is supposed to be a five star hotel? I honestly think they bribed the government to get the stars This hotel is not even 2 stars 1- : the weather was very hot and the AC was not working, we called several times and all response were someone will come and fix it till we checked out it wasn’t fixed 2- When we checked in we were told breakfast from 7-1:30 am we went down 10:00 and we were told we finished at 9:30!!! Because no one came to eat so we closed the buffet. 3- no toiletries in the hotel .. imagine you call the reception and she tells you go and buy one! 4- no tv channels in the tv 5- hotel is very outdated maybe like 20 years old or I think when Tunisia use to be part of the Moroccan kingdom 6- swimming pool was very dirty 7- 2 people had to share same towel in the room as they only provide ONE towel per room. If I will keep adding I won’t stop Finally advise: stay away and don’t book this hotel, the 2 star hotel downtown more cleaner and friendly than this one
