Outstanding hotel in this area, clean and comfortable room but in bathroom has drainage problems.

The hotel room cleanliness is considered acceptable though not perfect. The biggest disappointment is the breakfast not served in buffet style, but room service instead. Hotel receptionist advised that there are limited customers with few guests only, thus hotel restaurant is not operating throughout the day. In addition, the breakfast sent to room is only available in limited choices. Drinks provided are only milk, no coffee and juices at all. Hotel can’t arrange transport for guests, but only provide contact number. Overall, hotel services are considered lower than expectation.

A very nice grand hotel actually, but out of nowhere and It seems empty because we are coming during the low season. It cater mostly to people coming with car or tour group. The meals at the restaurant downstairs is decent. They have 24 hours supermarket vending machine at the lobby to cater everything you need. There is a pipe for oxygen in the room but I dunno why the room can't be warm enough, we felt cold hahaha, and it's winter (kind of relieved that we just need to stay one night, I can't stand the cold during winter night) and another downside is their bathroom glass, are half transparent, so it feels awkward. But they helped us book a car to the train station next morning with very reasonable price. Overall, I'll still be glad to come back

Hotel was excellent from check in to check out. Rooms were spacious and clean. The food at hotel restaurant was good. Location is also good. I highly recommend.

Hotel location was a little distance from town area but if you nothing to buy from town then doesn't matter as have few restaurant around hotel area. Hotel quiet clean and new. Staff quiet friendly and have good service mind. Breakfast is ok too. Room clean

I booked the hotel for 1 night because it’s near to the airport. The hotel is beautiful and very specious but it failed to serve its purpose. They have some synthetic type cotton material bedsheets and bedding which trap the body heat. If the weather is not freezing cold then it’s just too much heat trapped between the sheet and your skin. If you are someone who can sleep easily then it should be ok, but if your body is sensitive to cloth materials then avoid this one. Otherwise, It will be a angry, struggling nigh like mine. Breakfast was so so. There is nothing near to the hotel.

已經不是第一次住這家酒店了，這個季節價格也不算便宜，這次入住體驗感很不好，第一淋浴間花灑出水量太小了，澡都沒有辦法洗，第二洗手盆下水口污垢嚴重，第三還有遺留的毛髮。第四外面下大雪房間居然沒有空調。不能理解。川主寺這麼惡劣的天氣，為什麼房間沒有空調，不能理解設計師當初是怎麼考慮的！

在黃龍這裏算是很不錯的酒店了，停車場巨大，還能充電。酒店房間大，有個大陽台不過冬天這邊太冷了，酒店衹有地暖，怕我們冷，提前在房間放置了電暖氣並開到最大檔，還是挺温馨的。本來打算連住兩天，結果沒想到冬天的黃龍一會就逛完了，大年三十住在這裡有點冷清，好像衹有我們一家。選擇退房去都江堰，畢竟算是在城裡。本以為下的連住兩天訂單不能退錢了，但是經過跟酒店協商退了半天的房費，這點真的很人性化，下次有機會還會入住這裏

房間很乾凈，早餐品種多樣，是自助餐，開門就能看到雪山。前台小姐姐人很好，給予了我們很多幫助。是一次很好的住宿體驗，酒店有前往九寨溝和黃龍的接送服務，而且房間有地暖和取暖器，即使零下十幾度在房間也能穿短袖✅✅

位置：酒店離川主寺很近， 房間：寬敞明亮，設施很新，堪比4-5星，在松潘鎮上屬實不易 餐食：酒店自己有餐廳，正常酒店價格，但是量非常大，口味也很驚艷，2人餐可以供4人用餐都完全沒有問題，相對門口那些又貴又不好吃的小店，高下立現 海拔：3000米 供氧：房內可以供氧氣，和前台聯繫即可，35元一晚，不是瀰漫性提供的那種，而是醫院那種帶面罩 的氧氣管道，緩解酒店海拔高帶來的不適 服務：前台熱情周到，有問必答 充電：酒店有充電樁，但是單價較貴，2塊一度電，川西環網上很多充電樁都是1.8-2元不等，給各位開電車的小夥伴參考 可能因為淡季，遊人屬實不多，但是還是對現有的遊客矜矜業業的服務着，為這家酒店點贊，要加油

訂的是兩張雙人床的房，感覺床偏細。 房間有地暖還有暖爐，冬天來還是很舒適的，酒店位於海拔較高的位置，蠻適合隔天需要前往更高海拔景點的遊客居住，能提早適應高海拔，房間內也設置氧氣插頭，不過需要付費，打去前台問過價格，$36人民幣能聞一整天的氧氣，但要先付費後供氧，而且每個房間只能為一位旅客供氧。但遇上高山反應也不用擔心，因為酒店旁邊就是醫院，希望大家不需要使用這個服務🫢浴室採用乾濕分離設計，浴室洗手間也有地暖，設計貼心。 我們去的當日是跨年的日子，旁邊的村莊還放了煙花。 酒店廣告的圖片顯示的景色是雪山景，但酒店的房間除了雪山景還有另一面是面向大型貨車停車場😂 整體而言，這間酒店在所在地區算是蠻高級的酒店，入住感覺舒適，擔心高山反應的旅客入住更為安心，因為有垂手可得的氧氣，還有鄰近醫院的地理優勢。

房間有一個比較大的陽台，晚上打開窗户就可以看到星星和月亮啦～早上起來又會看到雪山，酒店推薦的到黃龍景區的師傅也很不錯👍
