I missed my flight at sofia airport so had to book a hotel for one night. So I went for a mid range hotel. It was better than mid range. Lovely helpful staff on reception, an aceptable price with thier discount....paid 68 euros for a large kingsize bed with onsuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, fresh pillows (very snazzy cushions too) and a nice relaxing corner sofa, reasonable TV and every thing was realyl clean. Complimentary coffee and tea, which is not the norm in Bulgaria, nice and quiet, was lovely and warm. Actualyl a bit too warm and I couldnt turn the heating down so I had to sleep wit hte fridge open to cool off as aircon didnt work. THis was the only negative for me. They did an airport pickup, but not a drop off and this nearly stopped me booking, as they should have told me this at the begining, however they were saved by the fact the metro was 4 stops to the airport and cost me 1.60 leva, so about 70p. I picked up food from the little shops in the metro, as I hit a holiday so the restaurants close by were closed. A very lovely stay and Id go there again. AND they had these lovely drop lights near the bed as side lights, some veyr nice touches, clean crisp sheets, soft towels and nice soaps etc and they dont ask you to leave till 12 lunch time. My photo doesnt do the room justice

Vorrei essere un 5 stelle....ma non posso. Esperienza davvero deludente, per me, non basta una mano di pittura ed un nuovo arredamento per trasformare un vecchio 4 stelle in un buon 5 stelle. Hotel sporco, personale incapace ed inespressivo, colazione misera per qualità e quantità, ed un esperienza personale drammatica ” che devo raccontare”. Ascoltate bene! Arrivo in Hotel il 12 ottobre alle 23.55, ho una prenotazione fatta con *********** per una camera tripla in b&b ; la ragazza registra i n.3 documenti d'identità , esige il prepagamento e mi assegna finalmente la camera, salgo al pieno assegnato , e sorpresa...la camera ha solo un letto matrimoniale, scendo alla reception ed esigo una camera con 3 letti.......bene, sentite un pò ; la ragazza mi dice che non ha una tripla e che la mia prenotazione è per una deluxe matrimoniale, ma io, oltre a farle vedere la conferma di *********** le mostro una mail inviata da me direttamente in hotel, che mi risponde garantendomi che la camera ha n. 3 letti. A questo punto esigo ” come dice la legge” una prenotazione in un 5 stelle di Sofia pagato dall'hotel Maison, la ragazza fà una telefonata sale con delle lenzuola in mano, scende dopo circa 20 minuti e mi dice che ha trovato una camera a 3 letti, salgo in camera , e vedo che sono cambiate solo le lenzuola, la stanza non è stata ripulita.........sono intanto le 02.00 a.m. e decido , visto la stanchezza , di accettare la camera. Al di là della mia esperienza, l'hotel non è affatto un 5 stelle, penso non sia nemmeno colpa di Accor Hotel , ma del manager locale che non è all'altezza di gestire un hotel 5 stelle. Pubblico alcune foto per evidenziare alcune tangibili lacune, pulizia scadente , colazione misera......a proposito....se ci sono 3 tipi di latte, riso soia e vaccino......non sono un mago che lo capisco....dovete scrivere cosa offrite da mangiare e bere, poi...il frigobar vuoto in camera....in un 5 stelle.... No.....non mi sento di suggerirlo, ma mi sento di suggerirvi di correggervi.

Siamo rimasti in questo hotel quando il nostro volo era ritardato. Organizzato dalla compagnia di viaggio a breve preavviso. Il gruppo era carge, circa 50 camere prenotate, siamo arrivati alle 4:00 e l'hotel avrebbe avuto molto poca notizia dell'arrivo del gruppo. Non possiamo colpire l'hotel e il modo in cui il personale ha trattato i cistomi stanchi e crocifissi è stato eccezionale. Molto paziente e ha trattato tutti il più rapidamente possibile. Abbiamo dato due camere gemelle, molto pulite, grandi camere di dimensioni, nessun problema con il riscaldamento dell'aria condizionata e siamo riusciti a aprire la finestra per lasciare in aria fresca. Le camere erano moderne e pulite, con doccia sopra il bagno, nessun problema. Il colazione era stile buffet, una buona selezione di cereali, tosta, pasticceria, bacon e uova, frutta, yogurt, noci, succo e bevande calde. Il personale ha servito colazione a buon fine. Albergo carino, sicuramente resta qui di nuovo.

Hotel molto nuovo e con servizi ottimi vicino a centri commerciali ma lontano dal centro. L'hotel è ubicato vicino a incrocio di strade di grande traffico durante il giorno pertanto la nostra camera era molto rumorosa. Colazione continentale scarsa nella scelta. Taxi economici (14 Leva) per il centro ma attenzione alla ”mafia dei tassisti” che ci provano sempre a chiedere almeno il doppio.

We stayed with two young children for 4 nights whilst we attended a wedding in Sofia. The hotel is in a quiet location with parking. The staff on arrival are friendly especially George he made us feel very welcome and helped with our luggage. We stayed in the family room. The room was nice big and spacious. It is in need of a few repairs and upgrades. The sofa is dipped in the middle, the corners of the bathroom are grubby, the bath has jets that need gutting and the door to the balcony is hanging off and doesn’t close properly which is a safety concern. Breakfast is simple and not a lot was out although hot food is made at your request and room service is available. The breakfast staff were lovely. A young man called Alex was very impressive, polite and diligent. Such an asset to the company to have staff like Alex. An incident with the cleaner ruined our time here. We returned to our room to get ready for the wedding that we went to Sofia for to find the cleaners had turned the room upside down. They had pulled the sofa out and the larger lady with short hair yelled at us because there were crumbs from our children eating biscuits. She was very rude and refused to leave so that we could get ready. This made us late for the wedding. And it left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. My husband complained. And it was explained to us that they just want us to keep the room tidy. It was tidy there were just a few biscuit crumbs on the sofa and floor. We paid for house keeping and it was unreasonable of the cleaners to expect to clean already clean rooms. The fact that we were shouted out by the cleaner is outrageous. The lady with the short hair is a liability. You cannot shout and be rude to guests over crumbs on the floor and sofa. I don’t want to penalise the rest of the team for one hostile cleaner. The rest of the staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The outside area is beautiful especially at night. Lots of fairy lights. The staff are easy going and there is a play area in the gardens including a huge trampoline. There is a well which is covered so just beware to watch young children. The pool looks nice but is deep and cold. It would have been nice if it was heated but in September it was too cold to enjoy. Food is good and room service was great. Overall it was a comfortable experience and cost effective.

Stanza dal 14 al 18 al 11 piano Camera vecchia , finestre mal isolate il Vento entrava non riscaldamento collegato ma che non funziona Copertina di lana 3 per avere caldo . Rumore del torneo internazionale delle corse del corridoio a mezzanotte nessun responsabile che interviene . Colazione corretta senza più frutta . Caffè cattivo . Personale può accogliente Bella vista , vicino metro , e non lontano dall’aeroporto Hotel che ha bisogno di essere ristrutturato. Doccia stranamente costruita . Letto non fatto durante il soggiorno Drap cambiato la notte di partenza Qual è l'interesse 🤔🤔no tappeti per il doccia

Ha avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso in inverno. Molto tranquillo e piacevole, la stanza era pulita e tesa. Panorami respiratori sulle neve Sofia montagne. Certamente controllare il tetto bar! Ho fortemente raccomandato sia per le visite di business che per il turismo. L'aeroporto di Sofia è stato a soli 12 minuti.
