Отдыхала здесь в начале ноября. Описание на сайте соответствует действительности. Очень понравилось: внешний вид отеля, внутреннее ”содержание” - номер, территория, бассейн. Замечательный персонал: девушки на ресепшн, горничные, работники столовой и т.д. Огромным плюсом был подогреваемый бассейн, в котором очень приятно было плавать после целого дня пеших походов и поездок. Номер чистый, приятный, удобный, уборка ежедневная.В ванной комнате - фен, гигиенические наборы. Завтраки без изысков, простые, но вкусные. Отношение бесподобное! На всей территории отеля wi-fi. Скорость приличная, можно фильмы смотреть. В общем отдых удался и лучше отеля я ещё не встречала!

Отличный отель! До всех точек курорта с утра развозит трансфер! Всё в шаговой доступности! С Красной Поляны после каталки сами дошли до отеля-подъемник практически через дорогу. Очень много разных кафе и ресторанов на разный уровень доходов! Теперь об отеле- удобное расположение, лифт в отеле, лыжная комната, спа выше всяких похвал, вкуснейшие и разнообразные завтраки-от каш до оливье и брускетт, всегда вечером возвращались в чистый номер,ужины в ресторане Мушмула при отеле тоже самая высшая оценка- брали и местную форель, и бургеры, и морепродукты, когда не было сил после катания и спа -центра заказывали ужин в номер! Дома обнаружила , что забыла в отеле варежки и перчатки на батарее, жду теперь посылку из отеля! Кто сомневается-езжайте и наслаждайтесь! Спасибо отелю за уют и гостеприимство, вернёмся вновь.

Un piccolo hotel accogliente nelle montagne, quando è entrato, la stanza era pulita, c’era acqua, un sacchetto di tè con caffè, tè e zucchero, anche un’apertura coperta di rulli, un set di cucitura, una spugna e un napkin di scarpe. La stanza è modesta ma comoda, ma molto comoda. La pulizia sta correndo così. E' strano che in una settimana non abbiamo cambiato letto o asciugamani. Alimento, inaspettatamente, felice. Al colazione, la scelta non è grande ma la più alta qualità. Per la salada da pranzo, il pranzo principale e il dessert. L'uomo probabilmente ha fame. Ma che cibo è davvero un ristorante, non una sala da pranzo, e TUTO TUTO TUTO BUONO!!!! Se ci fossero domande, le ragazze sul respiratorio sempre amichevole tutti hanno aiutato. Hammam non lavorava e la sauna l'amava. È un peccato che l'acqua non sia senza ghiaccio nel dispositivo di irrigazione (((la piscina è fortemente clorato, ma è buono. Una posizione conveniente dell'hotel. Nella disponibilità a piedi della corda Red Polyan, il resto andò in taxi.
