Hotel in zona Xilin Districentre Building A & B - Space for Rent, Singapore

Happy staycay in Dorsett Changi with my friend! Both of us like the spacious room with small kitchen that convenient for us to prep food to eat. Very clean and spacious toilet too! Price is reasonable also! Will rebook again for our next staycay!!!

I have to say that the WiFi is soooooo terrible…. So weak and sometimes even no guest wifi signal in the room. I’m staying for a business trip, so the WiFi is quite important to me. The price vs the quality I get is somewhat quite like what in Hong Kong, so no higher expectations. Extra charges for the breakfast buffet not included in my booking is 25SGD at the canteen (36SGD at the reception desk). Except for the poor WiFi, the room has basic facilities for business-trip staying, like a normal sized table and lamp for working, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a safe locker, a mini fridge, a bathtub. And, the location is really convenient, just less than 15 minutes Grab to the airport, a metro station not so faraway, and has a large shopping mall right outside the door.

It’s actually a really good hotel for families given the pool / activities / space & the bonus of excitement for the children seeing the aircrafts flying low overhead. Golf view, the open landscape and constant breeze was amazing. Service and location was not bad but not good either so have rated it average. The location was what we would like in terms of being ‘faraway’ and private giving it a good staycation view and vibe. I would want to go back if not for the cleanliness of the pool waters….it is DISGUSTINGLY dirty water. Which is a shame given the very very good setup / view / length. Like me explain - As the hotel is part of a club, the access to gym, beautiful golf course, courts facilities are open to members. This makes the experience feel more like you are staying in a club rather than a hotel, which is fine. But how would you feel seeing big sweaty work out men come from playing tennis, take off their sweaty leg wear, sit by the pool and soak their feet in the pool into the water you are swimming in?!?!? We were wondering beforehand why the underwater have SO much dirt and sediment….this was so disgusting I could NOT wash my kids and I clean enough after that. I reckon this happens every weekend as they are members, staff was use to it and didnt think anything was wrong with it. Maybe I’m a clean freak but hey, I’d like to invite these men and their kids to swim in their own pool of dead leg skin and sweat and if they are ok with it I’ve got nothing to say.

We had a layover in Singapore and needed to stay close to the airport. This was the lowest price hotel in the area and was good value. The location is good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the are as well. We had an early flight and were able to catch a grab back with ease

Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. The receptionist also accommodate to my late checkout request really appreciate it. Thanks so much for the memorable experience at crowne plaza changi airport and hope to come again.

Bella sistemazione. Compatta, intendo dire che questa stanza è PICCOLA. Ma è più spaziosa di una capsula e più riservata di un ostello, quindi se prenoti questo hotel sapendo che è angusto, andrà tutto bene. Il letto è comodo, le lenzuola sono fresche e pulite. La doccia è calda e ha una buona pressione. (La doccia schizza un po' nel bagno, quindi non lasciare i bagagli lì!) È super comodo essere all'interno del centro commerciale Jewell e così vicino all'aeroporto (Terminal 1, in particolare). Il check-in non è prima delle 18:00, ma siamo stati grati di poter lasciare i bagagli lì per il giorno prima del check-in in camera. Nota che gran parte del Jewell non apre prima delle 10:00 e chiude quasi tutto alle 22:00 (molti ristoranti chiudono alle 20:00 o alle 21:00, in effetti). Facile prendere la MRT (treno) per Singapore. Non abbiamo aggiunto l'opzione Yotel Breaky, poiché ci sono molte scelte a Jewell per la colazione. Ma allo Yotel sono disponibili tè/caffè/acqua potabile calda e fredda 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, il che è molto comodo.

Excellent..B duck room well decorated. Our family especially our kids were well surprised and happy throughout the staycation. Louis , Aladdin, Arif n Seri were most helpful n went to great lengths to ensure all smooth n surprise us with cake, balloon n decoration for our birthday celebration. Our youngest super loved the tent, bean bag n lovely ducky nightlights thus already keen n determined to celebrate hers with Village Hotel Changi this year.

In realtà sono rimasto piuttosto deluso dall'intera esperienza. Innanzitutto abbiamo prenotato una stanza Clarke Quay ma il ”bus” che ci hanno dato non aveva una buona configurazione del letto, anche se potevamo semplicemente spostare i letti, cosa che immagino abbiano fatto in passato molti di coloro che hanno soggiornato nella stessa stanza perché il pavimento era gravemente graffiato. Direi seriamente rovinato, forse perché hanno spostato i letti da soli. Non volevo sprecare sforzi per farlo, dato che è solo 3D2N, quindi l'ho lasciato stare. Una volta dentro, sì, è stato bello vedere come uno spazio abitativo può essere convertito da un precedente bus di servizio, ma una volta che la novità svanisce, non c'è molto da fare. Il bagno ha uno strano odore e si potevano vedere delle formiche in un sentiero che portava agli armadietti. A parte questo, pioveva, quindi non abbiamo avuto possibilità di fare attività all'aperto, nemmeno un barbecue, dato che dobbiamo aspettare che il tempo migliori. Il nostro autobus si trova proprio di fronte al cancello di entrata/uscita dell'Hawker Center, il che è comodo ma non ti fa sentire in vacanza perché una volta aperte le tende, vedi l'Hawker Center proprio dietro e sei come parcheggiato in un parcheggio. Anche la griglia del barbecue sembra deludente, molto diversa da quelle che abbiamo visto nelle foto, quindi non volevamo sprecare di nuovo energie solo per accenderla e grigliare un po' di cose per cena. Fortunatamente l'Hawker Center ha del buon satay per rendere la cena più promettente. Infine, se hai il sonno leggero come me, dovrai tenere a mente che gli aerei che decollano di notte vicino all'aeroporto di Changi potrebbero essere frequenti come ogni pochi minuti o una volta ogni 15-20 minuti. Quindi non c'è garanzia di una buona notte di sonno. Io non ho dormito e nemmeno il mio bambino di 10 anni, siamo riusciti a dormire solo alle 5 del mattino dopo quando eravamo entrambi stanchi. Inutile dire che siamo troppo stanchi per andare in spiaggia a dare un'occhiata o anche all'aeroporto di Changi per esplorare le esposizioni del 50° anniversario di Hello Kitty, che era il nostro piano originale quando abbiamo prenotato questo posto. Abbiamo fatto il check-out nel primo pomeriggio del giorno dopo, decidendo di rinunciare alla seconda e ultima notte lì perché una buona dormita vale più di un'altra notte insonne. Consiglio: se ci andate in auto, pagate prima solo la tariffa del parcheggio giornaliero (20 $ al giorno/notte). Abbiamo pagato per 2 giorni/notti e poiché volevamo fare il check-out dopo solo 1 notte e volevamo chiedere se potevano rimborsare il parcheggio non utilizzato giorno/notte... non potevano farlo perché sostenevano che era già stato addebitato. Lo staff Kelvin era gentile ma nonostante ciò non è riuscito a compensare la serie di delusioni.

Posizione: Sebbene non si trovi nel cuore del quartiere degli affari, nelle vicinanze ci sono autobus e stazioni della metropolitana che permettono di raggiungere quasi tutte le attrazioni più famose e i quartieri degli affari, il che non è male. Servizio: la risposta del servizio è molto tempestiva, ma il servizio clienti cinese scritto dall'hotel è limitato solo alla reception. Se hai domande di notte e chiami il numero del servizio clienti, non parlano cinese. Ambiente dell'hotel: c'era un cattivo odore proveniente dalle fogne e, per la prima volta, nella stanza c'erano tarme e moscerini! ! Più tardi abbiamo cambiato stanza e non c'erano più insetti. E le stanze con finestre sono solo finestre panoramiche e non possono essere aperte per ventilare, quindi l'aria nella stanza non è molto fresca. Servizi dell'hotel: molto completi, anche la colazione 🥣 è buona e molto varia.

Ho recentemente goduto di un fantastico soggiorno all'Hotel Indigo Katong e non potevo essere più impressionato. Il personale, Andy, che ci ha aiutato a trasferire la colazione nella zona di rifugio, il personale che ha fornito i servizi della stanza, andò oltre e sopra per assicurarsi che tutte le esigenze fossero soddisfatte con calore e professionalità. Le camere sono state un'evidente, moderna e impecabile design, e ogni camera ha un toccamento artistico unico che riflette lo spirito vibrante degli hotel Indigo. L'attenzione ai dettagli era evidente, dalle lussuose letti alle belle strutture. In generale, l'Hotel Indigo Katong offre una combinazione perfetta di comfort, design elegante e servizio eccellente. E 'un ritratto ideale per chiunque voglia godere di un soggiorno di alta qualità in un ambiente veramente freddo e accogliente. Molto raccomandato!
