I have been travelling for business extensively for a while. Thus far, Coliwoo Balestier is simply one of the finest in terms of quality in service, quality in meeting customer expectations where one expects the service to be potentially rendered is meted out to the finest,and also Coliwoo's excellent customer service staff I have ever encountered Ms Kelly, this enchanting and serene place guarded sacredly by its guardians such as Ms Kelly whom I cited before, its time the entire hotel industry relook at their customer service rendered and product provided,Coliwoo Balestier is simply the finest and best thus far.

Stayed at the end of Nov/early Dec 2022 for 6 nights Pros: -building is very instagrammable, they even have photo icons on the ground to guide you where to stand to take photos. -check in process was easy and smooth -they have coffee machine at lobby area and lots of places to sit and lounge -swimming pool on lvl 2 with towels you can grab yourself there. -there is a shared communal kitchen with microwave/dishwasher and fridge but you have to label the products you buy yourself or else if the product is expired or doesn't have a label they chuck it away. -rooftop area on lvl 8 where you can get a view of the surrounding areas. -overall lots of outdoor spaces to sit. -there are areas to bbq if you want but you need to hire it like those portable bbqs -on lvl 1 in a different building but connected there is laundry that costs $6 for 15kg wash that cycles for 30 minutes and the dryer cost $6 as well for 1 hour dry cycle. -room itself is 13sqm but it doesn't feel that small as it looks on paper i think in part due to the very high ceilings above the bed so you don't feel so cramped and gives that sense of space. pretty clever designed room. -room feels new, i mean it did only open in April 2022. -bed and pillow are fairly comfortable not too bad. Initially it feels comfortable but over the days it was okay only and the bed was ok kind of like stiff foam that has some give but a little firm. There is space underneath the bed to store luggage. -plugs on either side of bed as well as usb slots. -water kettle is provided in the room as well as cutlery in the room. -fridge is shared and located outside in each corridor. -there is a desk with plug and ethernet port. -there is also a tv with only local channels. -sink is outside the bathroom area on the wall but it does have liquid hand soap and a big round mirror with good lighting. -jug is provided and you can refill it yourself outside your corridor. each level has a water dispenser refill station which provides clean filtered distilled water in both hot and cold temperatures. There is also a shared microwave and paper towels in each level of the building. -lots of nooks and crannies in the room for example next to the door you can put things on a small recessed wall shelf and there is another cupboard you can put shoes or sandals etc. -hairdryer is provided. -toilet and shower are glass separated -they provide 2 toilet papers and 2 hand towels and 2 body towels. -shower is amazing, rain and hand held shower head with plenty of strong hot water pressure and hot water that lasts. -collapsable laundry basket is provided in the room. -electronic curtain shade on the windows and the windows are big round ship-like glass. -hanger coats that you can hang your clothes and towels are provided in the room. -there is also a reading lamp and racks above the desk to put stuff which was nice. -tissue box is provided. -mrt entrance is directly across the road from the hotel. -wifi spee

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno a Mercure su Stevens. I due gentiluomini malasi al di fuori del dipartimento erano incredibilmente utili durante l'ispezione, e mi hanno persino permesso di controllare in anticipo. La mia camera, 417, ha un odore leggermente strano, ma la mia esperienza è stata fantastica.

Non sono la prima volta che mi sono fermato in questo hotel a Steven Road. Hanno un trasferimento di autobus a Orchard Road e stazione di mart così buono per coloro che non guidano. Ha una classica zona di accoglienza con cristallo legato dal tetto. Questa volta non sono sicuri se hanno cambiato per un altro lobby.Personalmente non mi piace... uno doveva aspettare per un po' per entrare, perché ci sono molti ospiti. La stanza è pulita e tutte le camere sono disponibili. Forse Accor potrebbe guardare cambiare le tue asciugamani, come alcuni stanno spaventando.Nota che questa volta intorno agli ascensori sono molto stufati e sembra che non ci sia alcuna soffiata di fan. La mia seconda volta che ho colazione in cambio di cibo, ma questa volta è una grande delusione. Le varietà sono state ridotte leggermente. La sezione per la porridge, dimsum... il forno non funziona davvero. Pertanto il cibo non è caldo. Rispetto alla prima volta, non credo che vorrei spendere i miei soldi qui.

Grande hotel se si va a Universal Studio, offrendo un servizio di navetta di ritorno gratuita. E 'ancora circa 30 minuti di auto. L'hotel è piuttosto minimalista- molto piccolo, comodo letto, TV e ha una piscina. Mi piaceva la macchina del ghiaccio/acqua invece che l’acqua in bottiglia e hanno fornito 2 carafe per riempire l’acqua/ice con. Il personale era grande. Ci erano 2 ristoranti, ma non li ho usati. Ci erano stazioni di metro/bus lungo la strada con punti di cammino entro 10 minuti. C’era anche un mercato stradale vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, non si era certo se si aprisse ogni notte. Il mio unico grippo, ho girato il segno di Non disturbare, ma sono ancora interrotto da Housekeeing. Forse l'hotel potrebbe offrire l'opzione di avere il servizio in camera il secondo giorno.
