Questa volta viaggiando da Chongqing a Singapore, abbiamo scelto una camera con vista sul porto al 40° piano della Torre 3 del Marina Bay Sands Resort a Singapore. La stanza è vicina al lato nord del piano, sul lato sinistro dell'ingresso c'è una vetrata dal pavimento al soffitto, che si affaccia sulla strada a chiocciola e sul parco divertimenti. Quando apri la stanza, noterai innanzitutto che è molto luminosa, pulita e igienica, con le necessità quotidiane ben disposte, e il reparto marchio e qualità sono molto buoni; in secondo luogo, presta grande attenzione ai dettagli. Ci sono caldi promemoria sullo schermo televisivo nella stanza. Le tende sono aperte, gli ombrelloni sono chiusi e anche la temperatura del condizionatore d'aria è regolata in modo molto moderato, facendo sentire molto caldo. Il terzo è aprire gli ombrelloni sulla balcone per vedere il parco divertimenti, il parco costiero e il terminal delle navi da crociera.L'intero scenario del porto è senza ostacoli! ...Questa volta tutto nel mio soggiorno è andato bene, tranne che i fiori sul balcone delle stanze degli altri erano sbocciati in modo brillante, peccato che la bouganville nella nostra stanza non avesse fiori! Ho scattato alcune foto dopo il check-in solo per dimostrare la mia visita, ahah😃

La posizione è davvero buona! Poche fermate a Chinatown e Bugis, credo che anche tu possa camminare fino alla lavanda! Farò la pulizia a zero se possibile! Formiche sotto il bollitore (per fortuna che uso nv!) e posso individuare così tanti piccoli oggetti sul pavimento! Da piccola vite a non voglio sapere quali tubi di plastica. Ancora peggio! Il soffione della doccia è disgustoso! Non ho scattato foto perché ho finito di fare la doccia e poi l'ho visto... e non sono tornato mai più nell'area della doccia. Alcune macchie marroni e nere che sono un punto sul muro e non voglio sapere quante toppe sul soffione della doccia. Qualcosa a che fare con l'essere umano era**, credo fermamente! Per il prezzo non lamentarti troppo perché il check-in alle 8:00 e il check-out alle 14:00 il giorno successivo. Il personale è stato così sorpreso alle 9:30 ora di check-in, ha osato chiedermi perché fai il check-in così presto? Per favore, istruiscila, è solo una tirocinante tra l'altro. Questo hotel di livello intermedio attrae principalmente turisti da un determinato paese e nessuno rafforza la maschera che indossa. Tutti non indossano maschere negli ascensori e nella hall principale. Anche il personale non si preoccupa davvero.

Siamo stati ospiti abituali di questo hotel quando era ancora sotto la gestione del precedente proprietario. Ci andiamo regolarmente durante il fine settimana a causa della sua buona posizione, del personale cordiale e di un buon servizio, del comfort pulito e ragionevole fornito. Questa è la prima volta che controlliamo l'hotel sotto la nuova gestione. Non vediamo l'ora di una buona nuova esperienza sotto la nuova gestione. Sfortunatamente, siamo rimasti entrambi molto delusi a causa dei seguenti motivi che personalmente penso che la direzione dovrebbe esaminare. 1. Il materasso è molto scomodo in quanto possiamo sentire la molla nel momento in cui ci stendiamo su di esso. Il materasso precedente era molto meglio. 2. C'è un problema di pulizia perché c'è un piccolo scarafaggio trovato nella stanza. 3. L'acqua degli scaldabagni della stanza non è affatto calda. Abbiamo informato il personale e ci siamo trasferiti in un'altra stanza, ma ancora non c'è niente di diverso. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto fare una doccia fredda di notte. Speriamo sinceramente che la nuova gestione possa esaminarlo.

Location of the hotel was great with many eateries around but that was about it. At first glance, the room looked ok; however, it had a foul and fishy smell upon entering. It was small but if you are just looking for a bed to rest and a bathroom to wash up, it will suffice. Not recommended for people who are not petite in size as it is really cramped. The lighting was dim and there was no window; it took a while for my eyes to get used to it and after that, I realised that there were dust and hair everywhere, even on the bed. Upon further scrutiny, I saw ants - endless trails of them, crawling on the walls, along the bed, on the table, in the bathroom. I took videos but unfortunately, only pictures can be posted here and the ants were too small to be seen and appeared as white dots. Some even came onto the bed. It was really uncomfortable and made me feel itchy all over. As the air conditioner was very dusty and the bed was right underneath it, there was black dust all over the sheets. The towels had holes in them and they were dirty. There was litter in the shower area and I found a cockroach crawling on the sink in the bathroom. I can understand about the thin walls and hearing noises along the corridor but cleanliness is something that cannot be compromised, even in a budget/3-Star hotel. In fact, there are cleaner and cheaper hotels in the same area. I am deeply disappointed because I was there to celebrate my birthday and it was indeed unforgettable, in a very terrible way. This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I find this property very difficult to rate we had high expectations. I guess we looked at the room rates and we just figured there would be a lot more to offer the property is very minimalistic. Can’t say much about the staff because the hotel is so new but they definitely need more experienced management for sure, I’m a Titanium Elite member so I did get an upgrade to their basic suite. The rooms and the property has no sound insulation so you can hear everything in the hall everything in the rooms next-door to you for that reason alone I would not return. I was told if I wanted further upgrade I could use my suite Night awards they have a promo going on But then was told after ,we don’t control that Marriott controls that which I know they do but it did say it was available but what they had done after me requesting about 10 times for the upgrade instead of honoring what they said they gave it to someone else two hours prior to check and bragged about it see below I did ask the management what I did wrong Anything? Or what do I have to do next time? But like I said the management is very new and inexperienced so I didn’t get much benefit of asking that question I think it’s an overpriced property in my opinion they won’t survive not at the rates I see some rates entry-level thousand dollars $1200 depending on the dates, no way in a million years is this property command those kind of dollars we come to Singapore 3-4 times a year we stay around 80 nights I won’t be visiting this property again anytime soon. as well Not crazy about the location and if it rains you’re at luck we didn’t try the restaurant there wasn’t much on the menu Have a look at it so I can’t comment on that, no buffet breakfast included no lounge just don’t see the value at all, but if you want your milk because they don’t leave milk in the room for your coffee, I suggest you order it an hour in advance. Check out is 12:00 to me a 2 star or 3 star has 12:00 check out.the spa is basic very small only few people can fit in jacuzzi, maybe three in the Steam and the bathroom utensils or something you would see again in the two or three star hotel again very disappointing.PS before you go to bed check that they’ve left coffee or sugar in your room so that way when you get up in the morning and you find there’s nothing there you won’t have to wait an hour to get it. It’s hard to believe they don’t even leave milk in the room. You have to call up for it every morning.

Questo è stato davvero uno dei migliori hotel in cui siamo stati per un soggiorno in famiglia nel fine settimana dato il prezzo! La posizione è così buona! Si trova tra il centro commerciale City Square e il Mustafa Center. Così tanti ristoranti in giro. Anche la sala d'attesa è molto comoda con acqua e una macchina per il gelato che i miei bambini adorano! 🥰 La camera era una king size superior con una sedia da ufficio e un divano, oltre a un tavolo grande e uno più piccolo. Anche il bagno era decente con zona doccia e il bagno ha un bidet incorporato. Ci è stata anche gentilmente regalata una torta di compleanno perché ho notato che era il compleanno in ritardo di mio figlio! 🎂 Eravamo al 19° piano e nella nostra stanza c'era un secchiello per il ghiaccio perché fuori c'è un distributore di ghiaccio. Anche la vista era buona dalla nostra camera. 😍 Servizi come piscina e palestra sono tutti al 6° piano. Non abbiamo fatto colazione in questo round, ma ci piacerebbe tornare per provarlo il prossimo round! 😊

il personale era cordiale e pensava che il pod stesso fosse pulito fino a quando non ho sentito una formica che mi strisciava addosso, ma non mi ha davvero infastidito. le luci potevano essere controllate facilmente ed ero piuttosto sorpreso che ci fosse netflix. anche il bagno era pulito. non siamo riusciti a usare l'area degli snack perché eravamo nel pod per la maggior parte del tempo. questa è stata un'esperienza diversa e non mi dispiacerebbe prenotare nuovamente.

Per il prezzo che sto pagando, la stanza è piuttosto piccola. C'erano solo 2 cuscini per il letto matrimoniale. Anche il bagno è piuttosto stretto. Il personale non ha nemmeno sorriso al momento del check-in. Abbastanza una buona posizione con varietà di cibo.
