Hotel in zona Riz Haven, Singapore

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di 3 giorni e 2 notti con 2 camere. Posizione buona Nelle vicinanze ci sono molte cose da mangiare e giocare per i bambini. Il servizio per l'hotel era normale. La camera è pulita. Solo a causa della scorsa notte è successo qualcosa che le tende si abbassano da sole quando ero lì e ho sbattuto la testa. La parte peggiore è che il personale dell'hotel viene a installare una nuova tenda e dobbiamo aspettare lì per perforare e riparare. Ho sprecato il mio tempo per uscire a cena. L'installatore può ancora dirmi che potrebbe perché lo abbiamo tirato su o l'hanno fatto i miei figli. Ora tutti i bambini sono impegnati con il loro dispositivo dove hanno avuto il tempo di andare a tirarlo. Il giorno dopo uno dei membri del personale viene alle 10:30 e mi dice che mi darà un check-out posticipato alle 12:00 (1 ora) che ho già fatto le valigie per il check-out alle 11:00... è troppo tardi per dirmelo 30 minuti prima del mio controlla che mi stai dando un check-out posticipato.

Immerso nel verde, offre ampie opportunità di immergersi nella natura e rilassarsi. Ciò che ci piace è la tranquillità, lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia della vita cittadina. Ho fatto delle passeggiate. Posto perfetto a Singapore per un rifugio tranquillo e riposante.

Albergo fantastico!! Mio marito ed io stavamo transitando durante la notte a Singapore, quindi abbiamo trascorso una notte qui. Eravamo un po' preoccupati quando siamo arrivati ​​perché l'hotel sembra piuttosto vecchio e logoro all'esterno. Ma l'interno è una storia completamente diversa! Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia (superior), ma una non era disponibile al nostro arrivo, quindi ci hanno spostato in una camera king senza costi aggiuntivi. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa! Combinazione doccia/vasca con un fantastico soffione! Il bagno era in condizioni impeccabili! Il nostro letto sembrava di dormire sulle nuvole: molto morbido e confortevole. Anche il WiFi era abbastanza ragionevole. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la piscina sul tetto; che è comodamente aperto fino alle 10. Gli ascensori erano affascinanti perché sono cilindrici e puoi vederli andare su e giù. L'hotel stesso è situato proprio vicino a una grande distesa di ristoranti a buon prezzo, il che è molto conveniente. Basta non lasciare l'hotel all'ora di colazione perché la colazione a buffet in hotel è deliziosa; buon caffè anche! **Questo hotel offre anche un bus navetta GRATUITO da e per l'aeroporto di Changi! Peccato che non lo sapevamo al momento della prenotazione, quindi abbiamo preso un taxi dall'aeroporto all'hotel. La mattina seguente abbiamo preso l'autobus per tornare all'aeroporto. Abbiamo riscontrato un personale molto cordiale e ospitale sia al check-in che al check-out! Anche se siamo rimasti solo uno, io e mio marito avremmo voluto rimanere più a lungo!

The trip began with a thoughtful phone call from the resort to remind me about my booking for the day, which I appreciated as it made me feel well-prepared. However, I was informed during the call that parking was chargeable, which slightly dampened the mood, especially considering the overall cost of the stay. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist, Kelvin, was both welcoming and accommodating. He provided excellent service and made us feel at ease right from the start. Our first impression of the room was positive—the interior was clean and well-maintained, though I did notice that the exterior required some attention. There were stains visible on the bus, which gave the impression that it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained recently. The room's amenities were well stocked, and we were particularly impressed by the high-quality products from Ink & Water, which added a nice touch to our stay. One slight issue we encountered was that the room we were allocated had some plants blocking the view from the bus driver’s seat. This made it difficult for us to take clear pictures of our kids in the driver's seat, which was a bit of a disappointment. The minibar in the room, however, was lacking refreshments, which was a bit of a letdown. It would have been nice to have some basic drinks or snacks available for convenience. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unfortunately unreliable, which left our kids disappointed as they were looking forward to some online entertainment. However, Kelvin was very understanding and offered a kind gesture by providing an alternative solution to make up for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. It’s small acts like these that can make a big difference in the overall experience. The BBQ area had a grill available, but unfortunately, the grill mesh was not cleaned, so we had to prepare our own grill wire mesh. The seating area was well-lit, although the lighting was spoiled on the first night. We reported this issue to Kelvin, and while we were informed that it couldn’t be swapped out, he offered a lamp if necessary. On the second night, after further feedback, the staff were kind enough to help resolve the issue, ensuring we had proper lighting for our BBQ. The room’s air-conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable throughout the stay. All the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we had a restful night. Breakfast offered a variety of options, including Western, Malay, Indian, Chinese, and Vegan sets. While the taste was passable, it was convenient to have such a diverse selection to choose from. Check-out was scheduled for 11 am, with no flexibility in timing, despite it being a Sunday. We were informed that the resort would be packed, which is understandable, though it would have been nice to have a bit of leniency in case we needed more time. The main reason for a later check-out was that our kids were napping, and a little extra time would have been appreciated to avoid rushing. As there were no staff operating after 6 pm, we were provided with a number to call in case of an emergency. However, during office hours, there was no number available to call, and we had to walk over to the office if any issues arose. This could be an area for improvement to make communication more accessible. The resort offers two exits: one leading directly to the beach and the other towards the Changi Village Hawker Centre. Both options were convenient for exploring the area, and we appreciated the accessibility of both.

Great place (but expensive!) The room needs some maintenance… the temperature controller was not working (blank display, couldn’t change any settings). Fortunately the a/c was working, even though it rattled all night long! The power outlets at the bed did not work. I tried the switches but the power never came on. Fortunately, I had a battery that kept my phone alive until I needed the alarm. Overall, a nice room, good accommodations but the room needs some maintenance.

Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. The receptionist also accommodate to my late checkout request really appreciate it. Thanks so much for the memorable experience at crowne plaza changi airport and hope to come again.

The room was fantastic, impeccably clean and better than what I could have expected. As business hotels suites go, this one was quite nice. The matress was super comfortable, nearly close to laying on clouds. Regrettably, the fan in the bathroom is on at an uncomfortably loud noise, even with doors closed. Despite being drained after a long flight, I could barely catch any sleep even with earplugs on. The pool is okay, if you are the only one using it, as it's so narrow that it merely allows for two people swimming side by side. Didnt have a chance to try out the gym, but looked decent. As for breakfast, I felt it just average and lacking some flavor. The coffee was so dreadful I resorted to adding milk to my double espresso, just to be able to finish it. A shame about the vent thing in the bathroom, I hope they solve it soon. It was better and cheaper than staying at a capsule hotel in Changi, so there's that.

Booked the Splash room during a flash sale, about $360 for 3D2N. Spacious room with a kitchenette, a TV that can swivel out to face the bed (not a smart TV), and a bathtub. Room also comes with a dividing screen that can be lowered to separate the sleeping area and living area. Cleanliness can be improved (found weird stains on the sheet), but that aside, daily housekeeping was generally good. Service could be improved: housekeeping knocked on our door at 1030am to ask if we required cleaning while we were getting dressed. Would be better if they had called us instead of turning up at the door at an inconvenient time. Staff who checked us in at the front desk also did not inform us about the noise from the building’s cladding that would affect us for the duration of our stay. We called front desk at night to ask about the thumping and knocking sound coming from the window and upstairs, and was told it’s from the building cladding due to facade upgrading works. Would appreciate if we had been notified about this when we made the booking as the knocking persisted throughout our stay.

The location is very good; in front is a bus stop, and there are delicious restaurants around. Opposite, there is a supermarket. There is a fruit shop, and next to it is a Thai temple. Cleanliness is okay. The service was okay. The room itself was not okay because the floor of the room was damaged. The solution is to put the signs ( black and yellow) ) tape to say not to step on it by . It made our stay uncomfortable because many parts of the room's floor felt unsafe when walking on it. But the accommodation was fully equipped at the common area, including a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, pans, dishes, and washing machine.
