Hotel in zona NTU Center for Contemporary Art, Singapore

Il nostro soggiorno è stato una grande esperienza. Dal desk front, la custodia e il personale cucina sono tutti così bello e amichevole. La posizione è anche molto conveniente 3 bus fermati lontano dalla città vivente. La pulizia è mantenuta tutto il tempo. La selezione del colazione è in corso, non tutti i giorni.

As two couples we had a great 7 day stay at Fraser Suites. I will summarise our stay as follows: Positives: The accommodation suited us perfectly; spacious, with a balcony, washer, dryer, and two bathrooms. Plenty of storage space, especially in the kitchen if you need it. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was spotless and housekeeping visited every day, replenishing laundry powder, toiletries and they also left fresh towels. The master bedroom is big, with ensuite bathroom (with a separate toilet to the shower). There is a Fairprice Finest literally next door, along with a Little Farms, and an Italian restaurant that does takeaway pizza. Other local eateries too. The Great World MRT is about a 12-15 minute walk away, but once you get the hang of the buses they are good too, as there are stops nearby. The MRT is just two stops away on this route (Riva Lodge). We didn’t use the free shuttle service. The pool area was nice and pool towels are provided. We never had to wait long for the lifts. Negatives: A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful so that I could do my make-up and dry my hair whilst my husband was in the shower. I don’t think there was one in the master bedroom either. There are full length mirrors all along one wall in the kitchen so I resorted to doing my hair and make-up in there. No spare socket by the bed. Nowhere to put towels in the smaller bathroom. We would have been happy to re-use towels if there was somewhere to hang them up and felt this was a waste of energy. A couple of hooks would have been brilliant. The kitchen was very poorly equipped if you’re going to be there for a longer period, but there is a note left by management to just ask for anything you need. A small table on the balcony would have been useful. Breakfast was very hit and miss. On more than one occasion I had to tell the staff that the scrambled eggs and sausages were cold. I was very worried about the food safety aspect of lukewarm meat. We ended up asking the staff to get the chef to make us fresh eggs once we realised this was an option. The toaster was so slow and took 2-3 rotations to get anything other than warm bread. It was however nice to have a bit of variety of the Asian dishes. If you don’t mind being a bit outside of the city, this is a great place for families with the convenience of laundry facilities and a balcony. Daily housekeeping was a bonus and breakfast included. I would certainly recommend it. I hope this is helpful!

Zhu Jian ha fatto tre generazioni di viaggio e amato l'hotel. Non c'è così tanta scelta per la colazione in hotel, ma è delizioso. È così lungo il ristorante che ho fatto p3. Ci sono pane (tutti i panini) e panini di corna, frutta e salate, e la frutta fresca preferita dei bambini, e bevande di cotone. Sono le sei e otto ore di sera (ora felice?), ci sono vino e cibo (soprattutto frutta, pollo e pizza).L'hotel è in generale molto mini, in totale quattro strati, e dieci camere in ogni strato iniziano. I giorni successivi al mio soggiorno dovrebbero essere piene di stanza, ma non c'è molto spazio nel bar. La porta anteriore dell'hotel è la stazione di guardia del fiume. La porta posteriore è la stazione di guardia del mondo. È molto vicina. La foto P8 è fatta sulla porta anteriore dell'hotel. La luce gialla nel mezzo della foto è il logo della stazione della metropolitana.La porta posteriore è il fiume Singapore. È anche molto timido guardare altri cani correre in bicicletta. Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

房間挺大，有小客廳，還有小廚房可以做飯，還算寬敞，酒店周邊比較安靜，旁邊就是地鐵站，從地鐵站直接走到烏節路商場十分鐘，非常方便，早餐比較簡單，基本天天就是幾樣選擇，住了6天吃膩了

In un posto così caldo come Singapore, genitori e figli devono avere qualcosa che possa essere giocato anche in hotel. Non appena ho aperto le tende ogni giorno, ho sentito che sarebbe stato un altro giorno utile. L'unico inconveniente era che la stanza era un po' piccola, stavo crescendo un bambino da sola e sentivo che lo sarebbe stato un po' angusto per una famiglia di tre persone.

Dear M Hotel, I would like to express my feeling of satisfaction/gratitude toward Miss Jia Yi and the manager in resolving the issue I had over the stay quickly. My relative who works in F&B recommended the hotel for our stay in Singapore which we decided to follow through for 4days 3 nights. But perhaps due to a misunderstanding/misinformation during the checking in, we were not informed much about how to use room’s facilities e.g., a room make-up function, a policy regarding bed sheet and towels + the TV remote control was out of battery. I didn’t realize up until my parents informed me about it. I was upset and went to express my dissatisfaction to the reception while Miss Jia Yi was on her shift. She handled my complaint professionally, quickly noted down the issues and asked the maids to make up our rooms everyday onward. Without the explanation, the room-make up function is a little hard to use (I previously assumed the maid would come in normally). Anyway, I want to compliment the staff for their professionalism, not just in resolving our in-room situation but also for handing my negative emotion perfectly. With that being said, our stay at M Hotel was overall good and we wouldn’t mind coming back again. The location is perfect near the China town, MBS and not too far from Orchard Road. Durante il check-in, abbiamo incontrato alcuni piccoli trucchi, che erano frustranti. Il personale di servizio di fronte al giorno non era né benvenuto né amichevole, rendendo il nostro soggiorno meno piacevole. Al contrario, il personale di turno notturno era molto più impegnativo e motivato, il che era un sollievo. Il direttore Dahlia ha fatto un sforzo per affrontare le mie preoccupazioni dopo aver fornito le mie risposte e apprezzo i suoi sforzi per il recupero dei servizi. L'hotel è bello, con camere confortevoli e un'atmosfera piacevole. Tuttavia, l'incoerenza nel servizio ci ha disappunti. Spero che possano migliorare l'esperienza del desktop in futuro. In generale, mentre avevamo alcuni momenti piacevoli, non era la festa che avevamo sperato.

Ottima posizione centrale! A pochi metri dalla stazione di Bencoolen. C'è un 7-11 e un'area ristorazione dall'altra parte della strada, oltre ad alcuni bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Tutto il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile. Le camere sono piccole e non c'è un armadio, solo qualche gancio e appendiabiti, ma non è poi così male per un soggiorno di pochi giorni. La mia unica lamentela è l'isolamento acustico. Potevamo sentire una grande famiglia durante la notte nei corridoi e nella loro stanza accanto a noi.

Swissotel stamford was a lovely place for a babymoon with a 2.5yo toddler. The whole family loved its location, comfort and huge space. Very suited for a local getaway and many thanks to the discounts on Trip.com that allowed for a cheaper stay in city centre.
