This hotel is definitely the best thing that’s ever happened during this trip! This is my very first time travelling abroad by myself and i was lowkey nervous! However everything just went so smoothly. I prefer small and compact room which kinda makes me feel secured and safer and this room just hits perfect for me. The room is well-equipped with microwave and fridge and free laundry + drying service is also very convenient. I want to give a shoutout to Mae, Shannen, Ryan and Divina for all the hard work and great help especially when I forgot my phone and was not able to unlock my room at late night. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’ve ever got the chance to travel alone in SG and also prefer smaller rooms like me!

Having to use the washing and dryer machine for free is a huge plus for us. It's really convenient. It was also our first time experiencing a hotel with digital keys, it was a bit stressful at first but our host is really helpful and proactively called me when it's taking us too long to check-in. It was a fun experience, and the bed is comfortable. I would say it's affordable because of the amenities. Had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel but it's next to Haji lane which is nice because it's easy to find food.

Had a lovely stay at heritage collection on arab. The location is very strategic and although the room is small, the amenities are complete. Divina & Anj were really responsive and great at giving us instructions :)

Lovely hotel in the Arab district. The majority of the hotel services/experiences operates via your mobile phone. I have never experienced this before but I liked it! There is a member of staff during the day to help if you’re not the best well technology. Speaking of the staff they were always available to help, 24/7 via WhatsApp or in person. The hotel has everything I could think of. They even offered free laundry and drying services with free washing detergent. Thanks for a lovely staff!

Its nice experiences to stay in the middle of tourist area. Easy to access masjid dultan n halal food around the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located on Arab Street, within walking distance to transportation and a variety of eateries, making it ideal for solo travelers. The staffs (Mae, Divina and Stella) were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The service is good, everything is clean. This hotel is near many destinations so it is very convenient to get there. Thank Mae, Divina and Ryan for helping us to have a great place to stay for our vacation.

Clean, Davina, the ambassador is friendly, communication via WA is great, though room is a bit small but in the center of Bugis is the best location and washer & dryer is free to... the digital key is my new experience. Worth to try

Our stay was great! The location was incredibly convenient, with the Sultan Mosque, numerous restaurants, and souvenir shops just a short walk away. The Bugis subway station is also nearby ~10 min walk, making it easy to explore the city. We booked a loft with a balcony, which was enough space for two people. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the AC was a lifesaver given Singapore's hot climate. While we didn't use the balcony as much as we'd hoped due to the heat, it was a nice touch. The staff was outstanding! Shannen, Andrew, and Jarwin deserve special recognition for their helpfulness, professionalism and friendly demeanor. Communication with the hotel was excellent. All interactions happened through WhatsApp, with clear instructions provided before check-in. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The free laundry service was a pleasant bonus, and being able to leave our luggage until 6 PM on our departure day was incredibly convenient.

Location: The hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the Bugis MRT station, making it incredibly convenient for public transportation. There are plenty of excellent shopping options nearby, as well as a variety of halal food and charming cafes. Plus, being close to a mosque is a great bonus for those who need it. The hotel is also right across from Haji Lane, a famous spot for strolling and shopping, which adds to the overall appeal of the location. Room: While the room is on the smaller side, it was impeccably clean and had no unpleasant odors, which is a huge plus for me. Despite the size, it was quite comfortable and well-suited for my needs. However, I would recommend it more for solo travelers or couples, as it might be a bit cramped for families. Customer Service: The customer service was outstanding! I encountered a minor issue with my digital key not working, but the staff attended to it promptly. A special shout-out to the team members—Mae, Diivina, Shannen, and Ryan—who ensured that everything was resolved quickly. I was also impressed by their proactive approach; they even reached out via WhatsApp to check if everything was okay and provided information swiftly. Limited space, room space too small but still good for solo traveller that stay for 1-2days. Location is superb at city center , easy to go everywhere. A lot of halal food around.
