Questo hotel è davvero consigliato. All'inizio penserete che sia molto difficile effettuare il check-in, soprattutto se non siete esperti di tecnologia. È sorprendente che abbiano un'ambasciatrice interna di nome Divina. È molto gentile, divertente e disponibile. E hanno anche un addetto al servizio clienti molto reattivo, Gracie e Mae, disponibile 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, per qualsiasi necessità. Sono molto interessato a rimanere a lungo, ma purtroppo era al completo. Il mio soggiorno di 2 notti è stato perfetto per me 😘

Innanzitutto, è richiesto un buon inglese. Non c'è una reception. L'addetto virtuale del servizio clienti è indiano. Abbiamo comunicato esclusivamente tramite WhatsApp. Se la stanza non viene pulita, bisogna lavare gli asciugamani da soli. Il giorno dopo, abbiamo scoperto delle cimici in camera e ci hanno spostato in una suite vicina. Dopo aver fatto i bagagli e aver camminato sotto la pioggia battente, abbiamo notato un cattivo odore nel nuovo edificio. Più tardi, un forte odore di vernice ha permeato la stanza. Lo abbiamo segnalato, ma il problema non è stato risolto. Abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte tutta la notte, a causa del caldo e dell'umidità. Se non si verificano i problemi sopra menzionati, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono, ma consiglio di evitarlo.

È stata un'esperienza terribile. Non c'è reception, non ci sono tessere di prenotazione, non c'è servizio e non c'è servizio di pulizia degli asciugamani. Bisogna lavare gli asciugamani e portare fuori la spazzatura. Bisogna contattare l'hotel tramite WhatsApp e scaricare la loro app per il check-in online, che non è disponibile sui telefoni Android. È terribile. La stanza era minuscola e infestata da insetti.

Questo hotel offre check-in e check-out self-service. Ho dovuto compilare un modulo di contatto via e-mail prima del check-in, ma nessuno mi ha contattato dopo averlo compilato. Nessuno mi ha contattato al momento del check-in e non sono riuscito a contattarli telefonicamente. Più tardi, sono finalmente riuscito a contattarli tramite Ctrip. Ho aspettato fuori dall'hotel per un'ora. Più tardi, il personale addetto alle pulizie dell'hotel mi ha spiegato che non riuscivano a trovare il mio WhatsApp, ma chiaramente non avevo compilato correttamente il messaggio. Non consiglio questo hotel ad amici che non hanno WhatsApp. Ritengo che l'atteggiamento del personale addetto alle pulizie dell'hotel sia quello di sottrarsi alle responsabilità e di forzare scuse e giustificazioni. Anche l'isolamento acustico dell'hotel è scarso.

What a fantastic and accomodating staff (Divina, Mae & Gracie). It was indeed a reastful and amazing place to stay. I will definitely come back to this place and refer to my friends. Highly rexommended!!!

This hotel is definitely the best thing that’s ever happened during this trip! This is my very first time travelling abroad by myself and i was lowkey nervous! However everything just went so smoothly. I prefer small and compact room which kinda makes me feel secured and safer and this room just hits perfect for me. The room is well-equipped with microwave and fridge and free laundry + drying service is also very convenient. I want to give a shoutout to Mae, Shannen, Ryan and Divina for all the hard work and great help especially when I forgot my phone and was not able to unlock my room at late night. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’ve ever got the chance to travel alone in SG and also prefer smaller rooms like me!

Having to use the washing and dryer machine for free is a huge plus for us. It's really convenient. It was also our first time experiencing a hotel with digital keys, it was a bit stressful at first but our host is really helpful and proactively called me when it's taking us too long to check-in. It was a fun experience, and the bed is comfortable. I would say it's affordable because of the amenities. Had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel but it's next to Haji lane which is nice because it's easy to find food.

Had a lovely stay at heritage collection on arab. The location is very strategic and although the room is small, the amenities are complete. Divina & Anj were really responsive and great at giving us instructions :)

Location is in Arab street! Very good, many things to eat to see,etc not super clean but still ok coz in the floor still had dust and hair. Toilet is clean. Staff were nice. Bed is very comfortable. If I back to SG I will stay in this hotel again for sure or try other location of heritage collection, Recommend!!

Lovely hotel in the Arab district. The majority of the hotel services/experiences operates via your mobile phone. I have never experienced this before but I liked it! There is a member of staff during the day to help if you’re not the best well technology. Speaking of the staff they were always available to help, 24/7 via WhatsApp or in person. The hotel has everything I could think of. They even offered free laundry and drying services with free washing detergent. Thanks for a lovely staff!
