Hotel in posizione molto comoda e prezzo molto buono rispetto alla media di Singapore. Struttura un bel po’ datata che necessita di manutenzione e rinnovamento così come la pulizia. Personale gentile e disponibile, ci hanno consigliato quando avevamo richieste.

vicino al frutteto del Somerset e a cibi economici, ma il posto è un po' vecchiotto. vale il prezzo. anche stanze grandi anche il personale è accomodante ma con dotazioni minori

Problemi minori: - Data la stanza al piano più basso al 2 ° piano, anche se con un buon rivestimento, ma il sedile del water indurito dalla colla non è cambiato, nessun asciugacapelli installato come un'altra stanza (quindi ne ho preso uno dal bancone della reception) e la cassetta di sicurezza nella stanza è troppo piccola (a differenza di altre stanze). Tuttavia e ancora una volta, l'eccezionale servizio clienti personale dalla reception al personale delle pulizie (anziani zii / zie) è encomiabile! Torneremo di nuovo!!!

Non hanno sapone o spazzolini da denti, quindi è meglio portare con sé varie cose. La vasca da bagno è squallida. La zona è gemella, ma basta. Il condizionatore puzzava di muffa, quindi ho aperto un po' la finestra e ho acceso il condizionatore. Il futon sul letto sembra un panno. Anche con le luci accese, era buio e spaventoso. Era un po' rumoroso perché c'erano club in giro e la gente si stava radunando.

I dropped my travelling wallet with lots of mixed currencies CASH & Frequent Flyer's & Hotel membership cards, while packing my luggage. I only realised the loss upon arriving home in Danang. A phone call was made instantly, answered by a reception lady who claim she knows nothing of! I hope(blessing of GOD) that the wallet and contents is found and return to me 🙏

You get what you pay for. The location is really good and that’s it. Bring your own toiletries and make sure you bring water to your room as there’s none provided.

Hotel is in good location walking distance to food stall, malls and MRT station..you have to bring your own shampoo,soap, brush toothpaste, no free water and coffee too. Towels are so thin and very old like rugs.the room is big but old already

Very good location. The hotel management needs to consider regular cleaning of centralized aircon duct in the room and permanent solution on small ants. Also, the hotel room at 7th floor aisle smells cigarette smoke although there are posting that the hotel is non-smoking establishment.

The hotel is located in the heart of Orchard, walking distance to all malls. Very convenient. Will definitely come back again! And it’s value for money.
