The hotel located around 1km from the station and the road between the hotel and station can be quite busy traffic so it is not that ideal if you travel with large luggage. The hotel does provide a shuttle service on my way back to the station, it was initially said the charge is 100 yen but they did not collect it. In terms of the onsen, there is one in the top floor which offers an small outside onsen, and there is another one on the next building. The dinner is good especially the beef and seafood.

Out of no where in a remote Onsen town . It actually turned out to be very nice. Big room clean and as always good service from the staff . Breakfast was excellent with good food. The Onsen was really impressive . The wi fi need to be improved as it can only be used in ground floor but not in the room

Frontsesk is kind and introduce good. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious. There are 2 separate hot springs located at main and annex building and both are different and good. Room view is beautiful. There are many other facilities such as ping pong room, karaoke room. CPI is very high.

Unlike the pictures in Trip.com , the hotel is very old and the ONSEN Facilities are outdated .the clients are mostly elderly people ; the buffet breakfast and dinner quality is just average.

Half board comes with an awesome spread, an excellent intro to Japanese foods.

โรงแรมใหญ่ สะดวกสบาย ออนเซ็นแช่แล้วสบายมากๆ อาหารอร่อยทุกมื้อ พนักงานน่ารักมาก ช่วยเหลือดีทุกอย่าง ยูกาตะมีหลายสีหลายลายให้เลือกใส่ได้ตามใจชอบ ชอบมากๆ มีโอกาสจะกลับไปอีกนะคะ

温泉を2種類楽しむことが出来てとても楽しかったです！宿泊者の特典として、深瀬さんの栗団子が予約することができ確実にゲット出来るのが魅力的だと思いました！

ホテル自体が古い、お風呂の大浴場が広々で温まるけど、シャワーが弱くて、温めた体を冷めてしまう。夕食が豊富で美味しかった。朝食は夕食の残り物が多い気がする。

紅葉の一人旅でした。建物は旧いですが、スタッフが親切でお湯と食事が良いです。二食付いてこの値段は安いのでまた利用したいと思います。

都説遊客太多團隊多，是的，房子比較老了，人很多。但是它的自助早晚餐真的非常好吃，海鮮蓋澆飯自己搭配，好吃的要命。

飯店設備雖然有些老舊但是很乾淨，服務人員也很親切，大眾池蠻大的很舒服，訂的是一泊二食，到了晚上用餐時間有驚豔到，晚上的自助餐食非常棒，種類非常多！

位置距鳴子峽景點近、溫泉設施不錯，餐飲品質不錯

早晚餐菜色豐富，多樣化

家族３人の旅行で使わせていただきました。チェックアウトでややトラブルがありましたが料理や温泉はたいへん満足でまたお泊まりしたいなと思いました。
