The hotel is incredibly clean and the staff are beyond helpful! I booked for a week to recover from a minor surgery. The bed was comfortable, shower perfect and small kitchen a life savor! If I needed anything including water, towels, ordering food, or getting specific items the staff were quick and helpful! Highly highly recommend

Actually it was very super the lounge in the 16th floor was amazing. The staff was very caring and welcoming. The room was huge.

Staying at Hilton Habtoor was awseome, we stayed at the Hilton for 3 nights in the Royal Suit room on the 28th floor. The room was very clean and the views were stunning, the staff members were very friendly, Sara was super kind she helpful she helped us find the right room for US and the room turned out to be perfect. All the staff members were very kind and super friendly, the room service was 24/7. The breakfast was very good, Authentic lebanese breakfast with high quality ingredients and amazing views on the 31st floor, I really recommend it even if you are not staying at the Hotel if you go there ask for Anwar. The valet parking was very convenient and for only 10$ per night. If you are ever in Beirut I would highly recommend staying at the Hilton Habtoor.

We had an event with 90 attendees, 50 of them with hotel accommodation, and it was one of the best experiences in terms of service and staff support. Starting with the conference rooms, we had the room on the 8th floor for the conference. The room was very clean and organized. The view was incredible and the atmosphere was in general very motivating. The IT staff were very supportive and helpful. They supported in setting up all what we needed for live-streaming online and were very responsive to all our requests. For the meals, we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 coffee breaks. At all time, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. There was good variety of food and the quantities were sufficient for all. For the accommodation rooms, the room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the panoramic rooms was amazing. What made the experience this much lovely and amazing is how friendly the staff were. Rima, Farid, Jihane, Hussein, and the IT staff were super responsive and lovely. Their support and kindness made the experience excellent. Looking forward to having more events hosted at Bossa Nova in the future!

Citea is the best value for money place to stay in Beirut. I've been living in Citea for almost two years, and I cannot find one single remark about this place. From nitty, clean and comfortable rooms, to great food, perfect services and wonderful friendly staff.

Hello, I just wanted to say that I appreciate all of the staff including Mr.Samir, he's the kindest and funniest guy I've ever seen. This is the best hotel in my opinion, the beds are very comfortable, the showers are very nice and the view from the rooftop is stunning. Veramente felice con il mio soggiorno a Smallville. Buono servizio da tutti i membri del personale in ogni momento. Le camere sono molto spaziose e molto pulite. Amore le strutture dello schermo toccante all'interno della camera e grande quantità di luce. Balcone è una grande dimensione (è un po' polvere dal vento) con vista incredibile della città. La colazione è media ma serve non latte così sono felice!! Wifi è buono quando si collega, ma si disconnette quotidianamente. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui!!
