Very nice and reasonably priced hotel. The location is quite good, easy to walk to the National Museum, some little shops and restaurants nearby, or you can just grab a Tuk Tuk and go wherever. I didn’t try breakfast but I went for lunch at their restaurant. The food and price was very good, in addition you can get 25 % discount coupon for the restaurant when checking in. The room was clean and everything was standard and nice. The only thing I missed was more electricity outlets by the bed. I was in a twin room and there was only one socket to plug in phone, and other devices to charge. Overall was happy with my stay.

친절하고 좋아요. 가격대가 저렴해서 더 마음에 들고, 위치도 큰길가 옆이고, 근처에 식당,카페도 몇개 있어요. 수영장도 수영하기 좋아요. 앙코르사원가는 삼거리에 위치하고, 시내는 뚝뚝이로 $2에 갈 수 있어요. 시설이 조금 낡은 것이 흠이지만 청소를 깨끗하게 잘해줘요. 세탁은 $2/1kg이고 당일 세탁을 해주더라고요. 매우 만족합니다.

Un amico aveva prenotato per me una stanza in questo hotel per quattro notti. Ero sul pavimento e ero molto felice della stanza. Il condizionamento d'aria funzionava bene, e anche se ero vicino alla zona di accoglienza, la stanza era tranquilla, pulita e confortevole. Il mobilio cambogiano è enorme, di colore rosso ciliegio e praticamente immobile. Non aveva problemi con l'internet e aveva buona notte di sonno. All'esterno dell'hotel sono tuk tuks - dedicati all'hotel - pronti a scotchare qualsiasi visitatore in qualsiasi parte della città che si sceglie di vedere. Il colazione è servito sul tetto dell'hotel, e per un vegetariano la selezione era sufficiente - poco. Il costo del buffet è USD 5.00 Oltre alla camera di colazione al tetto (terrazza) c'è una piccola piscina, più adatta a coloro che vogliono rifrire, piuttosto che a coloro che sperano di nuotare. In generale, ero molto soddisfatto dell'hotel. Un paio di grandi mercati sono a pochi passi. Il ristorante di Vit King (esclusivamente vegetariano) è vicino, ma la selezione è piuttosto limitata, purtroppo. Siem Reap è una bella città, vale la pena passare qualche giorno. Molto ovunque si desidera andare (ad eccezione di alcune attrazioni come Angkor Wat), è all'interno della strada passeggiata - il centro di intrattenimento, e il mercato turistico - Pub Street è vicino. Se soggiornare più di una notte, chiedere un tasso scontato. Il personale del servizio di ricezione è utile e ben informato.

The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

First and foremost, I would like to highlight the outstanding level of service that your staff exhibited throughout my stay. The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I had a wonderful experience staying at the Bayon Modern Residence. I received a very friendly greeting from the hotel driver who picked me up from a rather delayed flight. Arriving at the facility I was promptly greeted at reception with a welcome drink and brought to my room. The room was quite large with balcony and giant bathtub. The bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The hotel features a large breakfast buffet and made to order omelet station. It has a coffee bar for lattes and assorted beverages. I absolutely loved the large swimming pool in the center of the hotel. It has a tropical garden feel. There is a poolside cocktail bar where I enjoyed an expertly prepared cocktail. Above all what makes the Bayon Residence special is the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Many of the staff members remembered and called me by name. They often checked in to see if anything was needed and were happy to organize tuk tuk rides, give local recommendations and meet any needs. The gardeners create a special oasis. The plantings are extensive and beautifully kept. I noticed maintenance staff preparing decorations for the upcoming Khmer New Year. The cleaning staff work meticulously and the dining staff served delicious food. I particularly enjoyed conversations with the front desk staff, bartender and marketing manager. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to coming back on my next visit to Cambodia.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

Questo hotel e il suo personale incredibile sono fuori dal mondo. Questo è stato il soggiorno più piacevole, piacevole di tutta la nostra vita. L'hotel è bellissimo, davvero affascinante e pulito. La stanza era enorme, luminosa e ben isolata e il colazione era bello. Il personale era al di sopra, non c'è nessuna parola, ci hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuti e a casa! Il bar alla piscina è anche fantastico. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un buon colazione per la nostra 4am Angkor Wat tour e il personale ha anche offerto di chiamare un tuktuk per noi di visitare le ruine un altro giorno. Un consiglio: non perdere il ristorante!!!! È assolutamente delizioso! Se avessimo saputo che il nostro soggiorno sarebbe stato così piacevole, avremmo prenotato per più giorni! È certamente il nostro hotel e speriamo di tornare presto. Abbiamo visitato molti hotel in molti paesi diversi e nessuno è nemmeno vicino a questo. Durante la ricerca di hotel a Seam Reap abbiamo visto molte opzioni belle e il punto chiave che ci ha fatto andare per questo uno erano le recensioni sul personale sorprendente. Beh, lasciate che vi dica che nessun recensione può davvero riflettere quanto si sentirà gentile, comodo e felice. Eravamo in giro con questo hotel e lo consigliamo 100000%!!!!

L’hotel e’ carino, architettura originale, ottima ubicazione in zona tranquilla ma centrale! . La cucina buona. Stop! Tutto il resto purtroppo non e’ all’altezza di un 4/5 stelle. I servizi sono pessimi. Arrivo alle ore 14 dopo 6 ore di viaggio (dal Vietnam) e ci comunicano che la camera non e’ pronta. Mi chiedo come sia possibile, forse la struttura e’ al completo…. Tutt’altro, scopriremo poi che l’hotel era occupato per meno di un terzo della capacita’ :in un hotel 5 stelle ci si sarebbe aspettato piuttosto un up-grade, ma lasciamo perdere. Il giorno dopo rientriamo nel tardo pomeriggio circa ore 18 dalle escursioni e troviamo la camera non rifatta , cosi’ come lasciata al mattino: chiediamo spiegazioni e ci viene detto che si erano dimenticati di riassettarla quindi attendiamo (zuppi) un’altra oretta prima di avere la possibilità’ di farci una doccia cosa abbastanza disagevole dopo la giornata trascorsa sotto la pioggia Incessante! Non posso che fare un cenno sulle colazioni: praticamente inesistenti. Ci viene specificato che la colazione va ordinata solo a la carte (per il ridotto numero di ospiti) e non v’e quasi nulla a buffet neppure dello yogurt o biscotti o frutta, solo qualche succo: inaccettabile per l’ospite che vi soggiorna in quanto un minimo di “prodotti standard” andrebbero garantiti indipendentemente dal numero degli ospiti presenti. Il terzo giorno, infatti con qualche ospite in piu’ abbiamo avuto la possibilita’ di trovare addirittura del prosciutto crudo! Le camere sono concepite senza un minimo di buon senso, bagno finestrato senza possibilita’ di aprire la finestra in maniera che dopo tre docce il vapore per forza aleggia in camera, l’impianto luci concepito senza usare intelletto e non scendo nei particolari. In bagno non era presente nessun tipo di confort di prima necessità’ (cotton fioc,dentifricio,pettine, rasoio, cuffia x capelli trovati in tutte le altre strutture) e neppure ciabatte trovate addirittura nei tre stelle! Leggendo le recensioni precedenti mi chiedo se ho alloggiato in un’altra struttura oppure se post-covid tutti i servizi si siano ridotti al minimo. Mi sono data questa spiegazione (?) mi convinco a pensarla cosi’…. Peccato una struttura con molte possibilita….ma gestita senza un minimo di professionalita’, ottima per tre stelle ma da non spacciarsi x 4/5!!!

Great hotel. An oasis in the hectic city of Siem Reap. After a busy day in Angkor Wat or in the hectic city, you can relax perfectly. The tuk tuk ride costs $1.50 into town. Very friendly and personable people who run the hotel. I have diabetes and a new refrigerator was even put in my room so that I can cool my insulin well. Thanks for that ! The pool is perfect and the rooms are a nice size. I would come back at any time.
