Hotel is ok, but not 4 star anymore. I give max 3 star. Hotel staff don’t speak good English and everyone speak Germany. instructions Is lacking because many times it is only in Germany. announcements Are mostly in Germany not always in English. Hotel have time for eating and activities but time is relevant in here. It’s not on time never. Hotel give you activity but that’s not happen. I see only two times that planing activity happen. If you speak German maybe come here. I don’t

I dont know why here are so bad comments, i love this place:) great food! great pools, very friendly people, nice rooms, we dont have problem with communicate cause we talk in 2 languages, but here are people who knows only English and is ok, there are 50% Gwrmans and 50% Polish, terenie are No drunk joung people, thus IS great place to Come with familij. Next thing is very nice beach with beach bar, where is food and drinks, alco is beer and wine, every evenubg is show, first for children next for all Rooms are ok, if You need very exclusive is not for You, but is ok, clean and everything what You need Last year i was in 5star hotel but here is more good, great for families I recommend!

We spent 10 nights at the Seaden Corolla in April 2023. My Mother is 90 years old and was helped very much by all staff but the waiter that helped the most with outstanding service was Ekrem IIsaoglu. We will be returning to this property very soon due to the outstanding service by this amazing waiter who helped my Mother in many ways.

The hotel itself, although built 30 yrs ago, was renovated and meets the standards. Housekeeping is really helpful, all bedding and towels exchanged daily. The rooms are clean and the food... amazing. All fresh and tasty. Various types of cheeses, vegetables, fruits, meats and so on. Everyone will surely find something for themselves. The pools are clean, the beach is within 5 min walk from the hotel. The beach is clean and the beach bar offers delicious food as well. Not all staff speak English, but you can get by with whatever language you use. They do their best and the message is always passed :) It is true there's lots of German speaking guests there, but that was not a problem.

We hebben een geweldige vakantieweek gehad.Wat een vriendelijk personeel ,allemaal een dikke glimlach .Verwennen je op en op. niks is teveel.Ook de kamer meisjes perfecte kamer.Goed eten dikke 10

Un bon établissement pour ce niveau de tarif. La literie est de bonne qualité, petit bémol toutefois sur les rideaux occultant des chambres qui malheureusement laisse passer un peu de lumière mais cela n'est pas très grave. Le buffet des petits déjeuners ets vaste mais manque toutefois de viennoiseries, certes problème légèrement français je pense. Sinon concernant les repas du midi ou du soir très large choix aussi bien entrée plats ou desserts. Bien mangé ce qui n'est pas forcément toujours le cas. Ne soyez pas surpris il y a énormément de touristes Allemands, mais heureusement dans l'équipe d'animation il y a Lamia qui parle Français et qui est très agréable et serviable vraiment merci à elle pour tout les renseignements qu'elle nous a apporté durant notre séjour.

Kein Platz am Pool, da Hotelgäste die Mitarbeiter mit Geld bereits im Vorfeld bestochen haben. Wenn man zu spät zum Essen geht gibt es keine große Auswahl mehr. Wird kaum was nachgefüllt. Die meisten Mitarbeiter laufen mit schlechter Laune rum. Attraktionen sind nur für deutsche Gäste und hat nichts mit der türkischen Kultur mehr zu tun. Das Hotel ist eher für ältere Menschen gedacht. Kaum Jugendliche. Wenn man als Jugendlicher hier ist wird man von den älteren Urlaubern blöd angemacht. Taxi Fahrer am Hotel verarschen einen und nehmen nicht Mals türkisches Geld an. Die Krönung: das angebotene A la Carte im Hotel ist bereits für mehrere Tage ausgebucht, sodass keine Möglichkeit gab dies in Anspruch zu nehmen. Die Mitarbeiterin dort antwortete nur sehr unhöflich: „ keine Chance mehr“. Die Handtücher im Hotelzimmer und die Strandtücher waren des Öfteren mit Schimmel befallen.

Większość gości w hotelu to Niemcy. Animacje, zabawy dla dzieci były prowadzone w jęz. niemieckim. Jeżeli chodzi o kelnerów - posługują się jęz. niemieckim, ang. ros. i też są tacy, którzy mówią trochę po polsku. Zakwaterowanie bez problemu (10 euro pomogło, bo mieliśmy okno z widokiem na baseny/morze). Wyżywienie jak dla nas było smaczne (w poniedziałki owoce morza). Sok ze świeżo wyciskanych pomarańczy 1 euro. W barze przy plaży od 12:30 do 14:00 dostępne były dania obiadowe, owoce - mniejszy wybór, niż w hotelu, jednak było z czego wybierać. Ręczniki kąpielowe wymieniane codziennie. Jeżeli chodzi o atrakcje wodne dostępne na plaży, skorzystaliśmy ze skutera wodnego (60 euro) oraz parasailingu (85 euro). Nie mogliśmy mieć przy sobie kamerki, bo powiedzieli, że nagrywanie i foto mamy extra. Zapomnieli dodać, że "free extra". Gdy chcieliśmy zgrać zdjęcia to usłyszeliśmy, że mamy dodatkowo zapłacić 180 euro.

Parfait mais manquait d’animation et ne parlait pas Français donc très difficile à ce faire comprendre et aussi quel que soucis avec la carte d’accès à la chambre sinon côté nourriture excellente et divers choix et très bien servi et les dessert super bon.
