Indicated we were celebrating our anniversary and surprised with the lovely room decor. We’re given Xmas gifts too which was a really sweet bonus. Breakfast spread were ok, not much variety change over the 2 mornings.

Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

UUtente ospiteI dont often write a review but this hotel is worth every penny thst we spent . The room is big and can sleep up to 4 people, very clean and modern . Just some steps from the station and market . The staffs are so nice , friendly. this is the best hotel I had during the tip in Switzerland

Molto buono

IIdris and HanaI love everything about this hostel. Location is just beside the Interlaken Ost station. Easy to find. From station, just go to the right. It is just next building. Harder Kulm is just walking distance from hotel. There is big coop and few shops nearby. Restaurant is just nearby. Easy to find food even Indian cuisine also here. Souvenir shop near the bridge is cheaper than any other area. Keychain 5 for chf25. My room have an amazing view. Wake up in the morning with the mountain view is just fascinating. I booked mixed dorm of 4 because cheap price. But along the stay of 3 days, we are lucky enough to have only 2 of us in the dorm. Appreciate it much. There is Lounge with kettle, microwave, tv and eating area inside. They are lots of shower room, and separated washroom, just near to the room. I love the breakfast. Even the cornflakes is tasty. We can make hot chocolate from machine. They have a common area with pool table, sofa, kids area. The staff is very nice, make a good start there. I just in love with everything from this hostel.

SsimpleologistLocation wise, nothing much to critique as it’s situated right beside the train station. You can’t get anything more convenient than this. We like the modern design of the room, generally. The only negative point we experienced was the smell. There was a smell (smells like pee) inside the room but surprisingly not the toilet. Toilet actually smells better than the room. Ventilation was poorly managed, I guess. And the staff said there’s nothing they could do about it and to my biggest surprise, the hotel does not have an air freshener at all! Contrary to those reviews saying how good the breakfast is, I find it quite disappointing. Food selection is so limited and the quality wasn’t better or even on par with the typical hotel breakfast standard. Here I would like to commend on a particular staff named Iulia (not sure if I spell it correctly). She is nice, friendly and accommodating. I would like to thank her for her hospitality. Overall, I would probably come back to stay again at Essential for its perfect location.

UUtente ospiteFriendly front desk staff and the hotel location is gorgeous. The frontdesk helped me with an early checkin and also upgraded my room with a bath-tub. The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view… The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options. The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁 Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel. The market is at walking distance and also the OST station is very closeby. Thanks Carlton Team for making our stay pleasant and memorable… Ciao!

UUtente ospiteIl tipo di piccolo hotel di lusso molto piacevole, la stanza è piccola, ma molto elegante. Ci è un piccolo balcone fuori dalla stanza, per strada, senti il passaggio della macchina di notte, il suono della guancia.Bevi una tazza di caffè sul balcone ☕️, mi sento bene.

AAisyah WijayaSituato in posizione strategica, a 10 minuti da Interlaken OST, le camere sono pulite e pulite con balcone da dove si possono vedere belle montagne Nella mattinata! Durante la neve, le montagne sembrano più bellissime mentre guardano dal balcone, un luogo perfetto romantico per prendere pochi drink. Il colazione dell'hotel è eccellente con personale molto ben gestito, in breve un luogo perfetto dar un lontano da casa ! , fuori dall'hotel hanno un contatore di vendite Paragliding dove si può prenotare biglietti per lo stesso, Guardando in attesa di visitare questo hotel di nuovo in futuro,

ААринаHotel incredibile! Ottimo personale, sempre aiuto, farà tutto per rendere il vostro riposo perfetto. Incontri sempre con un sorriso. Questo hotel è perfetto per tutto! C'è un problema di isolamento del rumore - ho sentito tutto accadere nella prossima stanza. Era così forte che sembrava accadere nella mia stanza. Le campane della chiesa sono anche molto alte. Un po'di piombo rotto, mal funzionante. Ma questi problemi non mi hanno impedito di riposare! Consiglio questo hotel

TthuRAruthieMerci Hotel Rossli! I had a good overnight stay with you. I got a single room with separate bathroom, very clean. The room’s space is not too small,room is clean. Location is near Interlaken West about 5 minutes walk. Coop shop and a pharmacy is just nearby. The staff were so amazing and helpful. They have a room storage for luggages. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices. This hotel is very well recommended:)

MMinnSGQuesto hotel offre grande comfort per viaggiatori come noi. La camera è generosamente spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Convenientemente situato vicino a una fermata dell'autobus e non troppo lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria di Interlaken West, ha reso facile l'esplorazione. L'addetto alla reception ci ha persino fornito un pass gratuito per i trasporti pubblici all'interno di Interlaken. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza deliziosa e abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno.
