IInFiNiTy BenZClean room and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly—chatting with them was genuinely enjoyable, and they gave great recommendations and helpful local tips.
Breakfast was good overall, although the selection felt quite similar each morning.
The bathtub was a comfortable size.
Little balcony
I also appreciated that there is an elevator serving every floor, which made getting around easy with luggage.
Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel in Interlaken.

TTW2025Tutto è buono, tranne pochi problemi tecnici nella mia stanza. Credo che la stanza sia stata appena ristrutturata e non ancora corretta, ci sono stati problemi la porta della cucina, il segnale WiFi, il segnale TV. Ma il personale è stato molto utile per cercare di risolvere i problemi.

UUtente ospiteNel mezzo tra il formaggio interlaken e la zona principale per gli negozi. 10+mins camminare ogni strada, c'è un autobus e è gratuito se si rimane all'hotel, ma viene solo ogni mezz'ora. Nessun grande negozio di prodotti/uscite vicino (10 min a piedi) Guarda davanti all'hotel e al parco è stupenda, tuttavia. Non ci sono microonde e asciugamani in tessuto/carta in cucina che è un po' scomodo. Toaster non ha funzionato neanche. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera 4 persone e la sua grande e grande con due bagni separati, ma la camera è data e profuma come questo. La colazione era buona, il personale era bello. I pavimenti in legno non erano puliti. Ha buone strutture per i bambini che è buono.

You’re 3 min walk from Interlaken West station and right by Lake Thun. Super easy to catch trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, or hop on a boat cruise. Tons of restaurants, Coop, and cafés within a 5 min walk. You can’t beat it for convenience.Room: Clean, modern, and smartly designed. We had a Double Room and it made great use of space — comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a surprisingly good shower with strong water pressure. Not huge, but perfect for travelers who are out all day. The views of the mountains from upper floors are a bonus.Cleanliness: Spotless. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and the whole property feels fresh and new. Breakfast: Simple but quality. Good coffee, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast room is small but cozy, with big windows. For the price, it’s more than fair. Service: Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly + efficient. They gave solid tips for hikes and printed our train tickets when we asked. The self-check-in kiosk is also handy if you arrive late.Vibe: Minimalist Swiss design with a boutique feel. No pool or spa, but that’s not why you stay here — you’re here to be out in the Jungfrau region all day. The common lounge area is great for planning routes or chilling with a coffee.Minor notes: Walls are a bit thin — we could hear doors closing at night. Also no elevator, so pack light if you’re on a higher floor. Street parking is limited, but the hotel helped us sort a public lot nearby.Overall: For the location, cleanliness, and price point, Hotel Essential by DORIT is hard to beat in Interlaken. UUtente anonimoBreakfast was so variety. Many choices of food, I really love it!! Eventhough the shower zone is so small (you cant even turn around), but the bed is comfy. Services are perfect (both cleaning service and also reception staffs). No airconditioner but fan privided.

LLLSZ3First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz.
The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out.
The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy.
I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me.
Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this.
