'◡' Banki è dato con una chiave, quindi devi aprirla e chiuderla da solo. Quando uscire, devi lasciare la chiave sul desktop anteriore. ㅋㅋㅋ Il primo giorno, un bug come un pollo è uscito dal quilt. Acredito que o custo benefício não compense lá. Muitos controles do que pode ou não consumir dentro do quarto, sendo que a diária é bastante alta. Muitas falhas no serviço como entrega da mala ao quarto, não ter água, shampoo e condicionador suficientes, etc etc acredito que o alto exagero de controle de gastos do lugar faz a experiência ser restrita. Outro ponto, a área mais legal do hotel que é a piscina, eles proíbem q tire fotos suas lá .Meio bizarro isso. 🥲.ah, e Café da manhã, deixou a desejar tbm... Mas acredito q as reclamações são mais pelo custo benefício, acredito q tenham melhores opções na região com uma melhor entrega pelo preço.

Hotel carino in una buona posizione. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito. Bevande nel frigo bar incluse. Colazione sufficiente. L'unico problema è stata la temperatura in camera decisamente troppo alta, forse anche a causa del frigo in camera che emetteva un sacco di calore e alla mancanza di aria condizionata.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in May 2023 & our room was on the 7th floor. The view was truly amazing from the room. The room was spacious, clean & beds were comfortable. Bathroom are in good condition, but needs upgrade. Room has a balcony with table & chair, with fully opening sliding door, it was really nice sit out. Staff at the front desk Melanie Dennler (Front Office) was very helpful, polite & courteous during our stay. Only issue was the breakfast, which was same every day.

La nostra prima impressione di Hotel Krebs è stata fantastica! La ricezione è stata calda e spiegata in dettaglio le politiche dell'hotel. La nostra stanza ci dà la sensazione di vivere nel lato del lusso! La combinazione perfetta di dimensioni e stile, ci sorprende con la loro spaziosa e splendida decorazione. Forniscono le mutandine da letto fornite, la spazzola, la crema e la barba, il panno di cotone, la cassaforte, il secchiere per capelli, ecc. Queste strutture avanzate non fanno del nostro soggiorno perfetto. Ci siamo divertiti molto! La posizione dell'hotel era fantastica. È a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Interlaken West. Ci sono anche molti bus diversi che si possono prendere per molte belle attrazioni come il lago Brienz. Ho visto molte recensioni sul fondu del formaggio dal loro ristorante. L'abbiamo provato anche noi e l'abbiamo tanto innamorata. Poiché abbiamo portato insieme il nostro bambino 3.5yrs, possiamo avere solo fondu del formaggio senza alcool. Abbiamo sostituito il succo di mela a un costo aggiuntivo di 5chf. Infatti il cibo era davvero buono! E i camerieri erano davvero gentili e amichevoli. Erano molto gentili e pazienti con la nostra bambina. Le sono stati dati materiali coloranti per divertimento. Grazie ai camerieri, abbiamo riso molto mentre ci siamo divertiti. Oh sì, c'è un grande gatto nero fluffy che spesso protegge l'hotel e il ristorante. Di solito dorme sulla prima sedia vicino alla sinistra dell'ingresso. Il personale dell'hotel e ristorante sono davvero carino, amando piccoli animali e prendendosi cura di loro molto bene. In generale, è stata una bella esperienza rimanere qui, e saremmo felici di tornare!

We stay here for 4 nights with a group of friends. It is not far from Interlaken West station (lee than 10 minutes walk) It has nice room, comfy bed but a little soft and fluffly pillow. The location is quite good, near supermarket and restaurants. Nice staff. Very good breakfast. It provide a lot of amenities with 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. Also have common room for guest's leisure and have some snacks.

Due minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Interlaken Ost, la prima volta che restiamo a Youth Hostel. Quattro di noi sono semplicemente piacevole condividere una camera con doccia e toaletta attaccato. 2 cuscinetti con lampada/caricamento individuale, 4 serrature e rack per apparecchi e asciugamani, 1 asciugamani per persona, 1 set di cassetta/foglio di letto/cassetta di biancheria per persona, Ma devi alzarti al check-out e andare a casa e tornare al letto di letto al check-out. servizio disponibile. La colazione è semplice ma la qualità è buona, abbiamo provato una volta per il loro pasto set di cena e il suo semplice confronto con i ristoranti fuori vicino, ma il prezzo è appena circa il 10% più economico. This is a fantastic location. It was across the way from the west train station and not far from the main town. We had a fantastic big clean room overlooking breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of hot and cold food, However due to lack of staff when things ran out, they weren't being replaced very quickly but the waitress did her very best and was very pleasant when asked. The only complaints that I would have is that the hotel is very out dated and in need of a bit of maintenance. Also the Irish bar is not very Irish! and no beer on draft so very disappointing But overall a fantastic stay.

L'ostello più pulito che si possa immaginare. Tutto in cucina e bagno sono tempestoso e pulito. Non il miglior piatto che si vuole, ma l'ho portato io stesso, quindi non mi ha colpito. La stanza è davvero calda che non dovevo coprirmi anche se è -3 fuori. È in buona forma che non dovrete camminare spalle a spalle. Tutti hanno il proprio cappuccio che può facilmente adattare il mio bagagliaio 30L. Tuttavia, nella stanza c'è solo una socket UE. Fornisce un socket USB e un rack di carica wireless per ogni letto, ma non credo sia sufficiente per le persone con portatile. Alcuni dei caricatori wireless sono anche agitati, quindi non è il posto migliore per voi per mettere il telefono. La posizione è davvero buona anche, solo 3-5 minuti a Interlaken West Station e 15-20 minuti a piedi a Interlaken Ost (Est). La colazione è media, non il migliore per i viaggiatori di bilancio. COOP a mezza prezzo cibo molto meno se non si è così piccante.

Interlaken è una bella città, un bel piccolo hotel Stella, in una posizione molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria Interlaken West e vicino al campo di atterraggio per paragliding, entrambi grandi per noi. La nostra stanza ha una vista stupenda sulle montagne! Il colazione è stato così buono con croissant fresco e frutta, una stazione omeletta e una macchina espresso, come pure bacon, salsa e uova scrambled. La sala colazione è bella e Jean, il manager di cibo nella maggior parte dei giorni che siamo stati, è una gemma. Astrid al divano era anche utile. Mio marito usava la piccola zona di allenamento e piscina, che ha tutto il vetro con una bella vista. Le nostre principali delusioni erano con la nostra stanza. Anche se spaziale, è stato molto datato con le lamiere metalliche esposte che supportano la cassetta e mobili casuali e una vecchia lampada nella zona seduto...Non come le foto del sito web. Il problema più grande funzionale è non c'è AC. Perchè per ottobre era troppo caldo, abbiamo dovuto lasciare aperte le porte di vetro e sentire tutto il rumore della strada in anticipo al mattino quando abbiamo cercato di dormire. Non posso immaginare di rimanere lì quando è più caldo, con questo detto, non eravamo in camera, eccetto dormire, quindi abbiamo ancora goduto tutti i benefici del cibo, della posizione e del personale utile.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bernerhof hotel. Hotel is located right next to the Interlaken west train station which makes it an easy commute to the Interlaken east train station or you can just walk through the town and reach the east train station in 15 min. The service at the hotel was amazing and the gentleman at the reception was very friendly and helpful with introduction of the town and its surroundings. As we arrived early in the morning we are able to leave our luggage at the hotel and take a trip to the mountain, when we returned to hotel in the afternoon we got the room keys and our luggage was already waiting for us in the room.

The hotel is in a nice location-not far from the park where paragliders land, and it is right on the main street. The Interlaken Ost Banhof is al just a few meters away, making it very convenient to travel. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of variations. The staff were all nice as well. The room is kind of old with the floor creaking when you walk, but is well- maintained.

What a wonderful Family run Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful all the way from Jean Louis the owner to the ladies who service the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable and value for money. Although the Hotel only serves breakfast they have a nice common room with free tea and coffee/microwave and utensils so you can have food and drink that you have bought if you don't feel like eating out. Very Family friendly a real home away from home.

Mi piaceva questo posto. Prima di tutto, è un bel hotel moderno, pulito. Buona posizione. Verde e circondato da conigli e caprini. Ciò che mi piaceva più è che è anche un posto per gli anziani e per coloro che hanno bisogno di sostegno. Questo piccolo hotel era nel mezzo di Interlaken era grande, il giovane signore alla reception era bellissimo snd parlava grande inglese, interagiva e disse ”ciao ogni volta che ci vedeva. the hotel is less than basic and old theu have lame rules when you first get in lile dont spill water on the water and they took 200$ deposit i am not sure what are they afraid of ruining as it has very old furniture, no slippers nothing. its a bad hotel and the breakfast is very limited and lame….. the last day we needed to catch an early train and check out there was nobody at the reception to take back the deposit, it opend 6:30 Am !!!!! we could not leave early as scheduled, will never ever recommend it to anyone

Due minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Interlaken Ost, la prima volta che restiamo a Youth Hostel. Quattro di noi sono semplicemente piacevole condividere una camera con doccia e toaletta attaccato. 2 cuscinetti con lampada/caricamento individuale, 4 serrature e rack per apparecchi e asciugamani, 1 asciugamani per persona, 1 set di cassetta/foglio di letto/cassetta di biancheria per persona, Ma devi alzarti al check-out e andare a casa e tornare al letto di letto al check-out. servizio disponibile. La colazione è semplice ma la qualità è buona, abbiamo provato una volta per il loro pasto set di cena e il suo semplice confronto con i ristoranti fuori vicino, ma il prezzo è appena circa il 10% più economico. L'esperienza complessiva è stata buona.

The hotel is in a nice location-not far from the park where paragliders land, and it is right on the main street. The Interlaken Ost Banhof is al just a few meters away, making it very convenient to travel. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of variations. The staff were all nice as well. The room is kind of old with the floor creaking when you walk, but is well- maintained.

La posizione dell'hotel era raggiungibile a piedi da Interlaken Ost. Era un vecchio edificio, ma l'interno è stato ristrutturato e non ci sono stati particolari problemi. Tuttavia, anche se il personale della reception ci parlava inglese molto velocemente, è iniziato con una risposta appropriata che non hanno detto nulla di importante e nessuno ha salutato il personale che si è incrociato nell'hotel senza un sorriso. A colazione ci sono gruppi di ospiti asiatici ed è vivace, Non c'era una guida ai posti, quindi quando sono entrato nel ristorante nessuno del personale ha detto nulla. Naturalmente, il cibo era sparso nella sala colazione e l'atmosfera non era buona. Ho deciso di non restare un'altra notte pensando a varie cose e mi sono trasferito in un altro hotel anche se avevo già pagato. Mi è stato detto che quando ho controllato. E' per gruppi? Penso.

Le camere sono pulite e l'ostello ha tutte le strutture. Ci siamo trasferiti con i nostri 2 bambini e abbiamo cucinato in cucina condivisa.. la cucina è così grande e tutte le attrezzature, i vasi frigoriferi, gli asciugamani ecc sono disponibili.. e tutto è super pulito e pulito.. La sala da pranzo era così buona e grande. La sala da bagaglio è molto economico e migliore.In generale si è goduto del nostro soggiorno lì e la posizione è prima della fermata dell'autobus e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.. Con piacere consigliare questo ostello a tutti. Hai più vantaggi di un hotel. Possiamo vedere i piccoli piccoli dalla nostra stanza.

Acredito que o custo benefício não compense lá. Muitos controles do que pode ou não consumir dentro do quarto, sendo que a diária é bastante alta. Muitas falhas no serviço como entrega da mala ao quarto, não ter água, shampoo e condicionador suficientes, etc etc acredito que o alto exagero de controle de gastos do lugar faz a experiência ser restrita. Outro ponto, a área mais legal do hotel que é a piscina, eles proíbem q tire fotos suas lá .Meio bizarro isso. 🥲.ah, e Café da manhã, deixou a desejar tbm... Mas acredito q as reclamações são mais pelo custo benefício, acredito q tenham melhores opções na região com uma melhor entrega pelo preço.

Mi piaceva questo posto. Prima di tutto, è un bel hotel moderno, pulito. Buona posizione. Verde e circondato da conigli e caprini. Ciò che mi piaceva più è che è anche un posto per gli anziani e per coloro che hanno bisogno di sostegno. È stato così bello condividere lo stesso spazio con loro, ricevere una calda “buona mattina” dagli altri ospiti e sentirsi fondato. Il personale era sempre sorridente e amichevole. Sono grato.

We stayed in a triple room for two nights here. Everything was fantastic - the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful (they provided so much helpful information), the room (#103) was very unique with a usable balcony off the bathroom!, and at night, we didn’t hear one sound from the street, even with the window open. Breakfast room and food was lovely. Extremely clean. And we enjoyed their shaded front porch one afternoon. Honestly, there wasn’t one thing I could identify as a “thumbs down”. One of the best places we’ve stayed at in all our years of travel. You won’t be disappointed.

La colazione è buona Le strutture sono un po' strette, ma nessun problema, la pressione dell'acqua in bagno è forte e pulita Insufficienza del condizionatore d'aria e nessun frigorifero nella camera (è un frigorifero che è comunemente usato per portarlo nella camera ma non funzionale) Posizione Aregang View eccellente, conveniente perché è vicino alla Stazione Interlaken Ovest Normale Non credo di restare di nuovo.

This is a fantastic location. It was across the way from the west train station and not far from the main town. We had a fantastic big clean room overlooking breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of hot and cold food, However due to lack of staff when things ran out, they weren't being replaced very quickly but the waitress did her very best and was very pleasant when asked. The only complaints that I would have is that the hotel is very out dated and in need of a bit of maintenance. Also the Irish bar is not very Irish! and no beer on draft so very disappointing But overall a fantastic stay.
