Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

位置還是很好找的，貼着路邊，門口有共享電動車，也有停車的地方，就是門口比較緊張，可以停對面，拿小票給前台就行… 這定的是房型最大的，所以比較靠邊，上午前台就打電話提醒過，很貼心。 房間還算比較乾淨，礦泉水無限供應，空調製冷超級好… 最值得一提的是服務，大廳有冰櫃，裏面有小布丁和老冰棍隨便吃，還有酸梅湯，咖啡糖…下午房間還送了水果，桃子和梨，還有兩袋小零食…都很好吃…不是擺擺樣子 早餐也還行…整體以性價比很高

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

在返京途中需要休息一下，定了一晚雲瑧世紀大飯店，在去的路上就接到了前台琴琴的電話，詢問對房間的要求和需要，細心周到。 酒店大堂富麗堂皇，大氣通透。大堂陳帥經理給我介紹了一下酒店的位置及交通，他們酒店位於商業中心圈，緊挨地鐵，交通特別便利，服務方面，退房時有禮賓員專門幫忙把行李送到車上，服務到位，退房後，陳帥經理又回訪是否入住滿意。總之，是旅行途中很滿意的一次入住。

Il viaggiatore China Hotel (Stazione metropolitana di Berlino) è davvero fantastico, l'ambiente è buono e il prezzo è molto appropriato. Questo è l'unico hotel che vivo per il secondo.E'molto appropriato e conveniente. Inoltre, ci sono robot qui, anche se non funziona, ma sembra molto buono.

I compagni del personale dell'hotel (ricetta, sicurezza, custodia, ecc.) sono tutti ben curati. Sono tutte unità di ufficio intorno, tranquilli, ma comprare qualcosa per due strade. Stayed here in March 2024 as I was in the city for a exhibition. It does not accept Visa and master which is a common practice in china . The staff is courteous , breakfast is good , there is a big sitting arrangement on each floor which adds lot of value for any kind of travel as it allows to bond with travellers or family or take a break from being inside the room.

Great hotel. The location is alright, but kind of far from most of Shijiazhuang's attractions. The bed is soft and the water pressure is excellent so no problems there. The check-in took a LONG time. There were so many questions and forms to fill out, it was a real pain in the ****. I was looking forward to a hot shower after a long day of cycling so this was very aggravating.

The location is convenient however check in took 15-20 minutes (we are foreigners) and the windowless room is so dark that you can’t even see if the room is clean or not. The room also smelled like smoke. We thought we would stay a few nights but we left after 1.
