Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

A good budget hotel with all that you would need for a short stay. Strongest positive is that the staff are very willing to help with any issues you may have, which is especially appreciated given that my Chinese is awful. 这是一家性价比高的酒店，适合短期住宿，设施都很齐全。最值得点赞的是，工作人员非常乐意帮忙解决任何问题，尤其是考虑到我的中文水平很差，真是特别感激。

Hotel situato nel centro della citta, vicino a due linee di metro, la piu vicino 8 min a piedi. Il personale della hall e gentile anche se Il loro inglese e molto base, meglio se parlate chinese. All arrivo in hotel vi verra chiesto un deposito di 200 rmb che verra restituito una volta fatto il checkout. La stanza e piccola Ma confortevole, lavandino fuori dal bagno, cosa tipica in China. Il letto non comodissimo Ma neanche dei peggiori e l insonorizzazione non delle migliori, si puo sentire quando i vicini di stanza fanno del rumore, Ma niente di cosi preoccupante. La finestra Da su un building, quindi La view non Sara bellissima.

Molto buon hotel. Il prezzo è pienamente congruo con la qualità. Posizione nel centro della città, dentro un po 'scrambled, ma tutto è pulito. La vista è bella, sono rimasto molto soddisfacente!

L'hotel è in buona posizione nel centro della città. La porta è la stazione della metropolitana. Il magazzino è anche vicino a un piede di piedi. Il personale dell'hotel è incantevole e raffinato. Buon hotel d'affari se hai un business nella zona d'affari Shijiazhuang High Tech. L'hotel serve solo colazione non c'è alcuna disposizione per pranzo o cena. E' nuovo e pulito solo per i viaggiatori d'affari. Il centro commerciale è a soli 10 metri da qui per pranzo o cena veloce.

位置絕佳，在省博對面，樓下就是地鐵口。衞生和早餐還不錯，能自己現泡的茶是很好評了。服務做的真不錯，剛入住時候遇見維修聲音挺大的，前台小哥也及時的調換了房間，辦退房時的小姐姐態度也特別好，主動問有沒有什麼不滿意的地方。（題外話，小姐姐的高顱頂盤發美極了！）唯一不大滿意的地方是床墊太軟了真的，太軟了，睡久了腰疼。另外就是因為酒店開業多年，整體設施上略顯老態，不過維護的還不錯。

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.
