兩年前來過喀納斯，那時這個酒店還在修。這次入住這個酒店，總體上講還是滿意，房間特別大，床墊、枕頭等寢具也非常舒服，房間裏的傢俱也是實木的，有股淡淡的木香。 由於這個酒店是新開業的，也有幾點已經提出，希望酒店放能接納並改善。 1、我們最初入住的房間在1號樓，入住後發現馬桶被堵了，居然做衞生的工作人員沒發現？看來需要提高員工素質。當然酒店方反應還是很快，立即給我們換了房間，工作質量中規中矩。 2、晚上走廊上一直有小朋友奔跑、吵鬧，但沒有工作人員制止。 3、早上6：00由於供電局的線路故障原因停電，餐廳供餐也受影響，餐廳服務員態度也很好，但客人進入餐廳時統一問候“祝您用餐愉快”，這個説明餐廳基層管理沒跟上，這個時候沒得熱食，大家肯定都不滿意，用餐肯定是不愉快，這個時候“祝您用餐愉快”，會導致客人極度的不滿情緒爆發。 4、餐廳工作人員必須見餐券才讓客人進入餐廳，我們能理解業務外包給其它供應商，餐券是結算唯一依據，但能不能通過刷房卡等方式來實現？當天我就看到一位客人被氣得大吵大鬧😀 總體上講這個酒店不錯，但可以理解剛開業由於培訓不到位或磨合期帶來的各種問題，希望酒店服務越來越好，也推薦大家都去入住，這個酒店的硬件設施、衞生條件還是真不錯😄
