Alcuni suggerimenti: quando si fa il check-in di notte, è facile dimenticare di chiudere le tende perché fuori è buio. Spero che il negozio sostituisca le finestre principali con tende di garza per proteggere la privacy degli ospiti. La finestra manuale nella doccia non è molto pratica. Si consiglia di mettere almeno una pellicola smerigliata. Dopotutto, la finestra si affaccia sulla strada principale e per gli ospiti che tengono alla privacy, anche il minimo spazio li metterà a disagio. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza di vita davvero positiva!

We would like to give out utmost compliments to the fantastic service rendered to us by Jack of Concierge services. Being our first time to Altay, Xijiang, we are not familiar with transport and Jack has been an absolute gem. He helped us secure pickup at late notice despite the snow condition and continued to take care of us throughout our stay. Our first time in Xinjiang is absolutely wonderful thanks to Jack! The manager on duty also took feedback into stride and did his best to remedy hiccups. Hilton Altay has bus shuttle to the Jikepulin Ski Resort which makes skiing a breeze. We did 3 days of ski until the end of hours and came back for the lounge service. We were thoroughly pampered and will come back to stay at Hilton in a heartbeat. Looking forward to be back next with family. Thank you Jack! Keep up the good work!

The double storey cabin is just awesome, in design and ambiance. The verandah and the courtyard just add in to the character. The surrounding mountain views are breathtaking, not to mention the mesmerising stars at night. Hemushan is away from the busy attractions but within a nice 20mins walking distance. When we felt lazy, the bus stop is only 2mins away where free buses come in every 15mins or so. Most outstanding is the service given by Sisi (Grace). She assisted in arranging for an airport pickup, greeted us with a warm welcome, gave concise informations on where to eat and what to visit and ever ready to respond to all our enquires on WeChat. Sisi is a blessing to Hemushan’s guests. We stayed for 3 wonderful nights but Sisi continued assisting us in our communication with a non English speaking driver who took us for a day trip in Kanas. Thank you again Sisi. We will surely recommend Hemushan to our friends

La stanza è pulita, decorata in stile nordeuropeo, il bellissimo proprietario è molto entusiasta. Ci presentiamo l'attaccaggio turistico del Lago di Penas e contattare il conducente della strada di Aquila. La ricetta di Aquila è anche molto entusiasta. Ci ha dato latte e pane.Andare al centro di ristorazione per il piccolissimo sentiero e prendere il cibo è molto conveniente.

Fantastic hotel close to the Hemu Jikepulin Ski resort. Note that this is NOT a a real ski-in, ski-out hotel that another reviewer has stated - it is not possible to ski directly to the resort. It is about 8-min walk from Cable car station 2 of the ski resort to the hotel, but there is a bit of a walk uphill (so I still requested for pickup service). There is drop-off and pick-up service to the ski resort but there may be a bit of waiting because the cars can get full quite fast especially in the mornings - this was during the Chinese New Year peak period. The room is spacious and I loved the big balcony and floor to ceiling windows which had a nice view. However my room was super far away from the elevator so it's a bit of a walk carrying my ski equipment walking in my ski boots every day. The room was way too hot to sleep in though! The thermostat in the room was 30 deg Celsius! No matter how I adjusted the fan, it was not cooling down so I often had to keep the balcony door open slightly otherwise the room was just way too hot. Breakfast is a feast - there is a huge buffet selection of vegetables, meat, fruits and others - it was my best meal of the day! The staff in the hotel are also all very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

我們是坐火車到北屯市站下，再坐往賈登峪大巴到賈登峪遊客中心下，再坐免費藍色公交車，第一站白樺林站下，走小路約100米就到飯店了。前檯小妹服務親切，床品新，有瓶裝水，第一天熱水水量小，反應後立馬改善，走路去絲路大巴扎約10分鐘，飯店隔壁有超市，馬路口有幾家飯館。隔天一早出飯店右邊往大馬路上往左有公車亭，坐上免費藍色公車去賈登峪遊客中心買喀納斯景區門票，其實ㄧ天就可以逛完整個景區了。隔天10點退房推行李到白樺林站上藍色公交車到賈登峪遊客直通車服務中心（絲路大巴扎）坐11點往禾木村大巴，所以我覺得飯店位置很好。值得推薦。
