Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Burqin

Sono venuto a sciare a Hemu e non potevo non soggiornare in questo hotel. Il direttore della lobby, William Shan, mi ha fatto sentire di nuovo a casa. Grazie per la vostra attenzione. C'è anche il ristorante a buffet, la colazione costa circa 100 yuan e la cena circa 280 yuan. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. Servizi: Sci in/sci out. Pulizia: Pulito ogni giorno. Ambiente: Vista confortevole sul campo da sci. Servizio: Sinceramente, ogni membro dello staff è eccezionale.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti a Yoyuan Shanju, e rapidamente è diventato uno dei più memorabili soggiorni che abbiamo avuto. Ogni mattina, ci svegliamo verso un bellissimo paesaggio neve proprio fuori dalla finestra, tranquillo, quasi irreale.La stanza era pulita, accogliente e molto comoda. Quello che ha fatto la differenza è stato l’ospitalità. Il tinta era incredibilmente gentile e pensabile lei ci ha visitato ogni sera circa il colazione e ha preparato anche un drink in tempo di letto. È il tipo di cura che non si dimentica facilmente. Questo posto non offre solo un soggiorno, ti dà un senso di calore e appartenenza. Abbiamo lasciato con un po'di riluttanza e sappiamo che torneremo.

E'stato incredibile, l'esperienza della cabina era davvero magica, con la sua vista a una finestra, che ha improvvisamente portato la bellezza delle aree esterne all'interno. Anche il bagno aveva una vista stupenda, rendendo ogni soffitto un ritiro indulgente. La cabina ha un asciugacapelli completo, un asciugacapelli Dyson, un riscaldamento a pavimento e un bagno auto, aggiungendo un strato di lusso che ci ha fatto sentire appassiti a ogni turno. Il servizio ospite era semplicemente in paragone. Da quando siamo stati accolti all'ingresso dai cani amici residenti, ci sentiamo a casa. La bevanda e i snack, insieme a un bel tè pomeriggio, hanno messo il tono perfetto per il nostro soggiorno. Il servizio di svolta, completato con una deliziosa zuppa cinese come supporto in camera, è stato un attacco pensiero che ha sottolineato la loro attenzione ai dettagli. Uno dei miei punti di vista personali era l'oratore di Marshall, che ci permetteva di riempire la cabina con la nostra musica preferita, creando un'atmosfera invitante che si sentiva come il nostro piccolo santuario. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un regalo speciale da Xinjiang al nostro viaggio, che è stata una bella sorpresa! nonostante la pioggia e il freddo che ci hanno salutati al nostro arrivo a Hemu, il nostro soggiorno a YiJing ha compensato più che il tempo disastroso. Ci piacevamo e amavamo ogni momento nella nostra bella cabina, facendo ricordi che durerebbero per tutta la vita. 這次入住阿勒泰禾木希爾頓體驗超出預期，酒店環境很好，落地窗視野開闊，硬件設施齊全住得很舒服。 特別要表揚前台吐尼克，辦理入住退房高效利落，態度熱情有禮。我們諮詢景區路線、酒店相關問題的時候，都耐心細緻解答，響應及時，服務專業又暖心。在禾木旅行，好的服務大大提升旅途幸福感。有不少新疆本地特色美食。整體各方面都很滿意，來禾木度假非常推薦這家酒店，下次再來還會選擇入住！

The front desk staff, ShaSha, was warm, friendly, and attentive. She helped us with our luggage and proactively shared useful information about local attractions, along with tips on what to see and do in the area. Although the room was not very large, it was cozy and well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and a small sitting area. The décor reflected traditional Kazakh style, giving the room a unique and charming atmosphere. Outside, there was a wooden terrace furnished with a table and chairs, where we could relax and enjoy the view of the snow-capped mountains in the distance. There was also a lovely small garden right by the entrance, adding to the peaceful ambiance. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its convenience—the bus stop is located just outside the fence, making transportation extremely easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would happily recommend it to other travelers.

The double storey cabin is just awesome, in design and ambiance. The verandah and the courtyard just add in to the character. The surrounding mountain views are breathtaking, not to mention the mesmerising stars at night. Hemushan is away from the busy attractions but within a nice 20mins walking distance. When we felt lazy, the bus stop is only 2mins away where free buses come in every 15mins or so. Most outstanding is the service given by Sisi (Grace). She assisted in arranging for an airport pickup, greeted us with a warm welcome, gave concise informations on where to eat and what to visit and ever ready to respond to all our enquires on WeChat. Sisi is a blessing to Hemushan’s guests. We stayed for 3 wonderful nights but Sisi continued assisting us in our communication with a non English speaking driver who took us for a day trip in Kanas. Thank you again Sisi. We will surely recommend Hemushan to our friends

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it. Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station. Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

Uno dei migliori alloggi che abbiamo soggiornato in questa visita. Questo era un davvero nuovo popul & i giardini esterni non erano ancora piantati. La stanza era immacolatamente decorata. Gli piaceva davvero il design della stanza. Il bagno era enorme & meraviglioso da usare. C'era anche una sauna che purtroppo non abbiamo usato completamente, perché ci è voluto troppo tempo per riscaldare. Forse potrebbero essere state postate migliori istruzioni su come funzionare la sauna. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare presto il giorno dopo & ci sono stati dati assegni per colazione da usare in un ristorante adiacente per un bel colazione. Amichevole & personale utile. era anche convenientemente situato nella zona principale del villaggio, ma lontano abbastanza per la pace & tranquillo. Abbiamo avuto un grande sonno quella notte.
