We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so many vacant rooms. Atleast hotel management should have basic human decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip. Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also. After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously? Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.

Services are worst and bad odour, toilets are utter stinky, flush never works , no one in the reception respond , rude behaviour of the staff , no response from the staff , no customer service … not worthy for the price they are charging per the day ..not recommended

Best Hotel to stay near Sai mandir, just 100 mts walkable distance from this hotel. Will recommend everyone to stay here. Staff are polite friendly and cooperative. Tariffs are according to a 3 Star property. Overall experience is good Thanks once again for making my 3 day stay memorable. Om Sai Ram

A good 3-star hotel with clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast is light but tasty. Nice ambience, and the temple is just 3 mins away. Early check-ins and late check-outs are easily negotiable, staff is very cooperative.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near and walking distance to shopping area. Exllent services hotel food & Restaurant...we was lucky to be upgraded to a Superior room. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast was also very good. The staffs services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much! Will be back.

Best experience in shirdi as staffs are very gentle and informative. Their restaurant is so much good , they are best in every aspects , especially cleanliness.The food of restaurant was very delicious and hygienic.They also gave me voucher for 10% discount for sai teerth theme park

Excellent Service, Clean and Well Furnished Rooms,We ordered A Toast Sandwich immediately after checking in, Wow, it was so delicious, We were not surprised because as we entered the Hotel Restaurant, We could smell the aroma of the food being prepared, therefore We decided to sample the food, first thing! most importantly the Room Tarrif is very reasonable adding to this the food is also very reasonably priced,apart from being very delicious and hygienic, Mr Rohit, Who was at the front desk and the other staff were very warm and smiling, no need to say that the Service was impeccable, We look forward to visit the same whenever we go again

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable,all basic amenities provided and the location is very near to sai Mandir.food is also very delicious and presentation is also very neat and clean.. highly recommended .....
