La gestione dell'hotel è standard, le camere sono pulite e spaziose e l'attrezzatura del bagno è standard americana. La chiave è che l'acqua calda è calda e grande. È una piacevole sorpresa poter vivere in un hotel della catena così standard a Shangri-La Town! Mio marito mi ha elogiato per aver scelto una casa! Il bel ragazzo alla reception mi ha aiutato a passare a una camera doppia gratuitamente e mi ha dato una doppia colazione gratuita. La sera ho dato un frutto in camera. È così dolce! Gli amici che vengono ad Aden, Daocheng, possono stare tranquilli. Ho letto i commenti prima, e c'è una colazione Tucao. Ho provato personalmente la colazione che in città è ricca. Ci sono noodles caldi e una macchina da caffè automatica per fare il caffè!

Grande! Soprattutto il ragazzo della reception di nome Yu Jie, molto cordiale e premuroso! Come una brezza primaverile! Introduce inoltre nel dettaglio le precauzioni e le strategie per recarsi nella Yading Scenic Area. Resta qui la prossima volta!

We arrived before 11am and were given 2 upgraded suite rooms immediately. The rooms were clean, comfortable & huge. When our flight to Chengdu was cancelled, we needed to stay an extra night and the hotel was quite full. The counter staff was very accommodating, allowed us to continue staying in the suite & matched the discounted internet room rates. For free & easy travellers, having breakfast after 8am would be less crowded.

Great room. Good staying

First of all I would like to thank the 2 young women on daytime reception for their help, particularly in translating- I speak neither Chinese nor *******. When I stayed, this hotel had huge clientele, - even though the National Holidays were over- many coaches and minibuses. With so many people there for one reason - walking in the Yading National Park - breakfast had a base-camp feel, as people rushed to get to the mountain or the airport. The situation of the hotel is good just outside Shangri-la Town (and right next door to the hospital) It is convenient to get to the scenic area whilst staying at a relatively low height...altitude sickness being a risk at these heights. The room was cosy and warm.

Excellent to go to Yading Nature Reserve. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. This hotel is a bit further from the center of town but it’s only a 15 min walk there.

Lisa met us upon arrival, she was warm and friendly. She organized the room on the same floor as my friends. The room was clean but a little tired. Christina acted a good concierge giving great recommendations on dinner and massage. She gave us a map of route 318. Breakfast was very sub-standard, food was hot but not tasty.

事實證明越是小城越要訂品牌酒店，總體環境整潔，衞生打掃還是不錯的，氣味清新，沒有踩雷。樓下的餐廳口味不錯，價錢合宜、乾淨衞生。前台的小娜也很細心負責，在提前到達時很快協調出空房快速辦了入住。

真的非常感謝酒店的工作人員 小張和拉措！我們自駕游到達已經晚上九點了，二位工作人員給我們免費升級了全景大床房，還贈了我們歡迎水果！非常暖心地給我了我們景區的地圖並耐心講解！酒店的晚餐真的很好吃 大晚上還能吃到這麼可口的飯菜真的太興奮了！酒店的大床房睡四個人都沒有問題，非常舒適！

酒店還免費升級了房間，前台的小姐姐拉措和小哥哥小四服務真的很棒，還很貼心為我們講解了旅遊攻略，讓人很舒服，感覺回到了家！房間佈局很不錯，夠寬敞，衞生乾淨整潔！酒店離稻城亞丁景點3公里左右，寄300米就有個衞生院，晚上也開門，還能點外賣，很便利，值得推薦！

感謝酒店給我們升級了套房，房間很寬敞，小四給我們送了歡迎水果，酒店服務不錯，餐廳的松茸雞湯鍋很好吃，唯一一點不足是洗澡時淋浴房的水會溢出來。

這連鎖酒店肯定是值得相信的，停車方便，距離稻城亞丁景區很近，松茸雞很鮮很好吃，沾疊味道不錯。因為定的房型沒有了，所以升級成了應該是個商務套房類的房間，房間很大，衞生很乾凈，是連續定了兩晚的，白天出去玩了回來以後可以明顯感到房間已經被打掃過，很不錯

设施：酒店和房間設施齊全，標準四星的配置 卫生：乾淨舒適，住得很安心 环境：酒店建地面積比較大，後面是山，周圍也挺乾淨的 服务：前台服務熱情，給升了套房，而且主動介紹了亞丁景區的玩法和路線，還有服務人員引領到房間，這待遇沒得說，超級棒！
